Get here before 11:45 to avoid the lunch rush. Nothing bad at all to say about this location. I seem to be stuck on the #12 (don't remember what it's called, but it has guacamole in it and is DEElicious) so I can't really review many of the various sandwiches. Service is fast and friendly and the eating area is relatively clean. It is a bit small, though, so if you're having lunch, you may want to get in early to insure a seat.

As far as Jimmy Johns goes....it's just a sandwich. I've never been that impressed, and don't usually review fast food places because what do you really expect? Anyway, just had a couple quelms about this location. I've ordered here about 4 times. 2/4 times I've had issues. Once, I was called back being told they were OUT OF BREAD and it would take an hr to get a sandwich....REALLY? YOU'RE A SANDWICH SHOP. A second time it took over an hr to get my food with no call and no apology. My friend had to call to even make sure they had our order......not so freaky fast.

Food is great but every time I order a sandwich for delivery it arrives way after 30 minutes.. Definitely not a "freaky fast" delivery.

Food is good but delivery is terrible. I live less than a mile away and every time I order (no matter what day of the week or time) it takes between 45min-1hr. It should not take that long, especially when their slogan is freaky fast. I have ordered and received pizzas from many places quicker than I have received a sandwich from this Jihmmy johns location. Terrible.

Just went to Jimmy Johns here in Lockport at 6:45 pm to get a gargantuan. Only one problem! They just ran out of bread. How the heck does a sandwich shop run out of bread during dinner? 5 customers walked out of store with no food beside myself. Worst part is they did not even have any cooking yet. Girl was stretching dough. Seriously. What a disappointment.

Oh Jimmy. This location is right by I-355... just a little ways down. Fast. Consistent. Beach Club with salt and vinegar chips.... when can I go back?!?
