I stopped in to this McDonald's today before heading out on a road trip. I must say was was disgusted by what I saw while waiting for my meal. It appears the cashiers have two jobs. One to ring up your order, and doing so she would take you money(bills) not knowing where that money has traveled. When the alarm goes off for french fries, it's the cashiers job without wearing gloves to take the french fries out of the fryer and put them into the container, add salt and put french fries into a paper box with her hands touching french fries. All this with no gloves. Then go back and ring someone else up. This sound like a health code violation.

NOT open 24 hours a day, like they claim to be. They basically make their own hours as the day goes along. My husband went there today at 1:30am and the doors are closed. Also, they apparently only take cash from 3-4 am for whatever reason. The drive thru guy made up some BS reason as to why. Horrible place! I hope enough people file complaints and something is done! 2nd review (a day later) I thought I would give McDonald's the benefit of the doubt and pick up some dinner, frankly because it's one of the two fast food places on Maple. Not even sure why I'd try it! I entered, and noticed on the door it says "Drive Thru Open 24/7" (refer to my top review) The girl who helped me was very friendly and was smiling. The grill screwed up my order, and gave me a grilled chicken sandwich when I asked for crispy. The box even says "crispy" (refer to picture) I got my cup, and went to fill up my drink. There was water pouring out of the ice machine and was ALL over the floor and no wet floor sign set up. Easily could have been a dangerous situation for anyone walking around that area. The ketchup pump was filthy and overflowing with discarded containers and globs of ketchup everywhere. When I went to go pick up my food, the assistant manager or supervisor who was working up front threw my food down on the counter and walked away. No "Here you go" or "Have a nice day". I was appalled! I have worked at McDonald's before, and I know there is no training to act like that towards customers. In fact, it's a big NO NO! The food was bland. I got (what a shock) ice cold, old fries. I threw half of my burger away. Definitely a waste of money! I refuse to eat here again, which is a shame, it looks like they put in a lot of work to make the restaurant look fancy and presentable. Too bad their employee's don't care enough to up keep it. I left feeling dirty, grossed out, and disappointed.

first off , I LOVE Mcdonalds. LOVE it. but this one is by far the worst one I have ever been to. and I have been to many, it's my goto drive thru. Pros, iced coffee is always good. probably because its pretty basic. unless you ask for extra ice. then be prepared for disappointment. The only reason I continue to go to this location is because its by my house. Anyways, now I will try to stay on point with the cons. Breakfast order is always wrong ALWAYS! Not sure why they cant get a basic order into the bag but they just can't! order sausage Mc muffin prepare for a biscut. I actually order wrong so I get the right item! yes its true. lunch, cheesburgers, cheese always cold, sandwiches never fresh, never! im eating a double cheeseburger right now, cheese is cold bun is not fresh its just bleh! but im hungry so it will have to do. fries are usually fresh just very salty.. wrapping is covered in mustard. just disgusting! after 8pm forget about it. go next door to taco bell (not that its much better but its at least eatible) Mcdonalds Corp, your people need to seriously evaluate this location. It needs alot of help.

Stopped by for a super quick snack off of the Value Menu and much like one of the earlier reviews, they charged a different price that that which was shown. Also they refused to give me a recipient when questioned. No big deal since we are talking about the Dollar menu but all pretty strange.

I'm a hair stylist at a salon close to this McDonalds. One day an employee of the restaurant wandered in to get his hair cut. I asked him which McDonalds he was employed at. After he told me, I vowed NEVER to go to that McDonalds. His hygiene was very clearly a serious problem. It was obvious that he doesn't comb his hair. He had mats in the back of his head. For those who don't know, in order for hair mats to form, they can take weeks to many months to take shape. All you have to do to avoid them is comb your hair every other day or so at the very least. The smell radiating from his was strong and unmistakably that of foul body oder. It was so apparent that after he left, my station had a lingering stench that lasted an extra 15 minutes. Whats worse about this man's lack of personal hygiene is the bosses or managers complete apathy of this man's serious problem- He works in food. Hygiene is VERY important, especially when it comes to food jobs, I would NEVER recommend eating at this McDonalds. The fact that the managers and bosses had decided never to step in about this situation is disturbing.

Warning: Check the menu board prices in the drive thru compared to what you pay. (Had to request a receipt.) I overpaid for a breakfast sandwich by 20 cents - posted at $2.59 but rang up at $2.79 before tax. Difference was refunded after I parked the car, went in and brought it to the manager's attention; had to request the tax difference too. No apology provided, just an excuse about the computer/register. (No, it's probably the board that's wrong.) I am not sure if the other items' prices are accurate. Sandwich was mediocre at best...not very warm and biscuit was crunchy and fell apart as I ate it. Suggestion to management: Check your menu board to ensure accuracy, train your employees to provide a receipt after each customer pays, provide a sincere and immediate apology for errors and customers may come back. (Also, read these Yelp comments and act upon improving your business establishment so that you can stay in business.)

Order placed in drive thru at Store#3199. Lisle, IL This is the local McDonald's near my home. I ordered a #1 meal (Big Mac) and two cherry pies. Paid with debit card. When I went to the window to pick up food, I was handed my beverage and waited about 2 min or so for my meal. The clerk handed me the bag and said "Careful it's ripped", I took the bag into my car and it immediately broke open and fries flew everywhere. I would have went in to complain, but this is a McDonald's that directs you directly to the street rather than back into the parking lot. Needless to say I was not happy with this experience. As a MAJOR CORPORATION I WOULD HAVE PUT THE FOOD INTO A NEW BAG BEFORE HANDING TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!! WAKE UP MCDONALD'S OF LISLE SERVERS.

Supposed to be a 24 hour McDonalds but yet this is the second time I've gone at 4 am and they're closed. Half the time they don't even get your order right on the second try. I would just drive right past this McDonalds and go to the next one.

Hello...it's McDonalds. This location is pretty good. Usually pretty clean and the service is adequate. They have a double drive thru but that isn't enough to get the mass of people through fast enough during lunch. Often the line can back up to the street.

  • A C.

Worst McDonald's ever. I waited 15 minutes for a burger and fries. And it still wasn't ready. When I asked for a refund, they said that I would have to wait again. I tried to call a shift manager over, who essentially ignored me. Finally, he came over. And it took another 10 minutes to get a refund back to my credit card. Apparently no one has ever requested a refund for fast food. I just did.

Of all the Mickey D's I've gone to, this one is consistently slower. It appears that management does a poor job of staffing it properly. Other than that, It's a Mickey D's which means that they screw up the order occasionally.

Apparently I went back on my word and visited this McDonalds since my last review in which I said I would never go there again. I was starving and it was the best option at the time unfortunately. Nothing has changed one bit. I was in there for a couple simple things and there was hardly anybody in there and nobody at the drive thru where I was. It took forever to get my order and they put pickles and onions when I said not to. Still the absolute worst McDonalds in the world. Nothing has changed one bit whoever runs that joint should not be doing any kind of business whatsoever. They need checks in place. As I stated before the McDonalds on York Road in Elmhurst is the best. They need to model after that

This has to be one of the worst McDonald I've been to. I live nearby and frequent the store often and 7 times out of 10 they will mess up the drive thru order. It is not bad if you go inside the store. I can even say inside the store i rarely have gotten an order that was wrong. It's primarily drive thru issues. It's gotten to the point where I try not to even go to this store location now.

Out of the billion McDonald's their are in this world. I'd have to say this is the worst. The drive thru line was slow, the burgers that we got looked old and from either the night before or the morning of. Also I ordered big mac sauce on all my burgers and paid .30 cents for each burger to have the big mac sauce. By the time I got in the highway 355. I opened the bag and checked that none of the burgers had big mac sauce. Also, Mcchickens that I ordered, I asked for no mayo and sub it with that Big Mac sauce. Now I'm stuck here with 2 dry ass Mcchickens to eat. I'd turn around and come back to complain but I'm sure it would take a lot longer and in sure the employees wouldn't be competent enough to understand this dilemma. If I could give this negative stars ....I would. Glad I don't live in the area.... Next time I need a quick lunch pick up for me and my employees .... I'll go to Taco Hell next door .....

At least the place was open. Blah the men's bathroom was a horrible introduction to this visit to miky D's, had to go ya know? One look at that hell hole of a bathroom in a corporate burger place run by total white trash!!! Made me want to freak out, what kind of men visit this place only to want to piss on the floor in front of the urinal and not wanting to use it like the semi human being that there parents raised!! So to avoid that and head for the only stall to my surprise looked just like the catch basin in an out house! Sick!! It was my time to find an manager and comment on the house of burgers... While waiting. For the manager I was overcome by the flies that seemed to have the place in a hostage situation!! Un freaking believable!!! Processed corporate death burgers.

The food is sloppy and when they make the food they don't wear gloves and I saw the employee use the bathroom and not wash his hands

I would like to think all McDonalds are NOT the same and I think I'm right... For example, the few I've stopped in downtown Chicago are just horrible and slow. I visit this one most often whether it's to get an iced coffee, breakfast, a happy meal for myself, or an ice cream cone. I never have to go out of my way because of bad service, I can always count on this one for friendly, fast, and efficient service... And correct orders!
