I'd have to say they make my drink on point 3 out of 4 times but I'd say twice a week I have them re make or get a separate turbo shot order and add to my drink.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, got back to the office (on the other side of town), opened it up, and there had to be no more than 1/2 a teaspoon on one side, and the other side dry. Kid you not, can't even taste the cream cheese. Who trains these people! Not making the trip back. $5 bucks for one dry bagel. Sad. They need to take a lesson from Einstein. I won't be back. Pissed off!

I usually get an iced coffee and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. The coffee was good but my sandwich looked old. The egg looked like it's been sitting awhile and the sausage was a little dry. I went home to cook myself my own egg and re toasted the bagel since it was stale. I recommend the coffee here but if you're looking for a good sandwich you're better off at panera.

horrible! sat in line for 10 mins then was told to pull up and wait 2 mims for a wake up wrap....another 10 mins later no one came. i knocked on door and they looked at me like i was crazy another 3 mins and nothing. i left. never going back

I frequently go to this dunkin donuts. I usually stop in the mornings on my way to work. I will not be going back to this location. This morning i placed my order, and when i got up to the window the girl working asked me again what my order was and i proceed to tell her what i wanted and paid. The girl handed me the wrong drink and tried to charge me for someone else order. I handed the drink back, and asked for what i ordered. Finally, the drink order was right and i was on my way. I take a sip of my drink and it is absolutely disgusting. I have had this drink before, and this drink didn't taste any thing like it should. Not only did i waste my money on a disgusting drink, but i had to deal with horrible customer service. I love dunkin donuts, but this location is by far the worst i have ever been to. You know how they say .75oz cream cheese on your bagel? I literally had .00075 oz of it on my both my bagels. I could not believe it. I got it at the drive thru and finally when i started to eat, i was gone way too far. I am not a big cream cheese fan but that was crazy. The bagel was really dry to eat because there was literally no cream cheese.

This is a new Dunkin Donuts. The parking was easy, which is always a bonus. The inside was very clean. The service was fast and the donuts were well stocked and fresh. I have to take away one star because the television set was playing something with actual swear words. This is a family place people. Translation: change the f-ing channel or turn off the GD tube. I don't want my kids to swear from the TV. They can learn those words at home.

This Dunkin Donuts location has gone to poop. And that is exactly what their coffee tastes like. I used to frequent this Dunkin Donuts location EVERY DAY on my way to work, EVERY DAY! I usually get an iced coffee with cream or almond milk with a flavor. Two Fridays ago I stopped at this Dunkin location before 7am when I had to be at work, it took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru!!! My iced coffee had chunks of Almond milk (at least I hope) in it. It also tasted watered down and flavorless despite the flavor shots i got in it. Needless to say, I threw that out in the nearest garbage can. As a person with a job to get to at 7am like most early morning dunkin frequenters, I didn't have time to turn around and wait another 15 minutes for a new beverage, I hope it will be right on the first try.. because lets face it, this isn't rocket science. I had no desire to go to a dunkin donuts for coffee for over a week because that last coffee thoroughly grossed me out. Today I decided to let them redeem themselves by stopping in yet again for the same thing.. Luckily there was nothing floating in my drink but it was even worse than the last drink!!! Watered down and NO flavor, it didn't even taste like coffee!! It was horrible! I threw that drink right out. Starbucks may be a little more expensive but at least they are consistent. I won't be going to Dunkin Donuts again for a very, very long time and let me remind you again that I used to go there every day!!!

This is a newer Dunkin Donuts and it is super clean inside. The employees are super friendly when you go inside. I often go through the drive thru and get an iced coffee with some sort of a flavor. It has been pretty consistently good, but last time I went the guy put way too much mocha in it. I could not even drink the coffee. When I got home I dumped some and added milk, but I still couldn't drink it. I do not know why, but most Dunkin Donuts go overboard when you ask for the mocha. I am going to stick with coconut from now on!

I will not be back. Came to the place for the first time and went through their drive thru and they basically had nothing in there as I asked for several types of options on their menu and they kept saying they didn't have it. Don't understand why they are in business if they are doing that. It was around 7pm when I went there which I understood they may not have some things but everything I asked for they didn't have and I even went to the point to asking what they had. The young Dudley boy on the mic didn't know what to say so I drove off. The most they probably had in there was coffee which still isn't acceptable when you have a big menu listing a bunch of things and every item I asked for they didn't have, asked for 5 different items. Just wont be back there after that horrible experience.
