Panera, so you know what to expect food-wise. The staff is friendly and I get the feeling there are a lot of regulars here, many of them older, and the staff sits and has conversations with them when there's time.

I went there for lunch today, it was excellent. I've been to other Panera locations, but this one seems to have a great staff, and extra fresh food.

There are lots of Paneras everywhere, but this one is my favorite because the staff is so nice and friendly. Some of them have been working there for 10 years and they will remember you and make you feel very much at home.

Good Bagels, Coffee and Sandwiches. Sandwiches a little pricey but still very good.

They were out of Chicken and Wild Rice soup last night when my boyfriend was picking up dinner. They offered to call the Panera in Westchester to see if it was there. They had it! My boyfriend payed at this Panera for everything so all he had to do was run over to Westchester and pick up the soup! They were so kind and accommodating!

I was very disappointed when my daughter and I went for lunch last weekend. The chicken noodle soup contained 2, yes, 2 noodles and 3 pieces of carrots. We each received the ends of the bread. We have gone to this location a lot, but have noticed the quality has been declining. This past weekend has had us looking for a new favorite spot. There are a lot of alternatives in the area for less $$. Hope the quality improves.

I've watched Panera Bread grow up from a wee authentic bakery in St . Louis ( St. Louis Bread Company) to the big box behemoth it has become. Sadly, we know what happens to quality and service when this "maturity" curve reaches its peak. And my visit to this location this morning cemented my opinion: the bang for the buck no longer exists. I have never seen a more incompetent, slow moving, dispassionate staff. And yet this place packs 'em in. Bunches of sheep standing in line with listless stares - glad to be part of yet another mindless American trend. I'm done.

Not impressed. Went in around 6:30pm. There was no line which was nice, but I immediately noticed the floor was dirty. It wasn't busy, and someone could've tended to the issue. We knew we were going to eat in, but were also disappointed when there were gnat's everywhere... Buzzing around, it was a task to wave them off. The wall to the booth we were in was gross too. The food portions, weren't as I remembered either. Won't be going back.

I am a big fan of Panera, great choices to choose from compared to other similar business, not sure if I should included it on the "fast food" chain but they are decently fast and they never fail on quality. The only reason I only gave them 4 stars as every time I order online they always get messed up, my order was incomplete, I think is a problem of miscommunication between backery and kitchen, as is always bakery who always forgets to put that part of the order on the bag, they amend it but still had to drive back to get it. I stopped ordering online as it was a waste of time driving back, talk to the manager and handle to get my money back.

Came here for dinner with my friend. Usually Panera is crowded but this one wasn't. We got our food right away and got a table that wasn't on top of anyone else. The guy who took our order was friendly too.

I love Panera, so many choices of sandwiches, soups and salads. The Mediterranean wrap and salad are delicious, the chicken caesar sandwich is delicious. Their coffee is great too! My only warning is: Do not pay to add shrimp to your salad. Gross, limp, tasteless shrimp is what you get and it is not pleasant.

I like Panera. I really do. This one is a madhouse though. I came one afternoon for lunch. There was almost nowhere to park in the weird lot. (I got the last spot in front of the bank!) The line was out the door. You practically had to push through people to get out of the place. Are all eateries in LaGrange this nuts at lunchtime? The newly added pasta dishes are a nice touch. I like that they come with soup or salad. And they taste good! I'm sad that the cookies are not warm or gooey. They don't indicate that they are made in store either. I guess I can just go to one of the bakeries down the street for that.

They don't follow the soup menu that every other panera I've been to does. Monday has potato but this one doesn't follow that?

I love Panera and have been to many different locations. I was disappointed with this one. While I was ordering the guy taking my order gave me a hard time when I chose not to get the 99 cent pastry. When the customer says no the first time that should be the end of it rather than ask me five times and make me feel bad cause I didn't want it. I hate when cashiers badger the customer trying to sell stuff, I know what I want. There are so many other better locations than this one that I will be going to instead.

Good sandwiches and soup, but even nicer people. I ran in during the lunch rush for sandwich and soups for the family (who were home with colds). I thought they messed up my order and nicely told them I thought a soup was missing. A very nice woman helped me ... Found the soup in my bag ... Did not make me feel dumb for asking and when she heard my daughter was sick, sent her a treat home with me. Really appreciated it and walked out happy :).

I really enjoy this location. The staff is very nice and are very knowledgable. They will help you with any question or even help you decide with a couple of recommendations. When I started going here I always got the broccoli cheddar bread bowl which I really enjoy. I have also mixed it up with a "you pick 2" w/ a deli sandwich which I recommend if you are pretty hungry. I stopped in today for breakfast to see a new menu item, the steal cut oatmeal with brown sugar, strawberry and nuts. I must say this was the best oatmeal I have ever had. So with all of this I give this locations as well as Panera in general, 5 stars

Wish I didn't see the worker ripping open a instant soup mix bag. What do u expect from a franchise. Still decent soup but takes away from the experience. Bread is good as long as u eat it the same day u buy it. Big difference between franchise restaurants and real restaurants.

I go to a nail salon right off Grand and Mannheim Rd and on my way back to I-55 I always stop at this location. One of the employees, Kathy, is so cool! I love everything about this location. I Like the BBQ chicken salad and it's always so fresh with plenty of peppered chicken. The Fontaga chicken panini and all of the soups are the bomb. Also, the Cobblestones are amazing! But, they run out quickly. If I get to any Panera after four o'clock the Cobblestones are sold out. You'll love the friendliness of everyone here. It's my favorite Panera, but not the closest, because I live in the city near the one on Canal and Roosevelt. Check it out!

I like this location. It's sorta tucked away in La Grange Park. A little on the small side, but we've always been able to snag a spot. They always get my order right and they're pretty clean. The only thing that puzzles me, upon entering the front door, there is this high pitched buzz. Something that perhaps only a dog could hear..

This location is sooo inconsistent with service. Some days, I'll go in before work, and there is a cashier at every register, happily acknowledging each customer waiting in line. (Sometimes, there's not even a line, so I walk right up). Other days, same time of day, there is a single cashier, who's also responsible for slicing the bagels, getting the drinks, etc etc... And there's a long line stretching back to the entrance. What's the deal, Panera?

Mmm love me some Panera. They have great tuna sandwiches. I like their iced green tea as well. But bring back the TUSCAN CHICKEN SANDWICH! I miss it dearly. Try one of their broccoli cheddar breadbowls if you're really craving comfort food. They have light breakfast items as well and great coffee. One of the last times I came here it took a very long time for the small amount of people that were in line/waiting for their food. But, they got the order right so I couldn't complain.

Service here is super slow. Seriously they see a line and walk away and pretend to take things out of the oven. Their food is not that good that I'm going to wait in line for it.

Had one of their specialty sandwiches for lunch a couple weeks back. It was spectacular - and huge.

This location is in an old rundown mall. The place is showing it's age. But the food and the people are great. I got the same thing that I had on Monday at the Willowbrook location. Soup and a full sandwich. I found a bunch of gift cards that I didn't know I had? I got an actual roll instead of sliced bread with the soup? I like the bread better, but I thought that they were all the same. The tomato soup was given to me with half of it on the tray. I can fuck it up myself, thanks.

I go here a lot with my little ones for a light lunch or snack. It's an easy place to go with kids because the staff (and other patrons) are very helpful even though it's not sit down.
