Excellent char burgers, one of my favorite places to get them. Great root beer floats, onion rings are bomb. Love the car shows! The coney sauce on the other hand.. Is way overly too sweet. Coney sauce is suppose to taste sweet and savory. It's not suppose to taste like candy.

This is an A+ drive in! Food is great and service is quick and friendly. I've been here about 4 times and have never been disappointed or left still hungry. I have only ordered burgers but with how good they are I wouldn't have to order anything else. I get the double cheese burger basket which comes with good fries and amazing home made slaw. The burgers are char broiled and have amazing flavor. They come with lettuce and burger sauce (homemade 1000 island I think) they fried resemble McDonalds but are much better and the slaw is as creamy as I have ever had. The meal without a drink is a reasonable $6.00 and some changes and then the drink is about $2.00 but worth the cost given the cheapness of the food. Thank you dog n suds for a great experience!

I enjoy Miller's Dog-N-Suds in the summertime. I try to make it up there several times each summer for the Saturday night car show, cruise night, or whatever you want to call it. They have a featured band about once a month. The crowd can get fairly large on those nights - some people pack a lawn chair and sit for longer than it takes to gulp down a burger and fries. The food is OK - no irrational exuberance is merited. It's a Dog-N-Suds, dudes! It tasted this way 45 years ago and that's still the way it is. Have a strawberry shake and chill out. I appreciate the fact that they haven't changed much over the years. It's still Dog-N-Suds the way I remember it. Car hop service (curb service) (not on Saturday night) via the menu-and-speaker-on-a-post! And I appreciate their efforts to bring in the cars and the entertainment.

How do they do it? Nothing at this Dog N Suds is different than it was in 1969. The root beer and onion rings are just as AWESOME as they were when I was a kid -- they taste exactly the same. And the whole drive-in experience is the same as well. A bit of a drive from my current hometown of Streamwood, but worth it for a fun little "road trip" in the summer. Bring the kids, but frankly, the adults enjoy the experience just a little bit more because of the nostalgia.

Five stars for nostalgia and atmosphere! Great music, somtimes live bands, classic cars, and cute and super friendly car hops. My kids love this place, and the kids meals are served in a classic car. The rootbeer is good as well. Love this place, although the food is just average to good, in my opinion, hence a four star rating.Check their website to see when they have live bands, and when they open, they are closed for the winter. Great place on a summer saturday night!

Horrible hot dogs and the Root Beer that they're supposed to be known for tasted flat. Definetly will not be back. If you want a good place try Superdawg, Portillos, or Gene & Judes.

We are a Wednesday regular at Dog n Suds Drive In, and so of course we showed up last night for the usual - 3 corn dog kids meals and the yummy cheeseburger basket. After we enjoyed our dinner, I realized that the car battery was dead and my sweet husband was out of town, so no rescue was happening there. Our server ran in and told her manager, who was also working the line, about our situation and he came out and offered to jump the car. The first try didn't work, so we thought we'd let it charge up a bit and then try again - this went on for about 40 grueling minutes - the kiddos were playing tag in the picnic area and I was fretting about how we were going to get home. Mr. Manager, because I so neglected to get his name - kept coming out to check and try to start the car in between making everyone's food - at last we decided the battery was just dead and I needed to replace it. I had a friend pick us all up - and Mr. Manager said just bring the battery back and I'll help you install it if you need me too. We got the battery, borrowed some tools and got it installed but seriously, Kudos to the entire staff for their friendly and way beyond helpful attitudes. I know it is a family business, but they made me feel like there was nothing they wouldn't do for me, all for a $13.00 dinner.Thank you so much - you all know who you are! We will continue to come back every Wednesday until you close and see you next season as well.

Texas Burger and root beer as everything is awesome still made by hand to the person complaining about flat Rootbeer, Root beer isn't supposed to be Fizzy unless you are drinking canned.. This is the place to be on sat nights in the summer if you're a fan of the old style drive-in and oldies music. They alsways have some great oldies bands come all decked out singing while everyone is enjoying the old classic cars and eating. I have never actually eaten here, but hear the food is decent. I go for the entertainment and the root beer. Never had root beer that taste this good! Can't wait until they open. Also great for kids. They have these real cute meals in a box shaped like a retro car.

The root beer was really good, as was the service and the atmosphere. On the other hand, the coney dog was absolutely pathetic (maybe i'm spoiled from the coney islands of Detroit). Do it better or take it off the menu.

Our favorite summer hang out. My son loves the chicken giggles and fries that come in a car. I LOVE the Texas burger that has their secret sandwich sauce with coney sauce. YUMMY! I love th Root Beer and the fries. I love this place and am sad when it is closed for the winter.
