The pumpkin spice is awesome, I had to try because my cousin couldn't stop ranting and raving about it, but I see why now. The oatmeal is also SUPER delicious, it's really creamy, and healthy which I love. I love the nuts and dried fruit in there as well, perfect everytime. This location is really nice, the staff are always polite and personable which I love, really good atmosphere, very relaxing. Oh and they have free wi-fi, which I definetly love.

There's Starbucks and then there's the Starbucks at Cherry Creek Plaza. The staff makes this store even better than the average. They learn their clientele. They remember what you order...likes and dislikes. And, they know the "secret" menu. The store is always clean and always well stocked. It's not one of the larger stores, but it is one of the better stores.

Great Starbucks, bustling with lots of energy and friendly baristas. The coffee shop is pretty much a square so no nooks or quiet spots due to configuration of space. If one person is having a fairly loud conversation then you better hope it's an interesting one as you are going to hear every bit of it. (Yes, I am talking about you, couple with the issues!) I seem to be near here on a semi regular basis and have never had a bad tall extra hot vanilla latte!

I have visited this location a handful of times. More times than not, my experience is okay. This morning, however, my experience was less than okay. The lady who took my order was friendly and nice and took my order correctly. The other two ladies who were making the orders didn't seem as friendly. I'm not sure if they were overwhelmed or having bad days, but BOTH ladies messed up my order. I was very disappointed that neither of them seemed to even care or offered to fix it. I don't mind spending a little more money on a good product (which Starbucks has) but when my order is right! I'm not sure if I'll be returning to this location in the future.

This is a great Starbucks. I am too lazy to make my coffee at home so I come here every morning on the way to work. I tried the Starbucks off of Halsted but it's not as good. The staff at this location is very friendly and efficient. i usually order the same thing every morning and they ask me right when they see me if I want the same thing. Sometimes I splurge and try something new, and they make it perfectly. I usually have a hard time at other Starbucks but they are wonderful at this one. Everyone is very friendly and I leave here in a great mood every morning on my way to work.

The vast majority of my visits to this Starbucks have been a positive experience. The staff are friendly and the drinks are served pretty quick. The store itself is clean - the bathrooms are too! - which is always welcome. The only time I've ever had anything approaching a "bad" experience was with one particular female employee who seemed to take issue with my husband asking for a five-step custom drink. Perhaps it was the pre-holiday rush that had her in a bitchy mood. No matter, this is a nice Starbucks location with a nice interior layout and clean restrooms. (I dislike stores, especially coffee places/restaurants with cluttered, crammed & claustrophobic layouts. I want to get to the counter for my coffee fix without feeling like I've had to navigate the globe!) I'm happy it's nearby my neighborhood. Having said that, I don't visit this Starbucks as often as the other stores in my area, mostly because A) there are two Starbucks stores closer to me and b) it doesn't have a drive thru.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I love they have a drive thru and the baristas are extremely friendly. They get you in and out fast and my order is always correct. My fave drinks are: creme brûlée latte, pumpkin spice latte, white chocolate mocha and peppermint mocha. I also love the chai tea.
