This was by far the best Starbucks I've been to. I really never feel the need to review a chain. They are supposed to all produce the goods in the same manner. However, the staff here was awesome! They new the regulars by name, how to spell names on new customers, and blended my drink perfectly. It would be easy to not take pride in a job that is part of a juggernaut, but these people showed up and rocked.

Love this place. They make one of the best Starbucks drinks in gurnee! My cousin recommended me going there. Everyone is super friendly and extremely spacious and they have tables outside which is a plus since I work in the mall and we are usually confined inside so the nice breather is great.

This is a great location, west on Grand in the strip mall South of Gurnee Mills. I love this location because its away from the hubbub of the interstate intersection. Very convenient, and always friendly.

This is an excellent Starbucks location! No drive-thru, but there's plenty of parking and the inside of this Starbucks is bigger then most other Starbucks locations i've been to. Plenty of space to sit on the inside and outside of this location and the staff are friendly too. The line can get kinda long, but it seems like they have the staff to handle it - I didn't wait more then a few minutes to get my drink on a busy day

One of my favorite Starbucks. Great location just a mile west of Gurnee Mills. A large store with tons of inside and outdoor seating. No drive thru at this location like previously mentioned by kristen. Drive thru available 2 miles east at Dilley Starbucks.

When ever I go to Starbucks, 99% of the time is this one. I love going here, it has a good environment and lovely employees! I always bike ride here because my house is not to far so it's the perfect spot, and I always take my friends or sister too! Always trying new thing and love the rewards program! They always have what I'm looking for and the food always looks so good! I'm in love with this Starbucks location and place!

Probably one my least favorite Starbucks experience to date. As I was looking over the regular coffee choices I saw a new blend I wanted to try, the sign above the brewed coffee said "pour over available" so I asked for freshly ground coffee using the pour over method. The employee told me that she had some brewed, I replied that I always grind my coffee fresh at home and use the pour over method. She promptly turned around and begun the process... And did it wrong, she did not pre wet the paper filter, did not bloom the coffee, and did not thank me as she did other customers that had ordered other coffee drinks. I want to mention that it was also not busy when I asked for this either. I figured that in a place where people order ridiculous requests for modified coffee drinks, my request would be easy compared to a skinny mocha latte no whip double pump with sugar in the raw type thing that I hear other people order all the time. Bottom line, my experience in privately owned coffee shops have always blown Starbucks out of the water... The small business really care about their customers.

This is my "break" during a busy workday and I've always loved coming over to this starbucks. The people there are friendly and fast--and they still are--very nice group there. The problem is...I LIVE for the Starbucks Flat White, and the last 4 times I've ordered it, I basically get a skim or 2% latte with bubble bath foam. Guys--I could do this at home. When I order the Flat White, I want thick, dense foam on a hot creamy cup of WHOLE milk and espresso. This is what defines the flat white. Time to review your notes!! I don't want to pay $4+ for something that leaves me frustrated. I could stay at work for that! ;-)

This location has been around for awhile and it always seems busy. It is in a strip-mall location so it does get alot of car traffic, which is good because they dont have a drive-thru. Corner store with lots of windows. Inside is nice with cushioned seats and small table. Staff is attentive and friendly all this is good. Ok I dont like Starbucks coffee so I ordered a tea and lemonade mix. Holy crap, $2.80 for this. Plus $2.00 for the muffin and all I could think was I could of gotten 2 Egg McMuffins and a large iced tea for the same price. Made me wish I would of eaten breakfast before I went to the mechanic.
