Penn Station East Coast Subs Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Please note my one-star rating is a combination of bad service and mediocre food. As a long time city dweller, I count myself somewhat of a connoisseur of subs since I've had the best from places like Fontano's near Taylor Street, and even the good hybrid stuff like Potbellies since I lived near one of their original ones. So I was excited to see a sub shop called Penn Station open up. But I should have seen the warning signs when I first arrived and saw there was a Chicken Teryaki option on the menu! It was a slow Sunday at noon with less than half the place filled, however, (and as reported by other Yelpers) my food took very long to prepare. When others who ordered after me were getting their food, I went up to inquire and was told that it was because I did not want my sandwich hot, and as a result took longer to prepare. I would have been satisfied somewhat with that weak explanation, when the cashier chimed in and told me that I should have called ahead if I didn't want to wait. So...slow AND lacking of customer sensitivity...not a good start. When I finally got the food home, I saw that they did not give me one of the orders of french fries I paid for. Great! Food wise, it was frankly nothing special. My Italian sub tasted like any other chain shops such as Jersey Mikes, etc. I also tasted one of the toasted sandwiches I ordered, and frankly, Potbellies is much better. As for the fresh cut fries, it was un-evenly cooked and I think Five Guys' fries are superior. Had my experience at the shop been perfect, I would have still rated the food only two stars. And what self-respecting sub shop doesn't offer hot peppers? Similar to another Yelper, while I waited for my sandwich, I also noticed the chaos at the food prep counter when at one point, there were five (5) workers crowding over a bench meant for two in trying to prepare sandwiches. I laughed to myself and thought about how my friends who work for Micky D's and Starbucks corporate QC would have had several heart attacks watching the scene unfold. To me, Penn Station is a less "sanitized" version of Subway...that's all. With so many subs and sandwich shops around, I can't imagine how poor service and mediocre sandwiches can be a long term draw for folks in Gurnee and Grayslake. It was also good to see from other Yelpers here that I was not a bad customer, and this poor experience was not unique to me.

I have had better, but not around here. I have been here twice and both times ordered an 8" cheesesteak and small fries. The food tastes okay, but the system they use for ordering and delivering food to the tables is very awkward. I think that the problem stems from the fact that orders are placed up front, then there is a line for paying but the food is not ready for several minutes after paying. The food preparation area appears to be chaotic with people shouting back and forth and looking very busy without really getting much done. I suspect that they might be trying to create an "atmosphere", but I think that it would be better if they were just able to serve great sandwiches in an efficient manner. I think I am going to wait a few months before I try this place again. Maybe by then they will have things down a little better.

Good hand made subs that are excellently toasted. They do take short while to come out. The downside to that is if they mess up the order = it's double the wait. I ended up getting home last night after picking up a Chicken Parmesan sandwhich - they forgot the sauce. Sweet, I always wanted chicken & bread. I should of checked it before I drove off.

i know they're kind of still new but my experience was a complete failure. sorry. Why somebody would think that Gurnee needs another sub shop is beyond me and the location and parking is terrible to begin with. I went in on Saturday afternoon, there was 3 or 4 people sitting down eating and one person in front of me ordering. Not crowded at all. I ordered almost right away the Phillie Cheesesteak/fries to go. Then you have to go wait in line at the other end to pay. That's when I witnessed all the disfunction gone wild. To make a long story short, I waited several minutes to pay while the cashier spent several minutes arranging the brownie basket and moving in a slow and confused motion. I counted 14 other people running around in circles and bumping into each other behind the counter including the manager. It was so crowded back there it was ridiculous. Meanwhile there were 3 people that came in after me that got their food while I was still waiting. After 15 minutes of standing around waiting and watching this circus, a clueless teeny bobblehead comes bopping out from behind the counter with my order. It was the same one that took my order 15 minutes ago way at the other end of the counter and there were three orders since mine. The food was in a basket with the big order receipt attached that with the words "TAKEOUT" in big letters. She stood there looking at me as I stared at those letters on the receipt. When I finally told her that it was 'to go', she turned around, went back behind the counter and after no less than 3 more people handled my sandwich and finally got it wrapped about 4 minutes later and I was out the door in about 19 minutes total. The fries were cold , bland, zero salt. The sandwich was ok but not impressive. Not worth the hassle to me and the food doesn't match the premium price point at all. I won't be back. I don't know which east coast they are referring to. It's nothing like te east coast I've been to.

Located next to a pet-store, in the Menards complex. I believe that this is the inaugural week for this location - nice layout. When you walk through the door, you stare at a fairly basic menu. Wife and I each had an 8" Philly Cheesesteak with fresh cut fries. Each sandwich has several different ingredient options (listed on the menu board) but they may be also to customize. You place your order at one end of a counter (they ask for your name when you order)...then travel down to the other end of the counter to pay. Staff was friendly enough, and the layout works - any very clean After you pay, you can grab your soda, ketchup, napkins,etc...then head to your seat - once your order is complete, one of the employees shouts out your name and brings the food to your table. The sandwich is served open-face - and hot. I had grilled onions, mayo, and banana peppers on my sandwich - liked the flavors, plenty of melted mozzarella. Wife had the same but added the brown mustard, and mushrooms - she thought that there were too many onions....which normally she would never complain about. Also, she did not like the mustard, guess it was a bit overwhelming The fries are definitely fresh-cut. - crisp, and not greasy - a winner! The cost for the two sandwiches, a medium fry, and a regular drink was $17.25ish. I will do it again. If I want a warm beefy sandwich (an Italian beef is another story)...will visit here...if I want a cold sub type sandwich - I will stick to Jimmy-Johns.

Good subs. Better than Quiznos? Mmmm, not sure. Fries and lemonade are very good! Speed of service could use some improvement so does the cleanliness of dinning area. Wish I could give it a better rating.

I always get the Italian sub with all the goodies! everything was as always great and fresh. the fries are truly something different, you can see them cut the potato and then fry them! I also had the Pizza Sub and that was SUPERB! fresh deli meats cut to order! NOT prepackaged. Finally I love how you can have your veggies grilled. To simply put it, I cannot stop coming here

The food is pretty good for fast food. The service is close to terrible. There seems to be no leadership and their organization seems to be a mess. Today alone, it took almost 10 minutes to ring me out in an empty restaurant because the manger rang the wrong order in front of me. I go back because I like the food, but unless staffing issues are fixed, I don't see this location lasting, which is a shame because the food is good and the fare is unique to the intersection.

I'm giving this place my "fast food" run down. The short story: the sandwiches are decent, the manager (owner?) is very nice, but their ability to get orders right is seriously lacking. FOOD: The sandwiches are indeed basic. For a city in need of something different food wise, I had high hopes when this came to town, and I'm somewhat let down by the selection. They offer basic options, like a "Philly Cheesesteak" which was nothing like the real thing, a hot chicken sandwich, and a few other nondescript items. They tout their fresh cut fries, which are over salted and not crisp enough, and the flavor is just lacking. As noted by other reviewers, I'll never know what my real sandwich tasted like, because I've been back twice to order it, and each time waited more than 5 minutes to have it delivered wrong. With two little kids, I don't have time to wait for another. Speaking of, if you have small kids, skip this place entirely - they charge almost $6 for a sub sandwich that SAYS its 4" (it's really about 2-1/2"), with roughly 2 slices of meat on it. You get like 5 fries in the basket, and a drink cup that holds 2 big sips and then its gone. For that, go to subway or Jersey Mikes and triple the size of your order for less money (and probably better quality). SERVICE: This for me is where they earned the 2 stars (otherwise it would have been 1). The older gentleman (manager / owner?) is very kind, and really, geniunely interested in how you are enjoying your meal, and his place. I really feel guilty giving them such a poor review, based on him alone, because I like him - not enough to come back again, but I do like him. VALUE: Simply not there. A meal for 2 adults, 2 pre-K kids was over $30 (including sandwiches, drinks, and one side). This is ridiculous costs when you consider the sandwiches are small (SUPPOSED to be 6" but are more like 4" or 5"), and the flavors are at or below average.

Just got home from Penn Station across from Gurnee Mills. Staff cannot get an order correct! In store ordered a 8" cheese bread add pizza sauce, no oregano. Served to child who ordered it plain with oregano all over. Sent it back. Staff members argued amongst themselves about who forgot to write it up correctly and that they had to redo. We told guy at order 2x no oregano. So loud complaining about redoing, my child slid under table. Your customers Can Hear You! We paid for it to be correct. You made it wrong - do not complain. It's your job! Next, ordered a to go sandwich. Steak, cheese only add pizza sauce. Asked person taking order to confirm it. When I paid. I told girl there what I ordered and asked if it showed correctly! again told yes. Got home with an 8" I paid for and it is Wrong order! Staff made me a 8" steak with every vegetable possible add pizza sauce. Throwing it away. Person. I brought it to does not eat vegetables. It was NOT what I ordered and paid for! I live 20 minutes away or I would go back and ask for refund. Do Not Go to this restaurant. Staff does not know how to use their equipment to enter an order correctly. Love Penn Station food. Eat there a lot. Never had this problem at other location. This location is awful!

Dirty. The scum on the booths was gross. The people behind the counter don't wear gloves after handling money and credit cards. None of the tables were clean. Waited 10 minutes before the black chick with nasty red dreadlocks who obviously loved her job acknowledged our existence to take our payment. She moved with snail like gusto. The short little black girl who took our order was adorable and pleasant and was the only one who seemed to take her job seriously. I must have seen her on 5 different occasions straightening up and cleaning. The credit card machine was disgusting......caked with food and has obviously never been cleaned.....then she went right back to handling food. After about 15 minutes my husband got his sandwiches....7 minutes later mine came. Food gross. A Philly cheese steak with banana peppers and canned mushrooms. Weird and a bad combination. A philly gets sauteed fresh veggies.....period. I opted out on the marinara sauce....more weirdness. The fresh cut fries were soggy, cold and tasteless. ALL THIS FOR $30 BUCKS! At all costs avoid this place. Its just not good. People most likely go here because of location.

    (1)
  • Christian B.

This place is disgusting. Need to be scrubbed down. People need to where gloves if they are going to handle money. Did i mention how dirty it was. The credit machine is caked with food. Wash your hands. I will be calling corporate.

Well first time back in since the first week they opened.. Sure my 2 stars won't matter to them since I rarely visit. I got to the shop at 4:30. After standing alone at the order spot for 5 minutes the manager felt it was more important to wrap up some meat on 4 containers then to turn around and take my order then get back to his prep. Ordered a Philly Steak and fries. Was told fries would be a 10-15 minute wait so I cancelled that. As I walked down. To register I noticed 2 people sitting waiting on food. I THEN quickly noticed the floor was like a skating rink. It was as if they washed the floor with a bucket of oil. Very slippery... anyhow almost 20 minutes later I got my single sandwich and left. Oh and the 2 others STILL waiting as I pull away.. If this is how they do it in the east coast, I'll stick with my Midwest Italian Beefs.. Shame when first opened had a good feeling. I WAS WRONG :(

  • Michael M.

The food was not bad. Three stars on the quality. The fries were just warm. I think the issue is the people behind the counter. There was no apparent sense of urgency on anyones part. The only person who appeared to be "johnny on the spot", was the older gentleman who took my order! The ambience was plesant. Spike TV needs a show called "Fast Food Rescue", just like Bar Rescue and have John Taffer as the host. I don't know if it was a poor selection of employees who just don't care and realize that the majority of people only have a half hour to eat!

  • George G.

Don't go to this sub shop unless you have plenty of time. The order process was slow - the pay process was slow - and to really frost the cake - everyone that came after us received their food before we did (multiple people). When I asked when our food would be ready - the guy behind the counter gave me a half-hearted, sarcastic "it's coming out now!" No apologies... I was made to feel I was bothering them! No worries - I won't bother them again! And the sandwich? Meh... I would have wanted to return if the sandwich was worthwhile - but I can easily get a better sandwich elsewhere. I can't imagine this restaurant will be around for long the way it's running. Much better service and food a very short distance away.

  • Shawn D.

I'm not really certain how I feel about this place. The fries were good. But the sandwich I had wasn't, maybe I chose poorly. I got the chicken cordon bleu and there wasn't a whole lot to it, although I did like the bread. I thought it was odd that while my husband and I ordered at the same time, his sandwich came out to him a good five minutes ahead of mine. Why not bring them both together? Then when my sandwich was on its way, some man that worked there stopped the woman and they discussed something for for a bit. WTH? Deliver the food that is getting colder by the second and then talk about whatever. Plus, there was only one other table occupied in the place. Not sure I'd return.

  • Alexis E.

Rude staff, I stood at the register for a good while until the manager and worker noticed I was there and stopped talking.... Took 15 minutes for a sandwich to be made... At 2:30 the place was a disaster... Not one clean table to sit at. Something needs to be done, this is a great company but this is a TERRIBLE location

Best hidden secret in Gurnee! If you have not tried this you are doing yourself a disservice. The best sub bread ive ever had. Actual fresh ingredients, no pre packaged pre frozen like subway. The most amazing fries! Fresh squeazed lemonade. Hands down my favorite place to get a sub.

Love the artichoke heart sandwich. I wouldn't call it healthy but it is always nice to find delish veggie options.

I visited Penn Station for the first time this past Friday. The reviews had me somewhat concerned, especially since there seems to be an epidemic of fast food and casual dining restaurants getting orders wrong on a consistent basis. That said, the place was not all that crowded, but there were other patrons ordering and eating there. The cashier was very friendly, and agreed to take more than one coupon (free sub and free fries) for both my wife and me - Nice! The order was near-perfect. I told the cashier I was debating getting the pizza sauce on my Philly Cheesesteak, and ultimately said I would try it, but the pizza sauce didn't make it onto the sandwich. Regardless, the sandwich was very good (wife's was good too). The fries were very good, and the freshly-squeezed lemonade was awesome. Another gentleman (possibly a manager), came by to see how we liked our food while we were dining. As I was walking out of the restaurant, the cashier thanked me for coming and used my first name. Classy move! I will be back for sure. The combination of good service and good food are getting to be more and more rare these days.

The food takes a little bit, but it's fresh and worth the wait. I had the best rueben I've ever eaten. They were not stingy on the sauce, which I love. So if you aren't a fan of sauce, ask for them to go light on it. The lemonade is delicious! I buy a gallon whenever I go out that way. The staff was very friendly. It is a newer location, so I am understanding that they have kinks to work out, which is why I couldn't give them the full 5 stars. The food is certainly 5 stars!

    (4)
  • Joe N.

Bread comes out of the oven crusty and chewy, the toppings are usually cooked in lava from what I can tell. It is always tasty, unfortunately not the "healthy" lunch a sub place is thought to be. Do not leave without trying a chocolate chip cookie, one of my favorite cc cookies ever. Go ahead and just have two of those as your meal.

  • Daniel M.

Love it, love it, LOVE IT. I cannot say that enough. This location is much better than the Grayslake one. Cleaner, friendlier, faster, can't get enough of the cheesesteaks! Being born and raised in Philadelphia, I'm extremely critical on my cheesesteaks and these ones -- these ones deserve an 'A' from me!

  • David F.

I love Penn Station, but this location should be avoided. The staff, while nice enough, had no idea what they were doing. Our order was wrong and, when we returned as an which with the error, the staff audibly fought about whose fault it was, making my 11 year old daughter hide behind the partition. The fresh cut fries, their signature side were cold. I have never had that experience at any Penn Station anywhere. The absolute worst was an add on carry out sandwich was wrong and we didn't realize until we got home. Ok, maybe we should have verified but should we have to? Wrong orders, cold food, and a bickering staff. Just don't go here. There is another 10 minutes away in Greyslake which does not have these problems.

  • Caitlyn K.

I've been to this locate quite a few times. All of my experiences have been the exact same, and I couldn't ask for anything better. Definitely made a lasting impression. First of all, the food is fantastic. I've dabbled with a few sandwiches, but stick with the Philly Cheese steak because it's the best. I appreciate a sandwich shop that gives fries rather than chips and such. Amazing fries. Love everything about my meals that I've had. What is more important to me, is the service. I have always been greeted with a smile, took time to help me order, give advice, etc. A lot of other reviews state that the people were always talking to others, and well, it's true. They go out of their way to interact with everyone and assure that they're given excellent service. This is just something you don't see now a days. Every single time I've been in there, not only the manager, but the entire staff has been friendly and smiling. I went today with a friend to grab sandwiches to go (visiting Petsmart next store and had my American Bulldog with me, so we waited outside). Not but 2 minutes pass and the manager comes out with a cup of water and plastic dish for my pup. "Dogs are our customers too!" Really speaks volume when most places wouldn't even think twice. Even my friend (first time trying Penn Station) came out and was super impressed with the way that their service was, and especially impressed with the way their staff was training the new folks. Good sandwiches, outstanding fries, and out of the ordinary service with a smile. Something you just don't get in today's "fast" food world. I would recommend to anyone in the mood for a good hearty sandwich.

I've been here once and can't find a reason to go back. The food is okay, but nothing your local Subway can't provide at a much lower rate. I was especially turned off by this place when the cashier wasn't able to do simple math after switching my drink order for their "world famous" lemonade. After what seemed like 5 minutes of juggling change the manager did attempt to right his ship by giving me a free size upgrade, but by then the damage had been done.

    (3)
  • Dan K.

I come here maybe once a month and always enjoy my sandwich. The fries are very good too. It's the perfect spot because I can get a haircut next door and then grab lunch or dinner on the way out! Always clean inside here too. Will definitely return.

  • Kevin W.

Don't get me wrong the food was great. But the customer service was lacking. And the hole place was filthy. My shoes were sticking to the floor with each step. The tables were so dirty that on every single on of them you could see food crumbs and grease.

    (3)
  • Amy L.

The food is decent - I recommend ordering subs with extra meat though. I ordered the Italian and thought it was good - it was all bread. Extra meat I think would help with that. We did not have any issues with messed up orders, but I do understand how it could happen - there is a lot going on behind the counter and I did feel like the woman taking my order was paying more attention to what was happening behind her (with her co-workers/friends) then taking our order - as she was not only taking our order, but having a conversation with them as well. Pretty rude, in my opinion. We have not been back since that one time, but maybe someday...

Went on a Sunday at noon and not many customers. I ordered and the girl behind the counter repeated what I ordered but had it all wrong. I wanted a Philly Cheesesteak with mustard, onions and American cheese. She said: "just to confirm, that's a Philly Cheesesteak with Mushrooms and Mayo, sir?'..... I should have known at that point. After receiving my lemonade, the guy behind the counter made some cheesy joke about them being better than Subway but they don't grow their own lemons for their lemonade. I just wanted him to stop talking. After 5 minutes I hear my name called and then "Oh No, this is wrong" and the guy who came to my table immediately turned around and told me that the cheese on my order was wrong and it would have to be re-done. After another 3-4 minutes the guy comes back and handed me my fries saying I should have them now before they get cold. Another 5 minutes goes by and I am through with the fries and just ready to get out of this place and my sandwich comes to the table (after several other people who came in after me all got their sandwiches). My Philly Cheesesteak came with "PIZZA SAUCE" all over it. I never freaking asked for PIZZA SAUCE!!!!! Why Penn Station, did you manage to screw everything up?? I was not about to complain again and wait another hour for a re-do makeover mess of a sandwich, so I just ate the dang thing with the pizza sauce. Believe me, this is no Tony Luke's or Chickie and Pete's authentic Philly Cheesesteak. It was tough meat with strange pizza sauce. Penn Station: Never Again.

I've had the wrong order 3 times now. The first time, we were eating in, so no big deal. I took it to the counter, they fixed it and actually apologized. So of course, I went back. The next time I ordered to go. Naturally, you trust that an order to go will be fine. I get home and my order is missing the lettuce and tomato that I requested. I called to let them know because this is the same exact problem with the first mistake. I called to just bring it to their attention so that one of the 18 people working can check the receipt before wrapping it up. She offered for me to come and have it fixed. I am home now and not getting out, driving and wasting my time, to have it fixed. Then she offered for a credit. Unfortunately, I was in a good mood and told her I wasn't looking for credit, just want them to be aware and make appropriate changes. She said "okay" and hung up. Soooo she didn't even push for me to get the credit. That is not customer service. Apparently they don't take customer feedback seriously because another mistake was had! Got home and the freaking exact mistake was made. You must be kidding me. Called and they of course said, "bring it in and we'll fix it". What part of that is a waste of time and now I can't eat with my family doesn't make sense to the manager. Then they tried telling us that we had to bring in the sandwich to prove it wasn't done correctly. OMG! On top of it all, they never offered a credit. Repeatedly, we told them that it was the 3rd time dealing with this. Finally, we just had to ask for the credit. Where the hell is the customer service with this place??? Well---I'M DONE! WE WILL NEVER RETURN. I would tell you all to avoid this place unless you enjoy being frustrated.

  • Matt B.

I have been here 5 times since they opened. My biggest frustration is the process to order and pay. You place an order at the front of the line, head to the end of the line, and wind up waiting to pay for 5, 10, 15 minutes or longer while the staff tends to other things. My personal preference would be to pay and have a chance to sit down if there is going to be a wait. Most fast food/takeout places have you pay up front when you order. The time it takes from order to service seems on the excessive side. (based on my visits when there were only 1 to 3 other patrons in the store) Cost wise, the food is relatively expensive. I ordered a small sized sandwich with fries and a drink. It came out to just under $10.00. In my opinion the value isn't there, and the typical wait is personally frustrating. I spoke with the owner/manger about my frustrations with how long it takes in general. He was genuinely concerned and said it shouldn't happen, and that he was going to fix it. After I ate I headed next door to the barber shop. I asked the woman cutting my hair if she had been next door to eat. She proceeded to tell me of an excessively long wait for a sandwich order the 1st time she went there. She said she would not buy food there again based on her experience. When I look over other reviews on Yelp, it appears that some of these problems have been experienced by others as well. I certainly hope they can fix it. I suggest a focus on taking care of customers who are standing around waiting to pay. Perhaps additional staff training would help on some of the other fronts. I would assume that Penn Station corporate/Franchise folks might be able to help you with some of these issues. I wish you the best, but I probably won't return.

I've driven by this place so many times since they opened & finally stopped in today.... i was excited to try it out because i lived out on the east coast for several years & i love a good Philly Cheese Steak. Sadly this place was not worth the stop. It took forever to get my food, it was over priced & when I got home to eat my sandwich they gave me the wrong order. Needless to say I won't be going back. If you want a good Philly Cheese Steak fast go to Jearsy Mikes down the street.

  • Derek S.

The food here is great. I always get an Original Philly Cheese stake with fries and a soda, cant go wrong with that. I wish they had combo meals that can save you money. Otherwise its all great food. Not horribly priced either. I know ill keep comming back

Late review but passed it the other day and it reminded me that I just had to post. We went once when they first opened and it was ok. I have been to other locations out of State and loved it so figured I would give it another shot. Was told they ha no fried and if we wanted that we would have to wait about 20 minutes?? Really.. I understand they were busy but put someone to work on using the potato slicer. Put a bad taste in mouth and I will never return. The I don't really care attitude hit me the most!

I've never heard of Penn Station before, but I heard some people at my gym say it was great, so we decided to give it a try. We went there for lunch on a Saturday and it was packed! It did take awhile to order/get our food, but that's to be expected for a new restaurant. Customers were getting really angry and upset, but what do you expect going to a place that just opened at noon on a weekend? Everyone is still learning the menu and they aren't as speedy as sub places that have been around for longer, but speed will come in time. Give them a break and be patient! The menu is kindof unusual and different than other sub places. They have chicken parmesan subs, chicken cordon bleu subs, and pizza subs, all of which were nontraditional. They're famous for their cheesesteak sandwiches, so I felt like I had to try it. So I ordered the cheesesteak with all the veggies and the spicy mustard. It was outstanding! Not greasy and heavy like I was expecting - everything about it was perfect. The spicy mustard offered a nice kick to it as well. My mom got the tuna salad and she said it was great as well. We shared fries and they were soooo delicious!! Nice and crispy - not greasy - which is just how they should be! I do think that they should get a better system for passing out the sandwiches (instead of using a name system) because there are people with the same name and it's hard to hear your name when it's really busy. Plus, it's awkward hearing your name yelled and then raising your hand - it reminded me of being in grade school. I honestly would prefer a number system where you put the number card on your table and they bring your meal out. But, that's just a personal preference! I don't care too much for things to be "personal" - I think it's just not as practical or convenient as other methods to get customers their food. Overall, my experience and food were great and I recommend this place for people who want different types of subs for a reasonable price. I'll certainly be going back!

I come here maybe once a month and always enjoy my sandwich. The fries are very good too. It's the perfect spot because I can get a haircut next door and then grab lunch or dinner on the way out! Always clean inside here too. Will definitely return.

Don't get me wrong the food was great. But the customer service was lacking. And the hole place was filthy. My shoes were sticking to the floor with each step. The tables were so dirty that on every single on of them you could see food crumbs and grease.

The food here is great. I always get an Original Philly Cheese stake with fries and a soda, cant go wrong with that. I wish they had combo meals that can save you money. Otherwise its all great food. Not horribly priced either. I know ill keep comming back

  • Chris D.

This place is disgusting. Need to be scrubbed down. People need to where gloves if they are going to handle money. Did i mention how dirty it was. The credit machine is caked with food. Wash your hands. I will be calling corporate.
