Very bad service and food was dry and over cooked. I took my elderly mother there (she had never been). "Jazmin" waited in her and was very rude and impatient as my mother was trying to understand how to order. After we sat down to eat, the same employee came over to our table and proceeded to sweep around our feet as we ate our meal. Very rude and unprofessional staff!

It its what it is. Chinese fast food, cafeteria style.. Friendly service, decent prices and the restaurant and restrooms were clean.. Easy access off highway 70.

You know exactly what you are getting when you come to panda. Fast food style, they offer you samples of anything you would like. Food was all hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was extremely clean. Was traveling through and didn't want the regular fast food options. They have a tv which is always good for the kids.

I expected a much better dining experience than the one I received. Considering Panda Express is a chain, I expected the same great food I get in California. Boy was I ever disappointed! While this location was nice and clean, and the staff seemed friendly enough, the food was the worst I have ever gotten at a Panda Express. Everything was extremely bland and dry. The honey walnut shrimp was dry and quite flavorless. Honey sesame chicken also dry and bland. Orange chicken with bacon dry and bland as well. It was as thought they didn't add the sauce when cooking the stuff. If they did, they certainly didn't add enough. Normally those dishes have a little kick to them. These had nothing. Not the slightest amount of flavor period. For the love of God, taste the food you are cooking to see if you need to add seasoning/sauce to it. The entire cooking staff needs to go to a different Panda Express and learn to cook the food properly. I ended up tossing the food in the trash. And ended up with an upset stomach after about 20 mins. I really wish I wouldn't have ordered my food to go. If I had eaten inside the place, I would have immediately let them know my disappointment in their food. I would no return to this location if back in the area.

Not the best Chinese food, but decent for fast food. I like the fried rice and orange chicken. **Attention Parents** I visited with my wife and 10 month old son. This restaurant is not young child friendly. They had no diaper changing stations and no high chairs or other child seats.

About as good as any panda. No prices listed for crab wontons. They were out of an item but in the end it was the same old consistent Panda.

Web site, yelp, etc say this location is open till 10 pm well obviously the management of this location prefer to close at 09:30 since that's what is listed on the door. Sorry I will make sure to not give you my business in the future. Also the doors were locked at 9:20 pm.

Usually my go-to place when driving through, stopped today and stood in line for 20 minutes while one girl tried to work the counter for the 15+ guests. Got up to order and was told it would be five minutes before the orange chicken was ready so I had to order something different. Guy in front of me ordered the orange chicken and 15 minutes later is still waiting on his food. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or hand towels, garbage a were over flowing with trash and tables covered in food. Staff didn't seem to care people were disappointed or offer any sort of apology. Very disappointed and no reason they shouldn't be staffed better/more prepared on a holiday weekend at this busy exit.

Walked in an hour and a half before close. They had nothing prepared, what was there was cold and tough! The girl who served my food was rude and very unhelpful! There was not a single customer in the place and after I received my food I noticed a guy in a white lab coat behind the counter, turned out to be health inspector. I got my food and immediately through in the garbage.. Nasty stuff!! Waste of my 10$ WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

I never used to eat at Panda Express but I'm not sure why. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly! Sadly customer service in the world today is severely lacking, if you don't believe me try shopping at a K-mart. Every Panda Express I've ever been to has wonderful, friendly staff working, a clean environment & fresh food. My husband & I stopped at this location a bit on the late side so they made everything fresh for us. It was a great quick road trip meal. I recommend splitting the 3 course entree, it is a ton of food. The beef & broccoli is my fav. My husband prefers the orange chicken which is also good. Great place!

I have been to panda express at different locations and I have to say this was the worst i have ever had I got the sweet and sour chicken bowl it was so dry I could hardly eat it. Girl at the window was very polite and I did get my food fast but I would have rather have waited a bit and got fresher food.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
