After enduring several disappointing visits, it's time to perform a public service by describing my experiences. I've been coming here a few years due to their late hours and close proximity. Prior couple visits, I had the displeasure of dealing with a young cashier whose communicative English is....slight. She consistently would give me incorrect totals, and when I would correct her mainly to ensure I received the right amount of change, she would verbally assault me with a disgusting " 'hood " attitude.... I've brought the issue up to the usual late night manager (blonde humanoid, never was sure about the gender), but clearly she has yet to check that cashier....so tonight was no different. They ran out of what I ordered, and proceeded to treat my order as an inconvenience rather than the other way around.... There's plenty of other late night options which are healthier, better service, and far less risk of being short changed and disrespectful...but hey don't take my word for it...... You'll see

Dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been to. Floors are dirty, tables are dirty, tables and floor have peoples garbage all over. Drink station is a mess, out of lids. Place needs an overhaul. Service is slow too.

Felt rushed at drive thru. Rude customer service asked her to please give me a minute and again she started huffing and puffing for me to hurry. Not rush hour either 9pm.

Stopped by today to order a pick up in the drive thru. We were given our food after we paid but asked to pull up and they would bring out drinks out. After 10 minutes my husband went inside to see what was going on. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR DRINKS ! They forgot about us and needless to say our food was cold and we wound up tossing it all out. Never going to stop there again !

This is the Wendy's we go to typically, although, we don't get there too often - and that's too bad because Wendy's has improved everything from their fries, to the buns on their juicy, hot burgers, to their frosties -- thicker than I ever remembered as a kid. My order is always quick and hot and fresh. The window guys are always really friendly and professional. I think Wendy's is the best burger as far as fast food goes these days. A really nice treat every so often.

I don't know what it is with this location, but they phuck my order up each and every time I go here (only the drive through...or thru...or whatever the hell you want to call it! (see just thinking about this Wendy's pisses me off!)). Anyway if you want your order to be right don't go here. I think what irritates me the most is getting BBQ sauce here. Should be an easy task right? Order it, pay for it, get it. Well if you order it at the speaker you are guaranteed not to receive any. It says it on the screen when you order, but not on the receipt. Then when you get smart and order it at the window they bitch at you for not ordering it at the speaker! You can't win with these assholes. Can't I just get my BBQ sauce without a phucken hassle?!? OK...I'm done with my rant.

I think this is the one of only Wendy's I've been to that doesn't mess up my order all the time. Not only that, but the service here is surprisingly quick most of the time, again compared to other Wendy's I've been to.
