omg hilarious. yes the chix is good and hot. great. but but but but why in the world cant you ever get a g-d drive thru order right????'' i get the saem g-d thing every time a 12 piece and two sides . you never get one of my sides right even after - wait of it- even after you read it back to be correctly at drive thru!!! get home wrong second side. liek way wrong. wtf is the matter with you people???????

I was going to give this restaurant four stars because they have the best biscuits ever and the chicken is very fresh. But a couple of nights ago I went to get dinner for my family. At the drive thru I asked for the 8 piece family meal. The drive thru operator tells me she doesn't have enough chicken for that meal. Huh...it was primetime hour for dinner it wasn't even near closing time. Disappointing..

The food is always good. I keep coming back because everyone in my family likes the food. Only giving 3 stars because yet again my order was screwed up. This one was minor, given the wrong side, but I can count on one hand how many correct ordered I've received. I should learn and check my order at the window..

This Popeyes location sure has their act together. From the person taking my order, on up to the manager, all employees are courteous and professional. Whether I order at the drive through or pick up my order inside, it's consistent quality, and great service with a smile. The food is always hot and fresh. I drive past another Popeyes location to come to this one. I've been ordering from this location for years, the quality and service has always been outstanding, never disappointing. They sure do it right!

For fast food it's pretty good. The cashier helping me helped me to figure out the combo the best way to get more bang for my buck. The parking lot is a little hard to get in when there's a line in the drive though.who ever designed it hours have thought to move the light pole that is in the way.

I have been here different days of the week usually in the evening. I always use the drive through went I go to this Popeye's. The person taking my order is always courteous and articulate. They repeat back my order every time to verify everything is correct. When I get to the window the person always greets me with a smile and asks how I am. It doesn't matter who it is, they are always pleasant. This is so exceptional at a "fast food" restaurant. Not to mention the biscuits and chicken tenders are so good.

When will they figure out that on holidays when they have coupons out that they will be busy and need to make more chicken. I stopped coming here for a year due to this issue and decided to try again. No luck....20 minute wait for chicken. Numerous people walked out when told the wait...lost sales. The manager looked tired and frustrated. When I asked if I could get more legs instead of wings (for the kids), I was told by the manager then my wait would be even longer. Aren't the pieces all made together? This was someone to lazy to do that and too lazy to care. Looks like I will go back to driving further away for KFC.

We have been going to this Popeye's for a couple of years. But we are always pretty satisfied with the food and the service. Yesterday we did a carryout of a 14 piece coupon special that comes with two sides and 7 biscuits for $19.99. Service was prompt and very quick. We put in the order, walked around a bit, looked at their hot sauce display and the order was ready. The chicken was exceptionally crispy and everything, including the double side order of their tangy mashed potatoes and the biscuits, were still hot and tasty when we ate about 15 minutes later. We did go a little before the dinner rush and I know service can really vary due to the short half life of a restaurant worker, but this place has been pretty consistent.

I am often asked to stop by Popeye's and pick something up. I usually make myself a peanut butter sandwich when this stuff shows up in my house. But I thought I would go into Yelp just to bitch about it. The chicken has to be at least 60% breading and greasy. The fries are overly spiced and likewise greasy. The biscuits are the oilest biscuits I've ever seen. Don't know why people bother buttering it. Mac and cheese is just this yellow slime and elbow macaroni. Red beans and rice are tolerable. Me? I'd avoid this place like the plague if it wasn't for the fact that a certain lady loves it so much. One more thing, Large sides are about a pint, and they all go for 3.99.

Seriously, this used to be my favorite location... It still is in terms of service, cleanliness, and appearance... but, the last time I ordered chicken to go, it was not very good and I was very shocked. I have never had a bad piece of chicken from here, ever!! The chicken was cold, I had a mystery piece (is it a breast, a back, a ??). I'm hoping it was just a fluke that day. I will give them one last shot!

Never have I ever left a Popeye's without any food...until today. They have quite possibly the world's worst drive thru worker. Here was our conversation: Me: I would like a number 5 with mash... Server: What side do you want?! Me: Ahem. Mashed potatoes and a Dr.... Server: What kind of drink?! Me: (to myself "Deep breath") Dr. Pepper please. And a medium red Fanta. Server: Is that a separate order?! Me: Um, yes it's a separate order. Server: So you want 2 number 5's, one with Dr. Pepper and one with Fanta. Me: Uh, no I want 1 number 5 and then the separate (using her term) order is the... Server: We can't do separate orders for one car ma'am. Me: (Again to myself. "What on God's green earth is she talking about, I can't get more than one item? This makes no sense. This woman is out of her mind). Never mind, we don't need anything. Then I proceed to drive off. How about next time you don't talk over me, let me order then ask questions if you can't comprehend something as simple as an order from the menu at Popeye's. Unbelievable. So no mashed potatoes and shrimpies for me :(

Fool me twice shame on me! As I bit into the crunchy batter of a fried chicken wing and bypassed any meat to reach bone, I suddenly remembered that I recently reviewed Popeye's and hated them the last time I was there, but too much Purple Kush and short term memory goes out the window. I had a coupon for 10 pieces for 8.99 and was in a hurry so I came back to them once more, Like an idiot I also bought a large Mashed Potato's for $3.99, considering gas is at $3.89 , Popeye's large Mashed Potato's is the biggest ripoff at 3.99 anywhere on earth. Their chicken is pretty meatless, the 10 piece was more like 5 piece's of actual meat, the sides are overpriced and for $15 I felt like received $8 of food.

I had thought that this place closed down early last year? I had the 20 piece chicken nuggets. They were actually pretty good. The sauce they gave me with it was pretty crappy. I also had a leg and a thigh. It was suppose to be spicy, but I'm still waiting for that to arrive. They skin was so overcooked I couldn't eat it. The cashier was very friendly and the service was quick.

Popeye's rocks! I love their spicy fried chicken. The mashed potatoes are pretty good too and the gravy has a bit of a bite. The biscuits are nice and greasy. Basically this is real comfort food, but you better get to the gym the next day!
