Terrible service. When i asked the drive thru cashier for ranch sauce i got the response "i already axed you? I said excuse me and she said it again. Completely blown away with the attitude from the staff.

Food is usually good. As a Chef who normally eats freshly prepared food, Jack in the Box is my guilty pleasure. Please explain to your employees about the value of knowing your menu. A breakfast jack comes with a bun, ham, egg, and cheese. I like to use the add sausage option on the menu. Add...not sub. Add means you get the breakfast jack (with all of the ingredients) AND sausage. Twice this week...and I spoke with the Manager 2 days ago when this happened the first time. Let's get it together folks.

I stopped here on my way to work one morning and the sheer lack of people working in the morning makes you want to go somewhere else to get breakfast. When I visited I went through the drive thru and my order was taken quickly, but I waited a while to actually get my food. When I got my food which was the Steak and egg burrito, the burrito was sloppily put together, the burrito flour was torn at the bottom and it was just a hot mess, literally. I have visited other fast food places for breakfast and experienced a much better breakfast. I don't think I will be visiting anytime soon for breakfast.

pretty skuzzy even by fastfood standards. dirty tables. poor service: this is one of those places where the customer has to intiate contact with the cashier. none of that old fashioned "hello welcome to jack-in-the-box..." stuff here. rather they'll do that "fake ignore" thing until you verbally flag them down. i was actually gonna cave to the crave for some sugared up fats...but the abysmal customer service saved my diet (and arteries!).

Ok I think i have finally learned my lesson.Just when i didnt think this Jack in the box restaurant could get worse,I made the mistake of going inside to eat instead of going thru the horrifying drive thru that takes 20 minutes to get your food.I thought going inside would be quicker.It was disgusting and filthy and the food was still old and cold and nasty and the wait wasnt much better.The staff looked half dead and didnt really care about what they were doing or selling.Dont waste your time going here.Its bad!!!!!
