I walked in at about 5pm to get a pizza (medium one topping) and wings (10) for $26 The staff was friendly and the food was decent not better or worse than what I expected. My only complaint was the wait. I knew I should have called ahead but didn't expect to wait 25 mins for the food. I would return but definitely call ahead.

So I've been to the toppers in the South Loop and I wasn't impressed. It was kind of like a Little Caesars (yuck)! But I was working near this location in the west loop and one morning one of the employees of toppers walked in with a box of pizza. He said that someone had placed an order and never picked it up and asked if I wanted it. Being the bargain person I am, I was like "hell yeah!". We talked for a bit before I ate any of it and he was a cool guy. I appreciated the gesture. The pizza was actually really flippin' good. I like thin crust and that's exactly what it was. It didn't look like an old pizza so I was gobbling it down real fast. It was green peppers and sausage, something I would never order! Loved it! Somewhere in me I think that it was kind of a marketing strategy, because the pizza did not look like it was old and waiting for someone else. Well if it was, it worked! I will totally give Toppers a call when I want another pizza in the West Loop!

Food is ok if you are looking for a late night pizza place. Service was not so good. Called in the order and the guy who answered the phone was rude and very short. I asked him what dipping sauces they had and he said we have them all. I then said, not sure what I want so can you name them for me. He started naming the sauces but he was talking so fast that I didn't understand what he was saying. Of course when we picked up the pizza he gave us the wrong dipping sauce. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes but when we picked it up it took about 35 minutes. They are VERY slow. A

Great place! Pizza is Phenomenal! Everything is just so great there. It would be 5 stars but it took a LITTLE long for our order. In their defense, we ordered a lot and it was late. However, it was definitely worth the wait I'll be returning again soonish!

I used to have no issues with this place, but lately if I call them, no one answers (even though they're supposed to be open until 3am) One time we ordered online, went to pick it up and they were closed (Again, before 3am).

I really want to like this place. I really do. When the food is good, it's GREAT. Solid pizza, solid topperstix. However, we've been burned by them 3 times now. First time we ordered delivery, they forgot a dipping sauce. No biggie. Second time, we came home late and I ordered online. 1.5 hours later, no food. 2 hours later, nothing. I called and they said they never received the order. They assured me they were making it now and it would be on its way in a half hour. Hour later, I call again. The manager lets me know that the food was never made. She apologized profusely and blamed it on understaffing. When the pizza finally arrived, the dough was still raw. Barely edible but we were so hungry we ate it anyways. From time of first order to actual delivery -- 3.5 hrs. Last night (Saturday), we walk by to put in an order and the place was closed. Door said they should be open till 3am, but at 11:00pm on a Saturday, they were completely closed. Went online and the system said they were taking orders. I wonder how many poor souls ordered pizza online last night only to never get it. Bottom line, Toppers, as a franchise, makes great pizza, but this location needs to get their act together.

Lots of curious people stopping in and a lot of take-out orders being processed by what appears to be a well trained staff for a location that just opened. I noticed a few gray shirted people there that seem to be there from other locations to help train the staff and help out. From the 25 minutes or so I spent ordering/waiting/eating inside, they seemed to have everything under control. The BBQ grinder was pretty good -- and super hot (ow! my lip hurts!). If I had one suggestion, it'd be to cut them in half before wrapping as it was a mess to eat. A tasty mess, but still messy. The personal-sized pizza is about equal to three or four decent sized slices of pizza. Really, quite a bit of food. Typical drink options (all bottles, no fountain) and usual pizza joint sides: wings, quesadilla, breadsticks. The neighborhood lacks a quick pizza place. Though I'd much prefer a Pizano's to a regional chain, the food here is good enough to warrant a return visit.

This place just does not have it. Not sure whether it's management or other issues. I placed a pretty simple order and everything was wrong (asked for a 2 liter and got 2 20 oz bottles as a sub, didn't get the sauces I asked for). I called back after after I received my order, and I was offered a coupon as a best option. I will say the food is good, but the other stuff needs some work.

I'm always on the lookout for places that deliver to where I work on the UIC West campus after 3am. I only know of a few and even though the food is good it also isn't exactly anything special. Im glad I found a menu for Toppers laying around because it tunrs out some of their food is actually Great. Their Cheesy Bread sticks are Awesome especially with the garlic sauce, I also Loved their Pizza and the toppings I've tried so far. I've heard good things about their Grinders so I'm gonna try them next. I like Toppers so much thay I'm even gonna give it a try at home one night. KUDOS TOPPERS!

Toppers has done a lot to make good impressions for me and my friends. If this is what Toppers has to offer, I hope they run Pizza Hut, Dominos and Papa Johns out of business. Seriously, this place is awesome. The service is spectacular. If you are lucky enough you can always guarantee the cooks coming out and demonstrating some fancy pizza tossing. They will always come out and hand out your order and I have not left a place smiling like that in a while from such genuinely friendly service. Oh and the pizza. Oh my god, the pizza. I can't eat other pizza anymore. So far my favorites are the Old Fashion Pepperoni and Sausage and the Hangover Helper. Who knew potatoes on a pizza would taste so good. Also, don't forget topper sticks. Cinnamonstix are just amazing. For $10 you get so many too. What are you waiting for, go order a pizza from this place. Happy Eating!

I thought I'd try them since I live close. I paid almost $20 for a medium pizza that was really subpar. I mean, this pizza was just depressing. Soggy, tasteless... Not even worth the carbs, so I tossed it after 2 slices (and I was in the mood to abuse my body with fat and grease). After that, I got sick to my stomach for a day and a half. I come to find out my friend's roommate worked at that location. She pays for Giordano's despite getting free Toppers. That's how bad this place is.

We delivered what you ordered! Really? Love the pizza but customer service sucks. Somebody please give manager, Frank, some customer service training. Toppers made a mistake with our order..never apologized, nor did they offer to deliver the pizza we ordered. I see others have issues with service too. "Sorry" goes a long way. So now, we're done!

The twice baked potato pizza is the best pizza I've ever had. Ever. I love potatoes. Like, a lot.

  • Patrick L.

Pizza is kinda ok. Service is too bad! Rude and careless manner and never delivered on time! Never! Same excuses about being delayed (lost their way). Not a place I would recommend when you are really hungry! So disappointing!

Not to encourage this, but delivery places that mail out flyers to customers in their delivery area advertising deals, get new customers. The mac n cheese pizza on the menu, along with various breadstick options, whet my appetite and so I filled in an online ordering form to get the medium pizza and topperstick deal. I couldn't decide between the taco and mac n cheese pizzas, so I got a half n half. This option was only available on the thin crust or tall boy, and since I don't like a cracker type pizza, I ordered the tall boy crust, which is supposedly a topperstick turned pizza, and costs you $1 more. For my toppersticks I ordered pepperoni and then added cinnamon toppersticks for dessert. Delivery was fast and hot and came without issues. The food sank like a pit in my stomach, but I appreciated the thick, chewy, greasy (very greasy), nicely browned dough that my toppings came on. Taco wasn't my favorite but I really liked the mac n cheese one. The food was even good heated up in my toaster oven the next day. I had some indigestion the next day but that's what you get for overloading on greasy bread and cheese. Not the best pizza ever, but I'd imagine this would be perfect for a late night post drinking feast with leftovers to cure your hangover the next afternoon.

Pizza...average. Manager...is there a negative star? Every time we order from this location our pizza shows up wrong, the manager is rude, the manager is stubborn, the manager is terrible. This guy, Eri?, is the worst. Every time we have dealt with him has been a huge ordeal that ends up getting escalated to corporate. I don't understand how this guy is still employed. I am currently waiting, in the store, for a pizza we ordered to be delivered but Eri refused to deliver (well within the delivery zone) unless we paid for this pizza in store. We show up, and have to wait another 30 minutes?! This guy is the worst. If the price wasn't decent and the location convenient we would NEVER order from here. How many complaints about the same incompetent person does it take before a company realizes they've made a mistake by hiring this guy. We've been called by the district manger, we've been called by corporate, everyone apologizes, but Eri is still employed by this organization. He is incompetent and is costing the company money and customers. How many complaints does it take? Please correct this problem.

If you're not a pizza elitist, and want a good old Midwestern pizza place (ala Papa Johns and Pizza Hut and Dominos), this is your place. The breadsticks are great and so is the pizza. It is quick and convenient, too

1/2 smoky BBQ chicken, 1/2 three little pigs (the side with green onions) on crispy thin crust. Delicious for fast food pizza.

Literally the worst. Super bad experience. I don't care how good or bad the pizza is, the place is the worst service ever. They are awful!

  • K A.

I have no idea what these people with bad reviews are experiencing, but I've ordered from toppers at least half a dozen times and every experience has been amazingly wonderful! The hand tossed pizza is the absolute best, and their endless options of dipping sauces makes my heart rejoice. I love their Parmesan garlic wings and their toppers cheesy bread. It all makes my boyfriend and I so very, very happy. The waiting times are usually always exactly what they say they are and I've never waited longer than 45 minutes for pizza from them (but it's usually much shorter). The food is always hot and delicious and I wouldn't have it any other way. I had previously ordered from the domino's off of Madison (which has one and a half stars on yelp if that tells you anything) so I'm incredibly grateful to find a replacement pizza place that gives 100% all the time.

I refuse to pay full price and you should too. And I don't mean throw a temper tantrum in the pizza shop, I mean always look for deals like restaurant.com coupons, Yelp check-in discounts and/or their Toppers special offers. I walked-in, placed my order and was ready to bounce with 2 hot pizzas about 15 minutes later. I did a much better job of picking pizzas that demanded I have more than one slice. I ordered the Smokey BBQ chicken, a super sweet one with loads of BBQ sauce as the base, topped with chicken, onions, bacon and more BBQ sauce drizzled over it all. I had to order a second pizza, because I'm eating for....my inner fat girl. I have a hard time ordering just one pizza because I like the variety. For the second pizza I threw in a wild card choice, the Hangover. It's a butter crust, topped with green peppers, ham, and POTATO!?! Hells yeah I said po-tat-O! I didn't really notice a big difference between the "butter" crust and the other crust. It didn't seem to have a flakier or crunchier texture or anything drastic like I was expecting/hoping for. There was no sauce on the Hangover either, almost just like when you're really hungover and you forget to put everything on because you're about to get baked. P.S. Both taste really good the next day (re-baked or not)

  • Shail S.

Was told a 30 min delivery time and took them over an hour. Didnt even offer an apology. Just told us it will come soon. Will not be paying $25 for pizza from this place again. Went with them thinking it would be quick. Boy were we wrong.

I love toppers and wish I didn't have to give them only two stars. Well let me rephrase I love topper sticks (their pizza is subpar). It's their cheesy version of breadsticks. I have been a loyal customer for sometime now but it's time to move on. The toppers sticks used to come with their delicious pizza sauce and out of no where they changed it to some premade ketchupy sauce. I thought this would be no problem and I could just ask for the old PIZZA SAUCE. Everytime id call they would understand and put my order in for the OG sauce but when it came it was the crappy prepackaged issh. So now I have these awesome sticks and no sauce waste of $20. They were also polite when I called back and even sent the driver out to correct my order but by then my sticks were cold and the cheese was hard. To end this long rant I've taken my business to dominos hopefully they can get it together so I can get my sticks again.

Ordered a cheese pizza and it was simple. The guy was really attentive and nice. The inside is really nice as well.

Have ordered from here a lot and always had a good experience. Tonight there was an error in our order - they forgot to leave off the olives. I called to let them know, they apologized and had a new pizza at our door in 15-20 min. Everyone makes mistakes, how they handle it says a lot. Definitely appreciated!

The service I got from this place was phenomenal I was having a bad day taking care of someone who was wasted. I prayed the food would get here fast. Fortunately it did and when I showed up the delivery person greeted me and made my whole day better by handing me a Chinese paper trap and 3 smarties along with my food. The only thing that bothered me was that the pizza got smushed. Other than that I was fairly happy with Toppers.

    (4)
  • Melissa I.

Poor service. I ordered a delivery pizza and waited 1.5 hours. The first person I talked to said it was on its way, then the manager accused me if giving the wrong phone number so they could call me even though I had my confirmation screen up on my computer where it was clearly correct. They didn't even apologize. I would go somewhere else if looking for reliable service.

  • Rachael G.

Fast, hot, tasty pizza and the best delivery bread/cheese sticks. Obviously this isn't Coalfire, but it is very good for delivery pizza and they have way more options than Papa John's or Dominos. Also, Toppers delivery drivers are nice and not creepy.

    (4)
  • Vina O.

Review is for delivery. Delivery is very fast (~30-40 minutes) and they always have lots of deals going on. I ordered a $15 special with any medium pizza (I chose the Maui topper: Canadian bacon, pineapple, and pieces of bacon) on a thin crust with an order of regular Topper stix (cheese topped bread sticks served with your choice of dip). It was plenty to eat for both my husband and I. He ate almost the entire pizza while I more than happily indulged in my cheese Topper stix with pizza sauce and ranch dipping. I'd definitely order here again since specials are ongoing and service is friendly, inexpensive, and speedy.

  • Weston M.

This place sucks. I'm 2 blocks into a neighborhood that's on grand which apparently is just a 30 seconds too far for them to deliver to me. I will never be a customer as a result. Way to bring in new business.

    (1)
  • Syed H.

The quality of the pizza and ingredients is awesome. We love this place. They also have good cheese bread sticks (with sauces), and they're open really late, too.

    (5)
  • Brandon R.

Not the best pizza in Chicago (they don't do deep dish; the best is Lou Malnatis and there's an argument for Giordanos, but the staff is friendly, the pizza comes fast and they are better than dominos. The price is good and I've never gotten a bad pizza, I like there choices of pizza they are all interesting and everything comes with a free dipping sauce. If you order online there are usually deals that you can add to get more food for less money. Also they drew a picture on the box when I asked for one and it made my day.

    (4)
  • rob g.

For the price, you can't beat it. Pizza is good, the cheesy bread sticks are addictive. I usually go get pick up, not delivery. I've even eaten it there a few times. The staff aren't always the most put together bunch, but I haven't been disappointed by the food yet and they're usually pretty nice. Last Saturday I had a party for 125 peeps and we ordered 7 pizzas and 6 orders of triple sticks for a mid-evening snack. We just called up and ordered. It was the first time i got delivery and i am happy to say that it all showed up on time and was devoured by all in short order. Never order without looking for their specials or coupons. Usually you can get a large pizza with whatever you want on it and an order of breadsicks for under or near $20. My only gripe with the food is that you don't get enough dipping sauce with your order, i always have to get extra which isn't complimentary.

  • Natalie L.

This is our go-to pizza delivery place. They are pretty reliable and the pizza's good for delivery. Definitely better than Domino's or Papa John's. We tried the Mac & Cheese Pizza for the first time last night. And it is exactly what it sounds like. And awesome. I'd be scared of what would happen if I were left alone with a large one of those and a strong desire to eat my feelings...

  • Justin B.

I just moved to the South Loop and this was the first pizza place I tried (delivery). It was sub-standard. The taste was fairly bland and there was not nearly enough cheese. The top of the pizza was overcooked yet the dough was undercooked. The reviews of this place seem pretty high for what I experienced. It wasn't the worst pizza I ever had, but it was disappointing.

    (2)

Friendly team, decent pizza, perfect for a late-night quick fix. Hubby and I got home much later than expected from a long flight and the staff was super helpful in answering my questions and customizing my order.

There are just too many good options in Chicago to deal with average pizza and sub-par service. Pizza: It's good enough, and better than Dominos or Pizza Hut if those are your other options. If you live in the city, you can do a lot better. Service: I'll just say that for a newer brand trying to break into one of the biggest Pizza cities in the world, you'd think they would try a little harder. My most recent interaction with the manager at this location was unpleasant, and she came off robotic and unsympathetic. I called them at a busy time, so I'm sure they won't miss my business tonight, but they will in the future. (still probably not, but I can hope.) This is what I get for trying outside the Pequods box. Sorry!

Always pretty quick when I have ordered. Toppers sticks are always good as expected. Will continue to call back!

So obviously Chicago is known for good pizza - and there are definitely a multitude of better options for pizza in the city, BUT every once in a while you need a GOOD SHITTY pizza! Toppers blows Papa Johns, Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc. out of the water! I have only tried the pizza - but can't wait for my next craving to try the Toppersstix. Toppers wins the best shitty pizza award in my book.

Yo, this place has the best buffalo chicken sandwich that I've ever had from a pizza chain. I saw it for the first time many months ago and tried it very recently. Really hearty ingredients.

We were super pumped when this place first opened because they had a pizza that was like no other. The Chicken Club Pizza that had this honey mustard sauce that was in one way or another, to die for.... After we found out they kicked it off the menu, it's been placed on the backburner due to so many other pizza places that make me just as happy. I know you're a chain, but dammit bring that pizza back. I'd call this place a competitor to Pizza Hut at best. No offense, I'm just sour about the Chicken Club.

Toppers is my new favorite chain pizza place in Chicago. I gave them a call yesterday at 10:30AM right when they opened to place an order for pickup at 11:45. The phone system they have is much better than what I'm used to and the person who picked up the phone was understandable and didn't just pick up to say "Please hold" like some other places I shall not name. She even took time to explain some of their unique menu items and didn't get frustrated that I hadn't memorized every detail of what I wanted before calling. Fast forward to 11:45...I showed up and was impressed by the inside. It was clean and well decorated with some cool music playing. There were a few places to sit and two people were eating pizza there while some others appeared to be waiting for their order. I had to wait a few minutes for my pizza, but that meant it was fresh...and I walked out the door at around 11:50. Not bad. Oh yeah...parking was also easy to find right outside on Halsted. It looked like there may be a lot you can use behind the building, but I didn't investigate it further due to easy street parking. The pizza itself was pretty good too. The toppings and ingredients were all good quality, and made for a tasty pie. We tried the hand tossed crust and the "tall boy". I preferred the tall boy, which is $1 extra but worth trying if you're a fan of deep dish/lots of crust. Two larges w/ two toppings plus an order of their breadsticks (or Toppers Sticks or whatever they call them) was $25 with a coupon before tax and $1 extra for the tall boy pizza...not bad at all. Six people had no trouble finishing everything off and everyone thought it was really good. The only reason I'm not giving Toppers 5 stars is that they're not my favorite pizza place in Chicago. If you're debating between Toppers, Sarpino's, Domino's, etc. you should DEFINITELY give Toppers a try.

First time, pretty decent. The speed of delivery was great and the guy delivering was pretty nice. But the main focus is the food. The boneless chicken tenders were nothing to write home about. I could make it better from the freezer. The pizza was only ok. Maybe because I didn't get the usual horrible toppings. Let me tell you though, the best part is the bread on this. Especially on the breadsticks. What kind did I get? Baconstix. It was awesome. BTW, a single order is good for 2-3 people. Basically the same size you'd get from any other chain. I'm not sure what the size is on the triple order, but I can imagine it being geared for double the amount. Maybe I'll just get an order of triple Baconstix. Mmm.....bacon. No boneless chicken wings. I'll try another pizza (my wife liked it though-four stars her). Must get just for breadstix (Baconstix - five stars).

  • Donna K.

The pizza is very good with sausage and extra cheese. I like hot, so I always put the red pepper on it too. Visit this place in person, as the delivery isn't always super quick. But for a nice, evening or late night pizza, they are a great choice.

  • betsy b.

Eating this gave me a flashback to my days in Madison and eating Gumby's at 4am....except now I'm eating it at normal dinner time. The topperstix were just like pokey sticks...chewy and cheesy and so good dipped in ranch. The pizza was actually pretty good too...we tried the bbq chicken. It had more bacon than chicken but still tasted pretty good. I'd been craving some cheap pizza hut type pizza lately and this place totally fit the bill. $20 for a medium pizza, topperstix and delivery is a great deal imo. I will for sure be ordering more from here in the future.

This is definitely a 'new' gem that Chicago has desperately needed for years, and I am thrilled to finally have a Toppers here in the city. As Tim stated in his review prior to mine, this is definitely a well managed top-notch shop that is highly organized, friendly, detialed and team oriented. The staffs energy level definitely feeds onto their customers, versus the most other pizza shops that make you feel as though you're bothering them because you simply want to place an order. I usually only order two things, but for good reason... "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it" - right?! Ha. I get their World Class Cheese Bread w/ pizza sauce and a Triple Order of Cinneman Sticks. Both are so F'ing good that I purposely put myself into a food coma every single time I indulge in them both. I have a feeling this place is going to do very well, and should be supported not only because it's good food, but because it's a place you actually feel good about spending your hard earned money at. Definitely give 'em a try!

  • GraceFord X.

This place is OK at best. 5 stars for service and delivery : they were at my door within 20 mins (which is crucial around 2AM after a hardcore bar sesh) 2-3 stars for food : The cheesesticks are just dough and cheese , no real flavor there. The pizza is decent; dough is light and airy, sauce ok, and toppings as well. But after you eat it, there is something about that wishes you picked a different pizza place.

Toppers is a pretty good addition to the West Loop. I have no complaints whatsoever after ordering from them several times - in person, over the phone, and online. The staff is friendly, the food is ready on time, and the pizza tastes good fresh and it's pretty good cold the next day. I'm not sure what else one can expect from a local pizza joint. I just wish this place served salads...

  • Dex Y.

If Toppers delivers to your neighborhood, try it. You'll probably never go back to Pizza Hut or Domino's anymore. Toppers' pizza is pretty solid. For starters, here are recommendations for you: Big Topper - kind of like supreme pizza. Ham, bacon, sausage, green peppers, olives, onions, banana peppers. Lots of flavors going on, but they blend quite well. Taco Topper - a pile of tortilla strips over taco meat, taco sauce, and veggie. Kind of like a taco in the pizza form. I like it a lot. A good thing about Toppers is that they have Myza, which contains four slices. Definitely enough to keep you happily stuffed for a while, and it costs only about $8.

This is my new go-to pizza delivery joint. Sick of Domino's for being blah and tired of having oily Sarpino's pizza I decided give Topper's a try at the recommendation of a friend. I went with the Big Topper pizza, their equivalent to a "Supreme" pizza at some other joints. I got the hand tossed and it was yummy! Their tomato sauce is different. It has a tangy, chipotle like flavor. They don't hold back on the ingredients either; all fresh veggie and meat goodness. Next time I'm going to give their thin crust pizza a try. I highly recommend this place. It beats Sarpino's, Domino's and Pizza Hut hands down!

I have ordered from here a few times when they opened up and I lived down the street. I also ordered once when I moved from West Loop to West Town. Pizza was always warm and on time. However I tried ordering again at my new address after receiving a mail flyer. I was informed I am outside of there delivery area !?!? WHY send me coupons? My first address was 1.0 mile from them. My current address is 1.5 mi according to google maps only a 6 min drive. I can't believe they mailed flyer's and delivered here before and wont deliver! I tired pleading with the manager not to mention I was ordering $50 of food. She told me its a insurance complication... I have worked multiple food delivery jobs and have never heard of this before.

so I ordered this online last night or maybe I thought i did? the order didnt go through...opps... but they did place my order there and they did make it in like 15 minutes, and gave me a beverage on the house while I waited, that was nice! The pizza was good, got the hand tossed, they didnt skimp on the toppings like other places which I liked....we reheated the pizza on the grill today(grill gives it a nice crispy crust) and it was pretty good! I want to try the crispy but will have to wait to eat there since taking out means soggy if its crispy!

Went to use my 30% off coupon and they said they couldn't use it. It is specifically for this location when checking in. The manager said there was no option on the register for it. Not cool at all.

I'd been having toppers for years in Dekalb/NIU and I'm so glad it's close to home now that I'm back. They always have really good deals and the topper stix are soooo good! Love love love

They used to have this pizza with a honey mustard sauce and canadian bacon which was soooo good but even though its no longer on the menu I am still a regular here for their topperstix.

I don't understand what everyone is raving about. I ordered Topperstix and a Large Cheese pizza. I've had better at Sbarro. The 'stix' were bland and rubbery. The Garlic dipping sauce was room temp (I live half a mile from the place), but edible, and pretty much a necessity to get through them. The pizza was lackluster at best. I'm not sure where they get their cheese from but it had practically no flavor, though perhaps that just because the sauce was so sweet it overpowered everything else. The only part of the pizza I specifically liked was the crust. Ordered from them because of the great Yelp reviews, and Yelp failed me. Never ordering from this place again.

You guys I love Toppers so much. When I heard there would be one in Chicago (nowhere near my house - of course - but sort of on my way home from work) it was the best day ever. I went yesterday to get Topperstix. They were awesome. Life is awesome. Thank you, Toppers.

The Crispy crust is just that - crispy AND delicious! When I last ordered, I asked if I could get the Party size in Crispy crust. What arrived 45 minutes later was the Hand-Tossed crust. I called and explained I had asked about the Crispy in Party size. She said the one I received was well-done - that's what the guy understood when I ordered - and that they don't offer Crispy in Party size. She immediately apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to send over 2 Crispy crusts. I so appreciated that, took her up on her offer and what arrived 20 min later was the Crispy PLUS a $15 gift certificate with a note of apology. OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you Toppers!

Ordered pizza at 11:08am and was told the pizza would be here by 11:48. At 11:58 called Toppers and they said it would be here within in 20 minutes (which is still 30 minutes late). At 12:18 called Toppers because the pizza still had not arrived and was told it would be here "momentarily". At 12:38 I called Toppers because it still had not arrived and the Manager put me on hold because he was "calling the driver". After 7 minutes of sitting on hold I called Toppers from a different phone as my phone continued to sit on hold and the manager answered....um were you going to just keep me on hold until i hung up? It has now been an hour and 45 minutes and I still do not have my order and I also do not have an ETA on the delivery because as the manager said the driver "is not picking up". What a joke this place is. The food has been comped and supposedly they are sending a gift certificate for our trouble but give me a break. Why would I want to order from this place again given this garbage.

Good pizza but not for the price. Their website was very difficult and they seem to still be getting things figured out with delivery.

Very happy with this place. Ordered delivery after it had been open for only two days and figured somehow the order would be messed up or it would take forever. Not the case! Food came super quick and was as if it just came out of the oven. Also, the food... super tasty!! I would recommend the mac & cheese pizza for sure, but the ultimate pepperoni was awesome too. There were a lot of specialty pizzas on the menu which I'm excited to try out. Will definitely be ordering again!

My girlfriend and I pass this Toppers regularly on the way to Mariano's, so we decided to give it a try last night. Ordered a large buffalo chicken (the "Freak of the Week" $10.99 special) and a Topperstix. Delivery: Very fast, probably around 30 minutes which beat their estimate of 40. We live less than a half mile away, but quick delivery is always appreciated. Driver was super nice. Pizza: The bacon was excellent, had a smoky taste and wasn't overcooked like Papa John's bacon. I liked the 50/50 combo of ranch and buffalo sauce. The chicken was decent, nothing to write home about. Severely lacking on cheese, to the point of maybe 40% of the pizza being a bald patch under the toppings. Topperstix: Sufficient, a bit bland, no seasoning or anything. Also lacking on the cheese :( Sauces: We tried Chipotle Ranch and Parmesan Garlic. The CR was very good, heavy smoke flavor when first opened but after that it was a good amount. The PG was very flavorful, but way too salty. Felt like the ratio of parmesan to garlic wasn't very balanced. Leftovers: Tasted pretty much the same after going back in the oven, which is more than you can say about a lot of pizza places. All in all, not too bad and I'd like to try some of their other house pizzas. The cheese-skimping was disappointing though, so I'll probably try a few other places before returning.

If there were negative ratings this place would get one! When the manager was taking my order, I had to repeat the order over three times because he couldnt get the address or phone # right. I ordered my pizza around 11:30am and it didnt arrive until 1:30pm! This place is literally two blocks away! I would have picked up the pizza myself but I was working at the time(ordering the pizza for coworkers at the business) After the pizza didnt arrive by 1pm, I called and they said the pizza guy got lost and that they will have to remake the pizza (IT'S TWO BLOCKS AWAY). When they finally got here all they did was give us a 16oz coke. SERIOUSLY?!? Not only that but they forgot the plates and forks AND didnt even cut the pizza fully. If anybody ever ordered food at work, you know you dont have these supplies just laying around. The pizza was undercooked and extrmemely greasy. Also the wings were nasty. After eating, almost all the workers's stomachs were upset. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK

More of a pizza factory than a pizza palace. Service is an afterthought rather than a priority. Enjoy your COLD pizza. Play it safe, and go elsewhere...

I no longer have to diet. I just eat at Topper's. It's amazing. For every pounds of food I eat I seem to crap out two pounds in the most painfully explosive way possible. The food is great for late night... I highly recommend the bacon sticks. They may actually increase the ratio of pounds in /out. Bottom line though.. I will not need to spend hours in the gym sweating when I can just eat Topper's pizza and lose weight with no effort and only slight anal bleeding.
