It's Subway! Nothing fancy about the place... duh. Everything was fresh... offfcourse! The girl at the front was really chipper and happy so that made the experience for my daughter a lot of fun. The girl really made it a point to give my 8 year old a lot of attention. They get 4 stars for that for sure! Kids meal: $5, a cute kids sized girly tote, chocolate milk, chips & a happy daughter makes me one happy Momma!

This SUBWAY is by far the best in the area. The owner is a really nice fellow with good customer service skills. He is always accommodating and friendly unlike other places ive been to.

The absolute rudest individuals I have ever came aross in my entire life. My horrifying trip to this particular Subway was when my friends and I decided to grab a quick, yet tasty, sandwich. knowing that Subway was a quick, cheap, and delicious alternative, we walked over there. WE were not greeted by anyone. The little Indian girl was at the counter checking her text messages.(strike one) We informed her that we were ready with our order. No answer. (Strike two) She toasted the f&#k out of our sandwiches, drowned them in lettuce, and looked at us dirty the whole way through. (strike three) She then informed us (after our sandwiches were made) that she counted down the cash and it was credit only. It was 10:15 and this placed closed at 11. If they weren't going to be fully servicable then they should close earlier. She must really hate her life because she was the most sour faced individual i have ever met. After we gathered all our cards, she was busy again with the text messaging. Her business on her cell phone could have obviously waited until we left. She would then be able to text her little friends at her heart's content. Don't go to this Subway...eat fresh somewhere else. There is a Subway on Irving Park and Pulaski...go there instead even if its in a gas station.

Mixed bag here. We've been frequenting various Subways quite a lot recently, with the good coupons they've been putting out there, but this one... erg. We hadn't even officially moved to the area yet and the three of us (hubby, son, self) went in to use a three foot-longs for $13.99 coupon. Now, the coupon clearly states "ANY" regular sub - this SHOULD mean any sub on the menu except the two or so that are marked Premium, right? Ha, not here. All of a sudden, it's only the subs that qualify for the $5 foot-long deal. Now, why would I order those? That only saves me $1 with the coupon. Used the same coupon at a different Subway - could choose any sub but the premium, as the coupon states. ERG. The sandwiches themselves were fine - it's Subway. If you like it, they're good. I'm just irritated by the service faux pas. I don't care what some manager arbitrarily decides the policy should be - you need to follow the rules of the coupon, even if it means you sell the sandwich for less than you really wanted to. I wouldn't go back here if it wasn't the closest Subway shop.

5 stars for a subway review you ask? Yep. We live between 3 different subways - one on Kedzie/Wilson, one on Kimball/Lawrence, and this one on Pulaski. This is the one to go to, even if it is a few blocks farther walk. We usually head here for lunch on work from home days. The owner is really nice, and they never ever chintz out on ingredients (unlike the other two previously mentioned). They also are cheaper then other Subways on the sandwich price. If hankering for a sub, check it out.

This is my neighborhood Subway. I usually like their customer service, until today. I walked in and asked for a foot long Big Philly Cheesestake sandwich on Honey Oat Bread for my mom. An older Indian gentleman took my order. Then an older Indian lady yelled from the front of the register saying, "We don't have Honey Oat, do you want Italian Herbs and Cheese instead?" I said, "sure" even though I would like a Honey Oat Bread. Then I saw the older Indian gentleman put Buffalo Chicken on my sandwich. I said, "I want a Philly Cheesestake, not chicken." The older Indian gentleman seem to not understand me so I told the older Indian woman that I want Cheesestake and not chicken. She then said, "But the chicken is $5!" I then replied, "I don't care. I want a Philly cheesestake." The older gentleman then put cheese on the sandwhich (without asking me what type I want) and put it in the oven. I was about to walk out of the restaurant really mad because they chose the sandwhich for me. Then I realized my mom will be so mad if I don't come home with her sandwich. Then I saw a young Indian employee, and I told him, "Can you please help me? I want a Phillycheese Steak Sandwich for my mom, and your other employees are giving me Buffalo Chicken." He then took my order correctly. However, they did not apologize for picking the first sandwhich in the first place. I must say I gave their customer service a D grade.
