One of my favorite locations, fast friendly service. The only downfall is that they do not have a bathroom :(

Great Starbucks to study at...there's an isolated study corner and it's never crowded. The service is great, and outlets everywhere..

Right by the Lincoln park zoo. Friendly staff on all shifts. Closes earlier than I would like. No bathroom so you'll have to use the one at R.J. grunts which can be a slight inconvenience.

I love your coffee Starbucks and I don't mind paying $6.35 but why can't it always be right?!?! Depending on the day, the barista and their mood - it's a toss up but I keep going back bc it's my afternoon delight...darn it!

This Starbucks is in my condo building therefore I frequent it often when I want my tea and a dose of Moms with their unwielding large strollers with 2.5 children decked out in Petite Bateau. ANYWAYS, down to the overhyped overpriced drinks and bad service. Ordered my venti passion tea lemonade HALF sweetened and ran out to get to class at DePaul. They did something wrong it tasted weird, (have gotten this drink almost every day for the past 2+ years) Sat in class coughing uncontrollably so I had to drink some, whatever. Brought it back when I went home and asked for a better one. SAMMIE, the barista, not God, a regular person like I gave me the dirtiest most condescending look and said I will not remake that for you....go talk to her over there maybe we will. **took this crap while reading the plaque right there stating how they will remake/refund you your drink purchase if you are not completely satisfied** Stood in line for 3 people in front of me and explained to the girl it was not right and I'd like it remade, sure miss no problem I will do it myself. Meanwhile, Sammie is over there giving me the evil eye....so the woman came back and I asked for his name and their customer complaints line, she disappeared to find me the number. Sammie, amongst 15 or so other customers, waiting for drinks, waiting to order, enjoying their burnt coffee, begins to berate me about how I brought it in half full, and it had no ice, (no shit Sherlock, I got it 2 hours ago, sat in class, and came right back, that isn't what made it bad) and ARGUING with me about why I wanted a new drink. DUDE, Starbucks makes money hand over fist on LIQUID, and PLENTY PLENTY of money off of me, shut your mouth before I really chew you a new one and go back to the espresso machine. Woman came back with number for me, she was a 'shift leader' and I told her how rude he was and she shrugged her shoulders. Seriously, where has good service and respect for customers gone. I know the notion customer is always right, which they aren't but when their purchases are fueling your income, you shut your mouth and attempt to comply with their simple requests. Called customer line, explained situation to her dismay and she said it would be dealt with and a GM will follow up with me about the results. I don't expect him to be fired, nor do I want him to be, I am not Princess Di, unfortunately, BUT he shouldn't be arguing with me one, refusing a policy two, and three being so rude and condescending. I am officially turned off to Starbucks in general. It is overdone and I am over it. Thank you Sammie, my income thanks you for saving me that much money now because of your actions. Go to Argo Tea, they are far more deserving, equally as trendy, actually better, and have much better drinks.

Great people work here and patrons too, except when the Parker kids and teachers show up. The teachers or parents (whoever they are) were obnoxious!! Made my visit unpleasant.

As long as it's not Zoo Lights or the Air & Water Show, then this Starbucks has quick and friendly service. If you try to get coffee during one of those aforementioned events, then prepare to wait awhile. Also, no bathroom! (people ask the poor baristas this all day long).

Decent Starbucks, with the usual menu- it was a welcome respite from the heat to have an Ice Tea and some A/C after a long hot walk in the zoo. However, seating is very limited, and we had to forage to get a seat- otherwise, a pleasant visit.

The baristas at this location are super nice. A great stop on your way back from Lincoln Park Zoo.

Best Starbucks in the area. It's never too crowded and even if it does seem busy they keep the drinks coming fairly fast so the wait is short. Staff is super friendly and nice. This is my favorite Starbucks in the city.

Small space and no public bathroom but the service was fast and friendly. About what you'd expect from a Starbucks.
