Good place for coffee and teas... the only thing make sure they repeat your order because it has been two times where they messed up my order. They need to put more attention and also the girl who took my order has really bad attitude!! Sucks that they dont like their job.

The plethora of independent coffee shops in Chicago are not evenly or even randomly distributed across the metropolitan area. Sometimes you just have to go to a national chain. This Starbucks is usually very busy, the spacing is cramped, the parking lot has almost as much conflict as Colombo street traffic. A dangerous proportion of automobile drivers in this lot are apparently hunting for bicyclists with homicidal lust. Often the whole store is taken up by a line, it's not a great place to try to get some work done. But if you've got a coffee jones around here, it's your only port in the proverbial storm. The workers are skilled and efficient.

Great baristas, nice tea selection, but terrible heat. I have been sitting in this Starbucks all day trying to get work done and have seen people hanging out here with their coats on. Unacceptable. The only reason I can't go anywhere else is because my work is time sensitive.

This Starbucks is pretty good. Small but I have been in smaller Starbucks before. My only problem that I have for this Starbucks is the parking. It is too small! I was watching my car while sitting in Starbucks when I witness the person next to my car pull out of her parking space and scratched her car with mine when she got out of her spot. The only flaw in this plaza. Other than that horrible experience its a nice place to get your Starbucks.

The only Starbucks I like to go to honestly. Will is by far the best barista ever. Super nice, always keeping conversation. It gets crowded, but honestly, it's so worth it. I come almost every week to do my work here and I have no complaints.

So I drink my fair share of coffee and have certainly been a many Starbucks! This location I have always found to be quick, and have had great service. In the summer they have outdoor seating, which is there in the winter but not as many seats. They have moved furniture around on the inside a few times but it is cozy and good place to sit and chat in the neighborhood or go and do work if you want a quiet place. The spot itself is in a little lot where parking is free. I live in the neighborhood, so I see the people often and it is nice to have a place that is walking distance and one that I have certainly always had good service and even when I have asked them to do something off menu they were more than happy. In fact most of their staff that have waited on me have been polite and even funny sometimes! They do have great customer service something that I think is very important!

First of all, I'm a complete jackass because I left my wallet here this morning. Get to Milwaukee for Summerfest, go to check in at the hotel--no wallet. Panic mode. Call Starbucks and guess what? There's still good in this world! They had my wallet and it's in a safe until I return. Assuming all is in tact when I go back to get it, these guys deserve some serious good karma! Thank you Starbucks for an iced coffee and keeping my wallet safe! Brenda you're the best!

This has to be one of the most unfriendly starbucks that I Have ever Experienced. the girls that work in there love to roll their eyes and make Fun of customers. the employees seem to have a low morale and you Are treated like a second class citizen. My wife and I live in Sauganash Village right next door, and literally drive to the Pulaski Lawrence or Devon central store to get our coffee. It is very inconvenient but we Are treated so well by the Managers Angelica and Mark who run such An incredible, organized and friendly store. The manager at this shop Named Brenda seems like she is over it and ready to retire. the drinks, Like the lattes and Americans are always weak in taste and I have had To have them remake my drink at least five times. the parking is bad And they love to stand at the register and grab your gold card...be Careful!,,

Great customer service. Friendly. Get's the order right. Based on some of the other reviews we must have stopped in at the right time because we have no complaints. With the kids who got yummy hot chocolate. I'm easy. Coffee, black. Nothing to complain about.

Decided to stop by after a few years absence. Neither barista looked at me or greeted me, they need customer service training. Sat., Oct.25 @ 12:30 p.m.

I'm giving one more star because the people who work there are generally friendly. This is the slowest Starbucks on planet earth. I hate coming here but it's on my way home so I usually just come on Sundays when I have time to wait. It's frustrating.

What can I say? I've been in a Starbucks mood again lately. I just want to reiterate what a great experience I have at this location -especially early mornings. There is rarely a line, staff is friendly and I like that I can pop in and out easily and still get back on Peterson to continue my commute to work.

One of the best Starbucks on the north side of Chicago. Great staff. Friendly and amazing at getting complex orders right. WiFi has reliable speed and doesn't seem to take any performance hits by the number of people logged in. Only thing, remodeled sitting area seems to have shrunken due in part to the communal table in the middle of the area. Otherwise, great place.

Middle aged white lady who I think is the manager isn't nice. She's mean in fact. Hispanic chubby younger guy with the hipster facial hair actually went off on my for asking for a sugar free drink for my child. Saying 'who would give CHEMICALS' to their child? Glaring at me, huffing and puffing. What? Did he consider my child cannot have sugar for a medical reason?? That we've well researched that the splenda they use in the sugar free drinks (which my child gets like four times a year for a huge treat) metabolizes differently? That is was a big deal to take her for a nice drink when we have to be so careful with diet issues?? Who is he to go off like that? We go way out of our way to hit the Starbucks at 6000 N Lincoln to avoid that hot mess. Sad because it's nice to run into people we know there. Raggy manager lady and an underling that doesn't want people to buy starbuck's own products? Eff that.

I stop by Sunday mid afternoon and had a good experience. The guy at cashier wasn't the most friendly person. But the barista she totally was so nice & very helpful. I asked about a Pike roast coffee she really nice & so knowledgeable & offer a sample which tasted so good. One thing I would suggest if you coming east down Peterson turn at the light rather than off Peterson. It makes alot easier getting into parking lot since off of Peterson entrance can be very tight. :)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STARBUCKS! This is the WORST Starbucks in the country folks. If you have hours to kill, want your clothes to reek, feel like driving circles around a strip mall for 30 minutes only to find out you won't be able to exit said strip mall after spending hours TRAPPED in said smelly (in a bad way) Starbucks - sure, venture to the Sauganash Starbucks. I don't care what time of day I have subjected myself to this place, the service is SO SLOW I could swear that they are literally milking a cow and filtering it to make my non-fat latte. The place smells HORRIBLE - which is strange b/c most coffee joints smell great - and some of the employees seem to be extremely hard of hearing because they often give me the wrong pastry or forget to give it to me and I have to repeat my order three times (maybe this explains the length of time stuck in this Starbucks and the lack of parking?). It is nothing but painful and a black eye on the Starbucks chain, and every time I have made the mistake of going here I literally want to punch myself in the eye because I end up missing my train, showing up late for an appointment, missing that chance encounter with now single male model Gabriel Aubry - you get the picture ... Trust me - it is worth driving to another location to avoid this miserable Sbux! You'll thank me later ...

The service is THE BEST. Hands down. They are friendly, they flirt! And they will give out free shots and drinks.

The people here are top notch! I cannot ask for better baristas, they always get my drink right and in such a short amount of time! Remember to tip your baristas!

This neighborhood Starbucks has been comfy spot to enjoy coffee or tea. Couple of couches to relax and enjoy those premium mochas and frappaccinos. The staff is always friendly.

If I could come out to this Starbucks every day, or every time I want Starbucks, it would be this one. Everything I get is always good, and the staff is hands down the best I have ever encountered. They recently remodeled, and it is very sleek now.

This Starbucks has wonderful customer service. Generally I only go when an employee named Antony is working because he gets my drinks made the way I want them and he always makes them perfect. I do admit that the parking kind of sucks, but that's why I just walk there!

My nearest Starbuck's fix is larger than many and has ample indoor seating. However, its strip mall location is difficult to park in and prevents room for outdoor tables.
