Super-tiny Starbucks but great for people watching. I can't vouch for the baristas all the time since this was our one and only time here, but they were nice.

I stopped in on my way to Union Station. The location is small, but there were lots of tables open. The staff was very friendly. My Tiramisu Latte was amazing, but I would have expected nothing less from Starbucks.

I just can't anymore with this place. I have been going to this location almost on a daily basis because it's in the building in which I work. Every other day it's a bad attitude from a different employee, usually in the afternoon. I will take the hike one block over and give them a try from now on. Go home Felicia.

I went in for a green tea frap this cold morning and a $20 giftcard. The dude at the register asked whether the card's for "me" or someone else-- very funny. Not a bad thing- it's actually a four stars joke. "So, Jimmy, is the card for u or someone else(sic)."

The cold brew coffee is the bomb! I got it with a shot of hazelnut syrup and it really is delicious! so with that, I highly recommend getting the cold brew early in the day. It really is a great iced coffee.

Very close to Union Station, and open until 6 on Sundays. A great place to pass the time when you're waiting for a train and don't want to hang out at the station.

Very disappointed. I have been to this Starbucks twice and will never go back. The employees that took my order were extremely rude both times and my mocha tasted horrible.

I am usually leery of going to other Starbucks than my own, but this one was very good. The service was friendly and prompt AND they didn't mess up my drink! I usually drink a Toffee Nut Coffee. Pretty easy right? You'd be surprised how easily Baristas elsewhere mess it up, but not at this location. There is very limited seating and I imagine that if there were a line, we would have not been able to eat and drink our coffee in peace. I'd return here

I usually go to the Starbucks in the Sears Tower by my office and they are reliably good. Not Intelligentsia good, but no Starbucks is. I was in this building today and decided to get my daily coffee at this location. HUGE MISTAKE. Honestly the single worst latte of my life. Undrinkably bitter with a strange almost chemical after taste. How is that even possible? I ended up just throwing it away. On top of this, the barista making my coffee paid no attention to what she was doing since she was too busy berating one of her coworkers. I was so uncomfortable watching her shout at him in front of a busy crowd of customers in the cramped store - extremely unprofessional.

I go to this Starbucks at least three times a week at rush hour in the morning. The four stars is not so much for the coffee (standard charbucks) as they are for Nicole and Mike, who are always friendly and know my name and usual order. I get in and out in 5-7 min with a red eye in my hand. Nice people, quick enough service for rush hour.

The Starbucks I stop at on the way to work - they are fast and friendly here! One of the baristas calls everybody "honey" or "baby" and knows many customers by name. Makes you feel good for stopping in - something about their bubbly personalities in the morning makes it a little less painful to be awake.

This Starbucks is located right across the street from The W Hotel - City Center. Very small Starbucks on the inside - not a lot of seating. Ordered a tall coffee with room for cream. Good strong coffee and fast service!

This isn't my regular Starbucks, but I pop in from time to time. Saying nothing of the service, which is alright, this location is annoyingly small. Because people are stupid and don't know how to queue on their own, they've added some partitioning for the purpose, making it even smaller. I'm not advocating for additional Starbucks locations--they'd probably read this and put in one across the street--but it's unnecessarily tight in here. I'm spoiled, though. The biggest Starbucks I know of in the city--and my regular spot--is just a block away in the Willis Tower. So any jokes about Starbucks saturation are never too far from the truth.

Very small location but the service is quick. I stopped in for a soy chai tea latte before going job searching in the city. It was perfect, just like the Starbucks I frequent by my house. A few hours later, I stopped in to this same location for another grande soy chai tea latte. The barista remembered me and my order and just charged me for a refill. -__- AWESOME!! I planned on paying full price but was pleasantly surprised. Besides this location being a little cramped when 8+ people come in for their java, I like it.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Everytime I go there, there is either a long line, mostly due to inattentive staffers, who disregard you until enough time has passed. Wish they were better but the last two times I went down there, I just went to Walgrens next door to get a starbucks frappucinno.

There is a Starbucks in the building where I work (2 doors over) but I prefer this location. The people are very nice and not all jumpy and hyper like many of the Starbucks you visit. It is easy to pass up due the frantic pace of that intersection, but once inside, it's very quiet and kinda secluded. Not one of the larger Starbucks so seating is limited. Pastries and coffee are always fresh and and usually very clean inside. No washroom and can be tight if it gets crowded. Outside seating is great for people watching in the summer. It's a little loud because you are right under the L.
