    In like w/the Caramel Frappuccino (tall) for a while, ALAS, I've now met a Starbucks coffee that I can stand too....a (tall) blonde roast! starbucks.com/coffee/blo… A friend recommended that I try it....a while ago, and me being the procrastinator that I is...! --Blonde in the a.m., CaramelFrapp in the p.m.! #InModeration Trying to be fancy, I purchased a $2.45 blueberry scone which I returned, as it sucked. I believe the barista's "It tastes better heated", should have forewarned me that.... Well, even heated, it sucked and I returned that mug for a refund.

    Black Tea Mango Iced Lemonade....amazing on a hot day! I really appreciate this Starbucks because they have a "drive thru" window and as a mom I'm always in need of a jolt of coffee. Frequently when I start traveling with the kiddos, they fall asleep and I know that I will not be able to leave my car for the next hour or so. Of course I always take advantage of this FREE time and I get myself a Hot or cold drink depending on the weather and then I just pull over somewhere and have drink (a caffeinated drink), lol. The people who work here are pretty cheery and happy to give you the goods. I even got to try a FREE Black Tea mango once because they were training someone who was learning to make drinks. A pleasant surprise. It does get super busy and sometimes in the morning if I don't allow a lot of time before work I simply cannot stop here because the line of cars comes out to North avenue but on slow days I'm all over Starbucks.

    I come here daily since I pass it on the way to work. I get the same drink - Black coffee... I know super complicated rocket science of an order. But I'd say 3 of the 5 times they manage to screw it up. Milk in the coffee, sugar in the coffee, or wrong size. No. Just coffee in a cup. That's all I want! I always have to wait take a sip check my coffee and receipt then drive away.

    New to the area and this is now my local (walking distance) Starbucks. Have been here several times now. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. And go figure, for nearly two months they have had every menu item I've ordered available. Clean location and solid service.

    I have had a couple issues with orders when I got through the drive thru and while I wish it would stop happening, they are always really good about fixing the issue. This time, I got the completely wrong drink, but didn't realize until I drove the 15 minutes to my office and went inside...darn I got a 2/3 decaf, 2 splenda something nasty...when I just wanted a skinny caramel macchiato. I did not have the time to go all the way back to get the right drink. I called and Kim was so very helpful and figured out a way for me to have my coffee and still be at work on time. Very pleased with how they handled the situation. I have received the wrong drink before, but it was noticed before I left the lot. They are always very nice, just have to watch those mistakes.

    Worst Starbucks ever! I wanted to give them a second chance after messing up my first order but they messed up the second order as well. There is a reason why people get soy milk in their drinks because they are allergic. They missed it both times! I will not be going back to this location ever again. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next location for better service.

    This has to be the Starbucks with the worst service. I came in today with my wife and I ordered a tall black coffee and a latte for my wife. Simple order , yet they forgot to make my wife's latte. After seeing everyone else get their drinks and ten minutes go by I asked if my wife's drink was coming up. They hadn't even started to make it. No apology, or anything. I was attended by a chubby African American woman and she sucks.

    Getting anything from Starbucks is a treat for me on the same level as wearing a new item of clothing or getting a haircut. When I go to this Starbucks I settle on a beverage after minutes of contemplation and conversation with the barista. Sometimes I'll drive off and discover that my drink is wrong (like I'm given a pumpkin latte instead of chai). It's an obnoxious hassle but I know I can count on this Starbucks to give me a free drink to compensate for their error. This Starbucks is conveniently located near Sears Auto Center. I enjoy relaxing at Starbucks while my car is serviced. I like the free wifi and ample outlets. However, I usually go through the drive-through rather than relaxing inside. It is a feat to turn left on North Avenue! It's also a challenge to turn left from North Avenue INTO this Starbucks. Besides that, there's nothing especially noteworthy about this Starbucks location. It's a solid cookie-cutter of any Starbucks. I imagine they have their regulars with whom they have friendly banter but I am not one of them. They do their due diligence with me: they're friendly, suggest upgrades, and offer treats.

    I truly do love Starbucks coffee so I give this place 2 stars. The drive thru is always very busy, even on a Sunday night there was a long line and wait. Had a taste for some sweet pastries with my coffee but every item I picked they were all out of. Once up at the window I was handed only one drink and was told it was on the house for it being such a long wait. Unfortunately I repeatedly had said it was 2 drinks. They were super nice about it and gave us the second drink for free as well and both were ventis. Super nice and something that they did not have to do.

    I go to Starbucks almost every day. I occasionally hit this one in my neighborhood. They are never very friendly, little eye contact and service can be slow. Ordered a breakfast sandwich today and found it sitting at the end of the counter 10 minutes later. Never asked for my name to call when it was done. That all being said, they seem very friendly to the "regulars."

    I've been going to this Starbucks for a few years off and on because they have a drive thru. In general I've found the employees that service the drive thru are not friendly. I'd say they are rude more of the time than not. Tonight I asked a question about one of their products and the woman was not knowledgeable and then gave me an attitude when I asked for the receipt. I'm sure this isn't the image this company is striving for.

    I used to be a regular but stopped coming because they're always out of every popular food item by mid-morning. If you're thinking of coming in because the drive-thru line is long, be aware that drive-thru customers are heavily prioritized in the barista's queue.

    I stop here most mornings for a chai latte. They always get my order right. Love the drive thru! I wish the seating inside was more cozy.

    I had to wait 14 minutes in their drive thru for an espresso. I wouldn't mind waiting if my drink was made how I asked. Extra foam only and no milk. And I get a cappuccino instead. Is it so hard not to put milk on the cup?! It is most of the time like this in the afternoon. I'm rating 3 stars because of the morning shift. The girls in the morning are way better.

    WHAT TAKES SO FREAKING LONG? Don't act like you're a chemist who is concocting some kind of magical potion. Add the 3 ingredients and stir. Better yet, let the machine do it. I can't beleive these reviews. Especially the ones who say that this Starbucks is fast. I can't tell you how many times I've left the drive thru line because I was waiting for so long. We avoid this Starbucks at all cost. It's a shame because it's just around the corner. I guess the staff is nice. However, they are paid for that, so no stars awarded.

    Looks like there hasn't been any recent reviews since April. Im usually the one to comment great reviews in this section. Im a starbucks lover I usually get a frappe and cake pop. But yesterday I was thinking a tea since Im a little under the weather. But they have horrible customer service. I have ordered from the drive thru before and nothing went wrong. But yesterday was my first time inside. And Usually when I walk in they greet me with smiles or even "Hi welcome to starbucks". This is the rudest starbucks ever. I thought it was only the cashier with an attitude but when I went to get my coffee on the other end two other women had attitude too. When It was my turn to order I asked for a tall tea she said "which kind" I said well what do I get to choose from and she went on with the list very quickly I did not understand what she was saying at all. The store was dirty flies were every where counter tops had old coffee marks on them, there were spills on the floor of coffee tables were not wiped down. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL STARBUCKS!!! I will definitely be not going back to visit this place sad thing is its close to my house but so be it...And I will spread the word on how my experience was.

    Way out West! In Chicago, that is...this Starbucks bordering River Forest serves its location well. With an always busy but quick Drive Thru, smiling service, a Community Happenings board, it's a nice small store. There is a small amount of outdoor patio seating and there are two seating areas indoors, with two comfy chairs in the corner, to soak up the now ubiquitous Free ATT Wi-Fi that all Starbucks stores offer! The nice thing about this location is that it almost has a small coffeehouse feel. Students are doing homework, people are getting business done, or just meeting to talk over coffee. What more can you ask of a Starbizzles?

    I love this place! Well, I've never been inside but the drive thru is awesome. First off, having a drive thru already makes you a winner. On my way to evening grad school classes means I need some sort of pick me up. I don't drink coffee, but I am addicted to the passion tea. I look forward to driving by every Tuesday and Wednesday after my hour long commute. The people at the drive thru are super friendly. They're always nice and sweet and all sorts of good stuff. The drink orders are always correct and they are always smiling. I tend to bring something to eat from home but always forget a fork and they never get upset when I ask them for a fork with my tea. I took off one star because of a dumb reason, but I hate the sticker they put on my cup with what I ordered. I LOVE the Starbucks cup and consider it quite an accessory. The sticker makes it look ugly =/ It's the only place I've been to that does that!

    Went through the drive thru the other day with my Sweet 15 card. Encountered Betty again and NOTHING has changed. I've avoided the place for a couple of months, and I'm not sure what made me go back. Definitely not her attitude. Ordered my drink, pulled up to the window, and saw the unpleasant look on her face. Being in customer service myself, I always try to be extra friendly and make conversation. So i go to hand her the card with a big smile and said "I have this, fresh out of the mail!" She didn't even react or make eye contact. She grabbed it and closed the drive thru window. She opened it up to hand me a straw, then closed it again. After my drink was ready, she opened it & stuck her arm out the window with the beverage with her head facing into the store. She did not say ONE SINGLE WORD the entire time. I simply do not understand why she is ignorant.

    Both times I came to this location I waited in the drive-thru line for almost 15 minutes. Once was at 10 AM and once was at 11:30 AM. There were only 2 cars in front of me each time. The service is sooo slow! I won't waste my time again. Especially for a $5 coffee.

    I like this location a lot - it helps that it is literally a quarter mile from my house and has a seriously fast drive-through, but this is still one location that has yet to mess up my order. Since I get my orders at the work location messed up pretty regularly, I am happy when I don't have to toss a beverage and be grumpy while driving - so this place gets extra points. One star off for being short on treats a vast majority of the time.

    This Starbucks is one of the best locations I've ever been to, and I'm a Starbucks junkie. They are super fast, even in the Drive-Thru during morning rush, and the baristas a really friendly. Plus, I got a croissant here and 1.) they had them, even though it was almost 8 AM on a Friday, and 2.) it was fresh! Great place on my way to work. Will definitely visit again.

    Solid three stars, not the biggest starbucks fan but this one is close to my house so I usually stop here on my way to work.. Coffee is good, sometimes burnt tasting, so consistency isnt the best here..
