I like this Starbucks. The team here is very efficient during morning rush. I could tell they were still training some newer folks but were still able to pump out drinks at a very reasonable timeframe. I took away 1 star because I frequent there enough to know that their coffee sometimes tastes a little watered down. Not every day or enough to make me not go there, but enough where it is noticeable. The team there is super friendly and one of the baristas always says "Thank you and have a wonderful day" to customers even during rush hours. That's special to me and means a lot knowing someone takes time to do those little things.

Mark just made my morning, what a friendly guy! He seriously makes the experience at this location all worth it! He is by far the nicest Starbucks employee i've ever met!

Why won't they just let me move in? I'm here almost every day, sometimes twice a day. Staff is friendly and faster than most at 6AM.

The two stars is for the nice girl who has a smile on her face and actually greets people at 6 am. The larger black woman needs to go. Can you at least smile and not look so miserable at your job? And can you please not be so god damn slow?! I think you may be a manager and you could give two shits less about customer service. Great work Debbie Downer.

I don't consider myself high maintenance by any standards, but I do expect a fairly reasonable amount of service at any Starbucks, considering how much we shell out for coffee that isn't so great ( I know the emps don't have anything to do with the prices nor the quality). And overall they're really nice at this Starbucks; I am pointing out that recently I learned that I'm lactose intolerant and so I take my plain coffee with soy. I was really amused when one of the emps looked annoyed at me for not understanding if I wanted cold or hot soy in my coffee. He did it three different times. Look, I totally get that you want to move the line along. But if it is 6:55 a.m., I'm really not holding up a line...and plus, I'm half asleep; hence the order for the Venti coffee with soy. Just practice a little patience, will you? I'm sorry for all the high maintenance customers with the stupidly ridiculous coffee whip no whip no foam orders. Give me a Venti coffee and splash it with soy. If it's faster for you to leave it cold, then that's totally fine...just please don't look at me like I'm an idiot. Any time I go there, I avoid placing an order with that person (plus, this time I know to say Venti coffee with cold soy). Other than that little snafu, this place is quite cool. Service is fast, the spinach feta and egg wrap is fantastic, and yeah, emps are really, really friendly and know their stuff.
