I work at a different location and this store is on top. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating. I admire the way that whomever is working talks on a personal level with the customers around me and myself. Jake rocks. Keep him.

I'm not too sure why most of these comments are very positive about the employees at this location. I've come here a few times now in the last month. The service is slow, the baristas aren't very friendly and always seem down and gloomy. My drinks have been good though which is why I gave 3 stars. This location is updated too which makes it look pretty nice. I would rather go to another location for better service.

Disclaimer: I am someone who goes to coffee shops to study! I also don't have kids or family so I am used to the quietness of no one around me (and don't judge, I am perfectly content) This place is full of screaming children, mom, grandparents, and all the rest. Don't get me wrong. Children are cute, but only for 2 minutes before they start screaming on the top of the lung and pulling each other's hair (which, as I am typing this, the 2 kids behind me are doing so). There are also two men talking extremely loud to each other about something in foreign language. A middle age woman laughing hysterically on her phone while also watching a youtube clip on her iPad. She then started talking loudly to another stranger and ask him to use his computer, which he loudly refused due to private and secured information. The music is really loud - I guess it's a strategy move to beat out all the noises. Chaos! Needless to say a headache is creeping in. Also, some how I feel like this place is a little messier than the other Starbucks I've been to. Employees are very nice, and it seems like lots of people who come here are regulars. Maybe I just had a bad morning, but no, I won't be back here again. And if so, I'd come with earplugs and aspirins for my headache.

I have visited Starbucks Coffee shops across the globe and this little spot is my all time favorite! Great personalities on the staff. Katie, the manager with the red hair and big smile, is always helpful with ordering and has great customer service skills. I was in here this week and the Barista, Sean, was super polite ad I decided that I needed to write a quick review of this place. I wish the other Starbucks offices on the North Side of Chicago could take a page from the Customer Service at Wrightwood/Racine. Or maybe just hire some more normal people, like the ones who work here.

While I do support local coffee shops, this is my new favorite Starbucks location. I will go out of my way to come here rather than the two locations on Fullerton. So what is it that makes it so special? Good question. The baristas are always so friendly & cheerful! They have a small but well set up area, a few tables that you can get your work done. And when weather permits, they have a nice little outdoor patio too. This is such a nice neighborhood area and I've never seen so many adorable dogs and toddlers strolling by, this is the best location in LP!

This Starbucks is an awesome location. Haven't been there in years until recently but it's still the same great spot. Lots of seating for studying, talking, etc. It is somewhat small because it is in a 3 flat but thats what makes it unique. Everyone is always in a good mood here for some reason. One of the baristas gave me a free iced coffee which was a nice touch.

Nicest baristas ever! I don't know if it's because this is a neighborhood Starbucks, or everything is cheerier in Lincoln Park, or if these baristas are snorting cocaine in the background or something but they are seriously the most friendly people! The store is always clean, the baristas are so sweet, the drinks are always perfect. To boot, there is great outdoor seating and no matter when you go, you'll always be able to get a table. It's kinda like the Camelot of Starbucks!

Support your local coffee house! But when nature calls, your in luck! Almost every corner has a Starbucks. I have been crapping my way all across Chicago the last 3 years and the one consistent thing everywhere is, Starbucks pooping facilities are numero uno! I have actually walked out of cool indy coffee houses, went half a block down to their major competitor and dropped the kids off at the pool. The staff is always welcoming to my loaf pinchings, and I have never been given so much as a stare. Sometimes I even pause, pretending to look at the menu, then dart to the head and take the browns to the Superbowl! Once again many thanks to the always clean facilities, if I have to step past fifteen or twenty sheep to get there, that is a small price to pay. So if you are at the Wrightwood and Racine Starbucks tomorrow I will see ya there!

Well managed and friendly, professional team delivers the consistent quality Starbucks is all about. I've been going here for years and it has not always been a consistent pleasure - the people working there are just great.

I really like this Starbucks. The espresso drinks are always made well, the staff is friendly and efficient without rushing you, and it's quieter and the lines tend to be shorter than some of the bigger nearby Starbucks (the larger cafes on Fullerton, for example). It's always laid-back and pleasant.

I hate the idea of reviewing a starbucks, but I had to because the employees at this starbucks branch are the best! This starbucks is close to our house so this is where we go every morning for our caffeine fix. The employees are really friendly and service is usually good. Most of the people even know our names and drinks, which is pretty impressive once you see the line of customers on a Sunday afternoon. The only complaint I have is that it gets pretty busy so the muffins, bagels, etc get picked over quickly.

I usually review tea shops, I don't drink coffee, but this is my neighborhood Starbucks, and I go here every other day for my Grande nonfat chai....and they know that. The manager or supervisor who I think is named Marisa, she not only knows my drink but always asks about my menagerie of jobs and how everything is. just the nicest girl. Everyone there is nice. It is also the "greenest" Starbucks I have ever been in. they are really trying to do their thing for the environment. My only complaint would be that sometimes my chai tastes a bit different. I'm wondering if they use the organic tazo syrup (which tastes different) or something else. But I am still happy with them and although it is a corporate machine that charges ridiculous prices, this staff doesn't make you feel that way. It is a nice place to begin my day.

When I lived in this area years ago, this spot was occupied by a hum-drum yuppie bar, I always thought "Wouldn't it be nice to have a coffee shop here instead?". Sure enough, not long after I moved away, Starbucks moved in! The surrounding area is almost all residential, so this Starbucks might have greater appeal to folks who live nearby, or go to school a few blocks south at DePaul.
