I had a free slice of cheese pizza coupon and I wouldn't come back even if it was free! The pizza is horrible, I don't see how anyone would pay $4 for a slice of this. People of Chicago, you can do better than Sbarro.

I like Sbarro. Quickly tasty Italian food fast. I went here one evening closer to closing time and they were a little short on baked ziti. The compensate I got extra bread and a bigger salad. I appreciated that gesture rather thank just getting short changed on my pasta choice. The person preparing my order also heated the bread in the oven. I grateful for this service and enjoyed the food as well.

If you like disgusting, greasy, expensive, unhealthy food then this is the place for you. If not, go somewhere else. GROSS! After hitting here I felt broke, hungry and sick to my stomach all at once. $8 for 2 pieces of cheese pizza. Wow what a ripoff. I hope this place goes bankrupt and gets sent back to the mall.

Disgusting, greasy, and overpriced, although I guess that's on me since I should've known better. With many better pizza options, you should avoid this place.

I hadn't had Sbarro pizza in at least 10 years. Alas, I was starving and a bit hung over. I was also craving a greasy slice of pizza. Instead of taking the time to research, I just scurried across the street for a quick bite. I figured a couple of slices and a big ass coke would help to ease the pain. Without hesitation, I ordered a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni and made my way to the cashier. The pizza was passable, but what really hurt was the price. Over $10 for 2 slices and a coke. It'll have to be an extremely hungover and lazy day for me to make that choice ever again. Usually grease is my savior, but unfortunately, in this instance, the price made my head hurt more.

When I think of Sbarro. I think of pizza at the Mall. So I by pass this place like on freeway. However, today tried it. I felt like i was walking into an Italian family owned operations. An old photo of a lady and a guy on the wall. I wonder if they where the owners? The food was fresh and good. The workers will help you pick out what is good base on if your looking for pizza or pasta,,, i was full. Not bad for fast food.

Go ahead and tell me I'm a loser for even walking into this mall style pizza chain with so many better quality, independently owned pizza place littered throughout Chicago. Well I say whateeeever! Sometimes a gal just wants a taste of something that reminds her of life before having a full-time career. Sbarro's takes me back to hanging out at the mall and noshing on a big old slice of za and washing it down with a diet coke over ice. Is it good and worth the over $4 per slice? Hell no but don't judge me and I won't judge you as you walk across the street and into McDonalds.

After coming out of Willis Tower, I was craving for a slice of pizza. I came across Sbarro, and I was extremely dissapointed. The pizzas there were nearly a day or two old, and the pasta was very stale. Not only that, but the soda I had there tasted more like water than soda!! All of this for 8 dollars? Never eating there again.

They have some decent breakfast specials in here and open early at 630am. They have good soft eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage links and bacon - also sandwiches with hashbrowns, stromboli, etc. Nice people too.

I love Sbarro's pizza, and I love that it's really close to my internship. The location can seem really small when I'm there for lunch. The pizza is good of course. The pasta is good but not the best. Location-wise, it's in a good part of town because it's in The Loop and next to the Sears Tower.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
