Never an easy thing to find seating for 20 people on a Sunday afternoon. They accommodated us right away with no hick ups and with kindness. The food was good. Service was good. It's a must stop of you're into Buffets.

First impression of the restaurant isn't very good as the windows are incredibly dirty. The doors to enter and exit, especially, are filthy and haven't been washed in a long time - as I noticed the dirty windows a week ago when I visited and again upon this visit. On this visit, I was in the restaurant having a late lunch around 3:00 pm - and in the 45 minutes I spent there, I never saw a server. No one ever approached my table and not one plate was picked up from my table while I was there. So I am certain - even when I was at the buffet - that no one came by. So, why three stars? The food. The buffet tables were stocked well and the foods were the right temperatures and quite tasty. I particularly enjoyed the roast chicken and cold salads. Other concerns are that, unlike other buffets, this Old Country Buffet puts its ice cream machine out of reach - and I had to wait a long time to get an employee to come over and give me a dish of ice cream. Also, the washroom is very dirty at this restaurant on most every visit.

This place has completely fell off the grid of good food. After our last family outing, I told them I will not return again. The food selection is horrible. The desserts are horrible. I felt horrible after eating this food.

I truly love going to this Old Country Buffet. The people are very kind and will get you seated quickly. I especially enjoyed DAMIAN'S prompt service when I wanted the carved meat Thanks Damian.

The employees working around the food were courteous. But the food was bland, the selection wasn't really varied, and the floor was sticky everywhere. Most of the chairs and benches are ripped. We paid 50 dollars for three adults and a toddler. It wasn't worth it.

Well what can I say when it comes to this place u pay for what you get. The atmosphere is pretty depressing and the employees have terrible customer service. Some food looks like its been sitting out for a while and most of the items are bland. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the nice lady who waits tables was and always is super nice.

Sorry I can't give any stars the place was dirty took my appetite away the Capeting was full of food stains and the cofee & pop machines were not in working order. There was no one to help at the desert table or to cut meat in the buffet secetion.

No stars if I could. There was very little variety. The food was mediocre. They charge like its a grand buffet with out standing food, will not return.

This place is so disgusting!! I remember why I don't come here anymore. There is garbage everywhere, nobody came to pick up our plates and the food was very poor quality (even worse than before). We paid $32 for 2 adults and a 3yo which is ridiculous for the quality. I am NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! Eeewwwww

I've been coming here with family since I was a little girl. As an adult with food restrictions I am happy they have a fruit and salad bar. My family and I love this place yet I only wish they would maintain cleanliness a little more.

The only place that I have ever gone to and not found a single thing that I would eat. Not one thing looked appetizing. Even the Caesar salad was past its prime, how do you screw that up? Would not return

I really dislike and try my damnedest not to 1* a place; but This place is a close 1. Let's get started. 1, customer service is actually 5*s, if you engage a employee here and just ask for what you want. 2, cleanliness is 1.5 star, picked up forks and they had caked on food that did not wash off properly, excuse was it was the dishwasher, how about inspecting before rolling them out. 3, the seating is very comfortable; the floors were filty, I mean fiiiilllty, tables were kept clean as you went from one plate to the next. 4, not a rememberable experience on a positive level. 5, will not return 6, will not, do not recommend 7, Wednesdays, kids eat free, I have none, so for me on a Wed it was noisy. 8, selection other than meat was horrid.

Just came back from breakfast here. The food was so disgusting and reheated from days prior. I'm so angry I wasted my money on this filth. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. This place has went down hill...I wish I could give it 0 stars

I WANTED MY MONEY BACK!! $16 I could have eaten at red lobster. If I wanted only "chicken" I would have went to popeyes, no one to carve the meat, NO variety of meats like fish, shrimp, meat loaf,,, cream spinach YUCK bland and dry.. getting cheap on the desserts? 2 dollars extra for a soda..all these places are jacking up the prices and service mediocre slop!! cant do it..the one on 79 & western was decent

So I took a group of about 25 adults here for a pre-Thankgiving meal......I called ahead to inform them that we would be coming. The manager was EXTREMELY accomodating and polite. I am very pleased with the customer service provided at this Old Country Buffet. It was a positive experience and although it could use an interior decorating MAKE. OVER.....not sweatin it. Props to the OCB on Fullerton

I've been to this buffet many times and I'm pleased with what it offers - standard American food. If you're on a vegan diet plan, this is probably not the best place to go UNLESS you are fond of salads and of getting creative with making your own dish. If you are not on a strict dietary plan, the food is good. It's not bedazzling but it also not terrible (like Shooter's Buffet). The macaroni and cheese is delicious and staples such as fried chicken and pasta, you can't go wrong with. I would be wary with the made-to-order stations, though. I sat next to the Stir Fry cart once and strict sanitation did not seem to be handled well by the individual (towels used to wipe counter area were also used to wipe pans in between orders). Otherwise, the staff seems to handle the regular buffet food exceptionally well. The salad bar has a mixture of iceberg lettuce, mixed spring, and a small option of spinach leaves. There is a variety of extras for your salad available, including mushrooms, carrots, hard boiled eggs, other veggies, cranberries, protein twigs, and dressings. I visit about once a month or so and I have not witnessed any chaotic scenes with unsupervised children, as a few reviews here have mentioned. It probably depends on the time you visit I suppose. Short version: Food is average, can't go wrong here with the taste of the food, price for dinner may be a bit steep for some

What's with the horrible reviews? I've probably been to this location 4/5 times over the last 6 months and I have had no complaints. Sure a lot of families come in with young kids but I've never once heard young kids yell or anything. The place is clean, under 11 bucks per person and the food is always hot ( and filled ). And what's with the " it's not a healthy place to eat" comments? It's a buffet, what did you expect? I rarely go out to eat, but when I do, I actually only go out to buffets since I eat more than the average Joe ( I'm not fat at all ). Recommended if you are in a really hungry mood. Just don't go all the time, the calories will pile on ;)

3 of us were there for lunch about 1:30 on Mon. and were pleasantly and promptly greeted. The manager also greeted us. The salad bar had fresh vegetables as well as some fruits. There was a cook making up stir fry "to order". There were 2 kinds of chicken, meat loaf, fish as well as many "sides" and breads. Also cappucino blends, coffee, sodas and appealing desserts. The tables were cleared promptly.. Some other reviewers complained about children, but there were only 2 or 3 when we were there. I'm sure there's a big difference between the amount of children at a weekday lunch time compared to an evening dinner or meals on a weekend as far as noisy children attending. We have been to many restaurants on weekends that were not buffets and been subjected to noisy kids (and adults).

I did like the fact that I was the skinniest girl in this place (I was like the Kate Moss of cheap buffets), but that was pretty much all I liked about my experience at OCB. Until I met my (now ex) boyfriend, I had never been to one of these establishments. I will never return, either. It was cheap enough, but the food was not appetizing at all. I think it was meatloaf night or something, and my European genes do not allow me to consume meatloaf. All the veggies were wilted and sad, and the salad bar had iceberg lettuce (ugh). Essentially it was really cheap, but the food was really tasteless and bad for you. I also spent about an hour in the bathroom after leaving. Whatever I ate there did not agree with my insides whatsoever (and I have an iron stomach- I've eaten street food in Thailand). Never again!

Back in the day (and I'm talking YEARS ago) this OCB was pretty decent. When I was a little girl. But now? Jesus I wouldn't be caught dead in here. The food is awful, and the pans are usually more than half empty. If you go at 'busy hours' be prepared to get a headache with your meal too. Screaming children, adults who don't care. Also expect to hear this: "A line? What newfangled word is this?!" The health conscious should not enter this establishment, as there is nothing on the menu that you would deem appropriate. Not even the salad bar (which is pretty damn gross). Tasteless all you can eat food for a cheap price. Thanks but I'ma have to pass on this one.

This is the worst buffet I have ever been too. The food is not good. The restaurant is a mess and the customers it attracts is pitiful. There are kids everywhere and their parents do NOT supervise them. Avoid!!
