I had a coupon for a $6 lunch. The beverage is an additional $2.29. For about $9 you get a pretty good lunch. Everything that I had was fairly decent. I'm usually not a fan of salad bars, but this one was excellent. The broccoli bacon salad was fantastic. I've never had this before, but today I had seconds and thirds. The coleslaw and potato salad were also good. I even made a chef's salad that was 20% lettuce, 40% ham, 20% cheese, and 20% french dressing. The fried chicken and roast chicken were excellent. Pizza was ok, waffle fries were awesome, and the fried fish with tartar sauce was good. Their steak was as good as Golden Corral's. Some of the meat offerings were dry such as the pulled pork. Just ask for bbq sauce and that will remedy the problem. Polish sausage was pretty good. You can also find mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, cornbread, rolls, and corn. For desserts, the cheesecakes were all good (plain, strawberry, and Oreo), banana pudding was great, pecan pie was great, cookies, strawberry cheesecake parfaits, carrot cake, and molten chocolate cake were all good. The only downside is that you have to ask for ice cream which I think is to keep kids from using the machines. The beverages included soda, coffee, cappuccino, ICEEs, and chocolate and regular milk. Overall, very good for what you are paying. Service was great, the place was clean. I can say that Old Country has improved greatly since their bankruptcy. The last time I visited, it was horrible, now it is great.

Worst OCB! Clean plate area had a customer made area for dirty dishes, silverware, seats, tables carpet every corner was dirty ! Not to mention the food options, so few of them and the only few were cold, or old of just sitting there! We tried keep it poaitive but they were even out of ketchup! I ended up trying to fill on salad and greens vut ai am seriously diacusted by such a place, I really hope the owners or managers see this so they can implement a new strategy in the day to day running of the business....Thanks but no thanks!

Everything I ate here was luke warm or cold. That includes soup, broccoli-cheese casserole, chicken and vegetables. Nothing was hot. Meat loaf was burnt, and the baked chicken was tough, dry, and cold. Salads were the only items that were good - and the right temperature. In 40 minutes, server came by once to clear a plate. Some of the clients were like a 1990s throwback with very unappetizing "pants on the ground." I left pretty much like I walked in... hungry and needing a good meal.

Food is ok but the place needs to be remodeled. It is just filthy. Carpet is disgusting and had an odor to it. Wish they hadn't closed the old country buffet in Chicago Ridge. The staff is very friendly though

So not a fan of this location. It use to be very nice and clean but of lately they just for seem so much as before. If you want an omelette, the ladies who prepare it are sitting down eating gourmet Popcorn (ummmm they don't have that here) and are texting on their phones. Really?!! The breakfast Sunday door really wasn't bad but the fact that kids are running around (think Bay Bay kids) really downgrades the place. Touching stuff and acting like bad ass kids. Again the food is pretty good but the fact that they (kids under 6) are serving themselves, really irks me! I do like coming at 9 because it seems like the fouls don't get up till 10! That's when it gets full.

I Been going to this restaurant for a while since i was 9 years old+ since my grandmama was alive the inside of it is not that bad clean & dirty and pretty quiet ghetto people yes (lf you pick a right day) not how most people make it seem the service is alright lf they see a dirty plate at your table they will come pick it up me and my family never came cross rude service people now the food: it is alright same old same old food but ok when you are hungry But this place has change BAD!! `not how it was back in the day Just horrible me and my family will NOT be back

The food is awful here! It used to be well maintained and clean but now its filthy. The floors are sticky and covered in crumbs and food droppings. Not to mention the faint odor of urine in the dining area. Not sure what has happened lately but I do not recommend eating here.

I usually don't eat here, but I wanted a hot meal. The place was really crowded! The line went almost out of the door, and it wasn't even Mother's Day! The food was okay, but I was disappointed at the variety. I had a taste for tacos or enchiladas, but they didn't have any that were good. There were crumbly taco shells, and all the meat was gone. There were no enchiladas at all. I grabbed some meatloaf, some mashed potatoes and string beans. They were pretty good but nothing spectacular. I also had a small slice of carrot cake, which was pretty good. Because the restaurant was very crowded, I expected more. I was a little let down. I will return though.

I can't believe i didn't check in...lol but that is another story! I use to love OCB it was a place that I frequent but not so much now!! The food is okay its not the best as far as Buffets are concerned! The mac n cheese taste like it has a plastic covering over it and the soup didn't have that wow factor any longer. Now, they charge your drink separate from the rest of the bill, I mean really what's that all about! The new stir-fry section was laughable and the ice cream section was unclean and had ice cream all over the place! There was about 15 of us that came and for the amount of people that was there the price fit our budget but the food is not what made my time spent there fun! I can't say I wont be back to this OCB or another one but trust I would go some place else first before I pick any OCB to dine!!!

I love this place. It is the buffets of all buffets. The food is great and I love the salads and desserts. My family and I come here all the time especially during holidays. It is definitely worth the wait in line.

I finally got to try this place on Saturday. It's a decent sized eatery with above average prices. I waited in a long line but got in about 20 minutes, not bad. I enjoyed the cakes and they are the best among buffet places especially the hot chocolate cake with the chocolate filling, yum. I also enjoyed the beef ribs, steaks and fried chicken drumsticks. What I don't like are the steamed and fried fish. It very dry and rubbery. Other foods are just average. Their soft served ice cream and yogurt are so-so.
