We normally come here when we're driving around and in no mood to cook or go out to eat. I've never really had bad food from here. The review however is for the fact that they deliver. Ordering my delivery order was somewhat chaos, but I was just glad they did in fact deliver. We didn't get charged any fees, it took about 5 minutes before my order was taken, I was on hold-but could hear everything that was going on so that was a little annoying-I felt like I had been forgotten about. The food was hot and seemed fresh enough and the service was great, it came in at around 45 minutes like I was quoted. It was my first time ordering wings (along w/ crazy bread and pizza) and I wouldn't recommend the wings, for $6 and THAT size they should offer you at least 12 wings because they are really small and lack flavor. I would order again on a lazy night, just the bread and pizza.

Booted my car for parking there after the store is closed. I won't patronize businesses who do this.

I'm writing this because I read some one else's post in which they stated how horrible the manager is. I'll spare the details but it is the truth. On another note.... If your curious about the food. Well just use common sense. It's 5 dollars.

  • Brian P.

What do you expect for a 5 dollar pizza? The pizza is good for its prize. For picky people, avoid this place the plague. For people like myself who are not picky, this would make a great lunch/dinner lol.

Even for a Little Caesar's, this place was no bueno. I basically live across the street from here (easily faster to walk it over than to drive) and placed a small order for delivery. My medium pizza and wings took over an hour, were no longer hot (or steamy...or warm...or really recently out of the oven at all). I'm usually not this cold-hearted, but it was enough that my friend and I decided the $13 charge was more than sufficient. Never in my life have I not tipped someone....but this had to be the exception. I'll stick to the places I know are good, even if they don't deliver in my neck of the woods.

I only gave them one star because it's required. I have been going to this little Caesars for many years because my kids like the pizza and it's cheap and quick. I also go next door to the burrito place for myself and other adults usually. Well I parked not thinking by complete accident since I frequent little Caesar's, in their lot and went to the burrito place first. I came out and there was a boot on my car in 5 minutes! They lay in wait and boot as soon as you walk away. Honest mistake since most go to both places since they are a neighborhood place. That they would do this to their own customers is pretty low down! First, the parking lot looks like a shared lot to both establishments, 2nd, there is no lighting in the extremely dilapidated lot and no lighting where the signs are and unless it was lit and said DO NOT PARK HERE OR YOU WILL GET BOOTED in very large bold letters, most do not pay attention to a sign if they are running in and out of a place. The guy that booted our vehicle was a complete jerk and made us sit there for almost an hour before he ran our credit card for $140 holding our vehicle hostage, ruining our dinner, and making my children go hungry, and knowing no one parking there is doing it to purposely try to pull one over on little Ceasar's considering you can lose half of your vehicle driving through that crater filled lot. And that people are already going to be upset by the whole situation. Unless I receive a refund, and they stop this nonsense, I will leave this review up and continue to deter friends and family and anyone that will listen from ever going there again for their own good along with myself after giving then thousands over the years! This is no way to treat your own customers! You lost a good one along with many many others that jumped on my bandwagon. Learn how to treat your customers! It's not like your using the fortunes you are making off of your prosperous parking lot scam to fix the worst lot ever, and I'm sure you are making more off of your parking lot boot scam than you do off of actually selling pizzas!! To hire someone full time around the clock to sit in their vehicle in that lot to boot people is horrible business practice!! You should be in jail!! Shame on you you crooked franchise owner!!

    (1)
  • Laurie R.

Do you want to patronize a place that hires a sleazy booting company (Global Parking Mgmt) to hide in it's lot and boot your car? That pizza will end up costing you $140 and I hardly think it's worth it. They get a cut of the action....is that the kind of place you want to give your hard earned money to????

The greasier and cheaper the pizza, the more I drool. And a large pepperoni for $5!! I mean c'mon people, its my guilty pleasure and I'm not ashamed of it... well maybe a little. All I know is that it satisfied my cheap and greasy pizza cravings yesterday. Beautiful!

This place is a pit. It is run down and every time I go in here, the garbage is overflowing and a clean table is hard to find. Why do I go here you ask? the answer is $5 pizza. I get what I pay for that is for sure. I also get crazy bread cravings from time to time also. Conveniently located right down Addison from me so it is a short drive.

The parent company could be praised for their business model, their offering of inexpensive pizzas and that it's a franchise that's been able to enable military to have a job & / or own a business after returning to civilian life. Each location can differ from the main company because they are franchise opportunities. Different owners, different standards. Cheap eats, yes. $5 Hot and ready special, $8 deep dish and etc etc. Still, it's dough, sauce, cheese and some toppings so the business isn't breaking the bank to offer a product. Whether its $8 or $5 they could try to adhere to serving a decent product. Yes or no? If driving save your car the wear and tear of parking in their crappy lot. There should be ample street parking on that corner. This location offers dining in. If calling ahead, make sure they've got your order down correctly. Employees change and so does service. So what might have been 4 stars some months back isn't so today. I stopped through the other evening after placing an order by phone. I had them repeat the order back to me. My biggest gripe with LC is that they pour on a paltry amount of sauce which is why I never purchase a "hot & ready". After my two call system to ensure I got extra sauce, they still screwed me and that pizza STUNK, but it pictured well so check it out on Yelp. I ordered the deep dish with toppings & wings. The total with tax came out just under $20 dollars. Now had their order taker been helpful she may have offered me their family combo, I'd have gotten an additional pizza with crazy bread and sauce for some cents more than what I paid. To be honest, a couple people picking up pies spoke in Spanish and that seemed to help the process move smoothly. Looking back at our phone call and the pickup there was some confusion & misinterpretation. Perhaps if I was fluent in Spanish and we were conversing in it from get go, I bet she might have offered me the meal deals. Then again, who knows. For eight dollars or more, you're better off with Papa Johns, Dominoes or microwaved pizza from Sarpino's.

I picked up 4 $5 hot and readys and a peperoni pizza today as a lunch treat for a business in my industry. I ate a slice of pizza and left. They called about 20 minutes later saying that cockroaches crawled out of one of the boxes. It was embarrassing and disgusting. I called the store and I asked to speak to a manager. I boy got on the phone and told me it was impossible that there were cockroaches because he prapared the pizza himself. Yet, I had called 10 minutes before going to make sure that they had hot and readys available before I made the trip. They said they had 4 and I bought all 4 when I got there. So those had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes. He was indifferent to my complaint so I wrote this review and called 311 and reported them to the city. They said a health inspector is going to pay them a visit.

Came in during the lunch hour (12:15pm) to try their $5 Hot-N-Ready lunch combo, only to be told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. That doesn't sound hot and ready to me.

PEOPLE GO TO ADDISON AND ST LOUIS AT THE K-MART IS CLEANED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT...

When you call an order in Togo at a QSR joint and the order gets repeated to you, you would expect the order to be correct. Not tonight. And I get it, s#!t happens, I've been in senior operations for 30 years. So I call the store and talk to the store manager to address the issue. With out saying, Guest recovery is not this persons core genius. Playing dumb with a stunned response didn't put my mind at ease, especially when I could hear in the background the whole conversation between the register employee and the manager before I was connected. I am not the type to comment on bad experiences, I usually brush it off and never return. But tonight it hit a nerve. This location is half mile from my house, just far enough not to want to walk or drive and took 1.5 hours to deliver. All I wanted was an extra topping Added to my pizza. You really did miss the mark, meaning I didn't get ANY of the topping I requested, on top if it all I got attitude from the manager and that my friend just resulted in loosing a life long customer relationship. Farewell pizza pizza I would rather pay someone $5 to kick me in the sack then pay$5 to be made felt like I am inconveniencing you.

OK, it's not the best pizza. However, Little Caesar's works on my terms...hot, ready and cheap. I don't have to fool around with it being ready in an hour. I WANT IT NOW!!! And yes, my pizza is ready now and it's hot. Stop your crabbing about how bad it is. It's a $5.00 pizza, what the hell are you expecting? Grab some crazy bread while you're at it. Your pizza will be ready in shorter time than to read this review. Pan! Pan!

Look, you have to know what you're getting in to when you eat Little Caesar's. It's $5 pizza, people... do you think it will be gentle on your gastrointestinal tract? It's amazingly delicious and so bad for you - so you can't possibly expect you'll wake up the next morning and feel awesome. But it's so hard to say no to it when someone suggests it! It's just so greasy and delicious and yum! Little Caesar's really has the best deal in town. $5 Hot-N-Ready pizza - that is a deal you cannot beat. The pizza is always good and it really is hot and yummy. I have never waited for anything at this location, which is why it gets my approval. Oh, and don't forget the crazy bread! It's sooooo amazingly packed full of thousands of delicious calories. Mmmmmm crazy bread. Other perks: $22 Party Deal which includes three large pizzas, wings and pop. Can't beat that. Staff is always friendly AND this location takes credit cards even though you can't really spend more than $10 in the store. Awesome.

Hey, it's fooking Little Caesar's. If you're expecting 5 stars from LC, then I'm going to give you a kiss with a fist. The good: $5.00 hot and ready pizza. The bad: It's Little Caesars. The ugly: The terrible shits eating 3 slices of this pizza will give you. Yea, we all loved LC back in college. It's what we would get on a Sunday afternoon after a night of carousing. Times have changed. My gastrointestinal tract tells me "NO FUCKING MORE!", and for the most part I obey. But when I don't, it gets the last laugh. And by laugh I mean furious-anger-Nancy-Grace pooping at like 5 in the a.m. Eat here, if you dare. Cheeers.

Ha ha ha. I totally thought Little Caesar's went out of business years ago. Guess not. When I drove past it, I did a huge double take, and made a sharp U turn into the parking lot. Everyone knows it's shitty pizza. But sometimes shitty pizza is just what you want. And for $5, you can't afford not to. Don't forget about the crazy bread and dipping sauces. I feel like I'm 13 again.

    (3)
  • Carter O.

Little Caesar's gets a decent rating because it's a niche place for kids. ie, kids don't know any better, so why waste the good pizza on them? drooling little monsters will just waste of it anyway. so order Little Caesar's for them, DiVita's for yourself, and life is good.

  • Phil Z.

I went into LC's asking for a mix of four pizzas. They had five under the lights. They would not sell me four because they would only have one left that was ready. I asked if they were continually making more. She says "Yes, but it takes time." Then, I asked if I could have three. She then told me she would sell me one. In the meantime, another one was added to the stash making six pizzas now available. So, I asked for two - the one that she offered me and the one that just came out. She still insisted that she would only sell me one. At this point, it was a game. I said,"What's stopping me from coming in and out three more time to purchase all of my pizzas?" She said "Nothing." So I did it. And I cleared her out of all six, just for kicks. Horrible service.

I got the $5 pizza and it was not so great right out of the box and they were skimpy on the pepperoni. It was not a huge investment but I still couldn't throw it away so I put the remaining pieces (all but one) into the refrigerator. I went back for it later that day and warmed it up in a pan on the stove. It was SOOOO much better with a little more cooking time resulting in a crispy crust. Try it!

    (1)
  • Nathan W.

Little Caesar's would have had 3 stars from me. But then the next morning my stomach knowing full well my intent to give them that kind of rating had to put in its two cents. It was one of the smellier arguments I've had. But if your stomach can stomach it, $5 gets you a fresh off the heat lamps pizza. Not bad at all.

  • a w.

Great place to get a cheap, greasy pizza. They always have the $5 large pizza deal here and their breadsticks here are delicious. They are pretty quick here and you'll be in and out with your pizza within 10 minutes -- or you can even eat in!

It was not a huge investment but I still couldn't throw it away so I put the remaining pieces (all but one) into the refrigerator. I went back for it later that day and warmed it up in a pan on the stove. It was SOOOO much better with a little more cooking time resulting in a crispy crust. Try it!

This is the worst pizza I've ever had and this place is a total dump

Little Caesar's would have had 3 stars from me. But then the next morning my stomach knowing full well my intent to give them that kind of rating had to put in its two cents. It was one of the smellier arguments I've had. But if your stomach can stomach it, $5 gets you a fresh off the heat lamps pizza. Not bad at all.

Great place to get a cheap, greasy pizza. They always have the $5 large pizza deal here and their breadsticks here are delicious. They are pretty quick here and you'll be in and out with your pizza within 10 minutes -- or you can even eat in!
