I know what you're thinking. "This place is still around"? Yup. So I was in the mood for a pretty good frozen pizza....so we went to Little Caesars :) no yay or nay here...it is what it is, a $5 pizza that warded off starvation today. I would never choose this place over a local pizza place but today I lowered my standards, i'm full but not necessarily satisfied ...if that doesn't make you want to run out to your local Caesars, I don't know what will.

Only reason why I came here is because I had a two year old Giftcard I won from a baby shower and it was late and lord knows I was too tired to cook anything. The Pizza itself isn't so bad but the customer service here is ridiculous!. Cashier had no expression not friendly not approachable, you couldn't ask her anything with out her copping a damn attitude and It just wasn't great. I don't see how none of the bread sticks or garlic breads aren't served with marina sauce period and why it's extra and COLD!!! ugh just disappointing. Half the time I go in there the workers are texting and joking and just not setting a good example for the business. I DEF WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Never hot and ready pizza. Takes at least ten to thirty minutes every time. Poor organization on the staff behalf. They could have a better system to get this pizza out. Don't even bother at dinner time. Faster to go to another pizza spot..oh and one if the staff members tried to say my order disappeared after another had literally just repeated it to me...

I always called for a pick up ahead of time since I don't want to wait 20 to 30 minutes for my pizza and ICB. I get to Little Caesars line is all the way outside the store and have to wait 10 minutes after already waited for the 10 minutes was told in the phone when placed my order. Cashier was dry and cold, "NEXT" So I tell the lady, "I call ahead for 2 Pepperonis and 1 ICB". She left to check in the back comes back and tell me, "They getting it ready". I asked, "but is it ready, right". She then reply, "They have to put the pizza in two separate boxes and the ICB goes in another box". I look, pause, and told her I know the preparation behind making and packing a pizza but that's not what I asked you. Right? Don't disrespect me talking to me like if I was 5 years old". The manager step in didn't apologize but instead tried to hurry up, rung me up so I can get out of the store faster. Well the magic of the internet with yelp, google reviews etc... is wonderful because allow you to vent out without being rush. Hoping someone in headquarter in Detroit MI sees this review and take action. I rate your customer service a 0.

The Pizza is a great deal as a last resort to getting a quick dinner on the table. The Service though is HORRIBLE. I don't mind waiting for Pizza that is fresh and hot. I don't mind the dry stares from the workers there looking like they wish they were somewhere else. Hell I don't even mind not being looked at when they take my order. What I do not like is how they ignore the customers to talk about how shitty their lives are amongst each other, how the employees take out their check stubs and interrupt taking pizza orders or making pizza to complain about their pay. There is no sign of supervision or management in this place at all.

The pizza itself is okay, but the place is a DUMP. Not to mention the service here is the worst I've seen. Seriously, the way the cashiers talk to the workers and cooks is just unbelievable. Little Caesars definitely needs remodeling, and better service. As for the pizza? Meh. It's alright. For $5, what do you expect from a pizza? It tasted very flat, and didn't have any flavor. The cheese wasn't gooey, the sauce never dripped, the crust didn't have that greasy zest to it. It was just very subpar. As for the crazy bread? Again, pretty cheap. It's about three bucks. And again, it's nothing too special. Very greasy to the point where it's soggy. All in all, don't expect much from Little Caesars. It's a place meant if you're A) on a budget or B) if you're in a hurry. Like Cici's pizza, this is a significant step down from typical chain pizzerias such as "Pizza Hut" and "Sbarros". And I'm not just talking about the pizza.

These people know how to make a pizza! $5 ready cheese, sausage, or pepperoni pizza! and $6 mushroom, onion, or what ever flavor you want. That gooey cheese, flavorful sauce, and crispy non greasy crust...oh I need a pizza now!

For 5 bucks the pizza was good. My beef is with the idea of the pizza being hot and ready. We had to wait about fifteen minutes, which in my standard is not "ready". I would recommend calling ahead because the place is popular.
