    I'm not typically one to review chains that often, but the Jamba Juice in the Merchandise Mart deserves a high five! These juice extraordinaires are like a well-oiled machine. It was crazy busy at 9 am on a Wednesday but this team didn't bat an eye. Not only was my order taken quickly at the register, but the girl managed to ask for my name, refer to me by name when she had a question, and do it all with a smile. Now that's much appreciated customer service. As the line started to spill out in the mart they did a great job of facilitating the organization of lines to differentiate who's waiting on their beverage and who's waiting to place an order. If you haven't been to a Jamba Juice by now, I suggest you do so. My favorite drink of choice is the Razzmatazz which is all fruit. I order it light though which is 1/3 of the calories. Shout out to the guy behind the counter whipping up most of the drinks. He had a delightful energy so early in the day and he genuinely seems to enjoy his job! Although I was happy to wait for my beverage since I knew they were slammed, he ended up upgrading my drink to a large for the wait. Although I didn't need such a huge cup full of smoothie, the gesture was nice!

    Not the greatest customer service as the person is front of me was completely ignored after asking numerous questions and the smoothies were impossible to drink with a straw. All fruit chunks and I've never had an experience like that at a Jamba Juice. Wouldn't return to this location.

    Oh ya. Jamba Juice!!! In my Pauly D voice. Love it!! Nothing better than waking up after a hard night of drinking. Feeling a little dehydrated. Or very dehydrated sometimes. Heading over to Jamba Juice and getting the BIGGEST smoothie possible to re-hydrate your body. Not only does it taste good too, but you also get many servings of fruit to replenish whatever the alcohol killed the night before. The only problem is that I'll sometimes drink it too fast and get a very nasty brain freeze. Also, the sugar rush is sometimes really hard to fight back.

    It's so hard to resist, thankfully for my waistline my wallets speaks up. I feel like they keep getting slowly more expensive. I know that the ingredients are frozen so just wondering why the price keeps creeping. I still enjoy a smoothie from them, now and then. My favorite: Strawberry Surfrider

    I decided to try the $1 oatmeal deal this morning, so I stopped in here. There were probably 6 or 7 people in line in front of me, and yet it took almost no time for me to order and get my oatmeal. I couldn't believe how fast they were! I had the blueberry & blackberry oatmeal, and it was tasty. I think I'm going to put blueberries in my oatmeal at home more!

    I must give JJ credit. They always make my morning with their cheery enthusiastic staff and bright WAKE UP colors. Better yet, I love when they offer the public free samples. Their fall drink special of Pumpkin Smash caught my eye time around and pulled me right in like a victim to their publicity. Cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin (most likely fake pumpkin in the form of powder) and a boost of my choice earns a star or four in my book. Love you JJ!

    If you're craving a smoothie while passing through Merchandise Mart this is a great location. My favorite Jamba smoothie of choice is the old school Mango-a-Go-Go( passion fruit juice, pineapple sherbet w/ mango) but I like to sub one scoop of mango for one scoop of strawberries...ooh & don't forget to get your free boost (i like daily vitamin, plus it doesn't give your smoothie a chalky flavor). The employees here are pretty friendly & quick too. =)

    it Jamba Juice at the Mart... does it really require a review? Its fine. Get a smoothie. The service is ok. They're not going to kiss your ass, its Jamba Juice. Now enjoy wearing your sweatpants around rivernorth while you power walk.

    I love this Jamba Juice! The drinks are always awesome, and I really like the folks who work there. They are always very friendly and remember me when I come in, which is about once a week (lucrative location!). Today I went in for my lunch. I ordered a medium sized drink and a sandwich. The cashier forgot to deduct $2 from my combo order. One of the girls there offered to give me $2 from their tip jar! I said absolutely not, I'd be back again, no worries. So instead, they gave me a large smoothie. I LOVE stuff like that - good customer service! Highly recommended!

    I've been working at the Mart for well over six months now and it took me a long time to hit up the Jamba Juice. I had never been to one, mostly out of pride (^$6 for a smoothie? You're out of your mind.) But I just couldn't take it anymore. I miss Fresh Choice and the yummy smoothies they made when I was in my old office. I just had to see if Jamba Juice could deliver something similar, and....they sort of do. You see, I'm a simple girl. I don't get fruit smoothies. That would be healthy. No, no, no, I have to get a peanut butter and chocolate smoothie. Jamba Juice doesn't have this on the menu, but I quickly realized they will customize the smoothies for you. SCORE. Give me one peanut butter moo'd, hold the bananas, substitute more peanut butter. It's close to Fresh Choice's, but still not quite the same (and more money for less smoothie.) It serves its purpose of filling my chocolate and peanut butter craving, so that's all good.

    So, it's Jamba Juice. Consistency is key, right? But the staff at this store are so blasted friendly, I'm almost happy to pay $4 and change for a blended fruit cup. I really don't know how they do it since many patrons are no experts at masking condescension.

    Jamba Juice isn't something I have every morning or every week (like some people I've seen), but I do like their smoothies from time to time. I can only drink a small smoothie, because I ordered the largest size once and couldn't finish it. And it's not something that stays delicious after half an hour of sipping, either. Sometimes I get the wheatgrass shot, which comes with an orange slice. The staff is pretty friendly here. Plus it's next to the Merchandise Mart Brown Line stop, making it convenient for those who need a smoothie on the way to work.

    Jamba Juice so close to home!! Even if I'm not getting a smoothie I'll go here for the organic, gluten free, yummy snacks or water. It seems like the place is always freshly cleaned whenever I go, and everyone that works there always genuinely greets you and says bye. Great customer service along with great products will always make me a returning customer.

    Dear Jamba in Merch Mart, You and I have had a great 3 years together while I was at Argosy. You would have long lines for my morning classes, but my smoothies still came out fast. You had employees that knew my order, and one employee in particular that would always "accidentally" make my Original size into a Power. Your staff was nice and cheery - there's a pretty awesome girl that worked there with black plugs who made my trek to my afternoon class fun as well. My only downfall was that you kept regular boring hours, closing at like 5, so when I was craving some Jamba on evening class breaks, you were nowhere to be found. Now that Argosy has moved, you and I will probably not meet anymore. Thanks for the memories.

    I'm glad they finally came out with a lower sugar juice here. I always stayed away from this chain because it was just a cup of sugar and berries whirled together. As fa as this locations goes, it's always really speedy. The staff are super friendly and one of the guys even sings along with the 70's tunes they have cranked in there. Which is actually kinda nice. Only because he has a good voice. Are they overpriced? Ahhhh yeah - a little. But considering I can use one of the drinks to replace a meal for about $3 - it's really not that bad.

    I don't know if it's good that most of the staff here know my name... perhaps it means that I get smoothies here too often. But I love Jamba Juice. If you're going for healthy, be sure to read the nutrition facts. I love getting the Peanut Butter Moo'd, but believe me it's as many calories as a milkshake. On the other hand, I'm getting protein and a Vita Boost. Otherwise the Citrus Squeeze is my favorite. If you're going to buy breakfast, better a smoothie where at least a lot of the sugar is coming from fruit than getting a greasy bag of fat from McDonald's. The staff here is pretty good for the most part--like I said they'll remember my name if I'm in more than once a week, and generally they're pretty cool. I always get a greeting and a farewell, and that really means a lot in the fast food industry. Just be careful, if you get the Original size you'll be peeing all morning.
