Quick service. Walked in with a party of three. We were seated immediately thankfully cause the place was packed by the time we were done with breakfast at 11am on Memorial Day. Our server was nice, attentive and helpful. Again, everything was quick. Coffee, detailed breakfast orders. Everything was fresh and delicious. I actually love this location. It's great during the day or late night.

I was here 30 minus before closing then waitress told me they are not serving coffee. No cafe with my crepe? God

Worse iHop ever. My sister and I went there for a dine-in service but we decided to do take out since it was freezing inside and at the time only 1 other party was there. The waitress, Andrea, was horrible! An elderly couple came in after us and she served them before my sister and me-- ok, cool, no problem. However, she forgot about us. How was possible? I dont know-- actually because she was on the front desk phone having a personal conversation!! It took an hour to get our order and paying with a hassle since she was still having her phone conversation even as I and another customer were in front of her waiting. She had the audacity to say she was talking to her manager (I hope her manager fires her for horrible service and lying on him/her). Lastly, i noticed she forgot to give me my paid pancakes once I got home since we just wanted to get the hell out of there. What a waste of time. All this happened with only 4 tables being "served". P.S who the hell talks to their manager with a bedroom/come-and-get-me voice?

I hate IHOP! Food doesn't taste good. It feels like they microwave most of it. Pancakes are not good. They sit you next to who ever they want. You're almost sharing the damn table with a total stranger. Staff is pretty friendly but you're going in for the food, right?!

The server was nice but the guy that cashed us out Marion was extremely rude! He said he didn't care if people came there or not that he wasn't the owner! All because we asked why a kids apple juice was not include with the kids meal and cost almost $3. We just asked a question and the guy flipped out. I can't believe people like him actually can keep a job.

This is the most efficient IHOP I've been to, during the day. At night, the experience isn't as good. But whenever I have gone during the day, the ladies always take very good care of me. It's really refreshing to see some of the employees take as much pride in their work as I have seen. I appreciate their care and efficiency.

They recently added weekend 24 hour schedules. Bangin' + many people driving down Lincoln don't notice that they are open, so, there is never a wait. On weekends I can always count on an spectacular fried egg cheese burger. They don't fry the egg fully so you still get some of that awesome yolk spilling over the burger. Yum. Marry that with an order of Cinnamon swirl french toast to share with the table as a sweet ending. Early morning bliss. Service: typically quick and never much of a wait.

Do you like dirty silverware? Do you like microwaved bacon sausage and/or eggs? Do you enjoy crusty waffles or pancakes that have been pre-made and microwaved? Do you enjoy being crammed into a room with 80 other people who are eating the same disgusting food as you are? Do you like a floor that was vacuumed last in 1978? Do you like an open kitchen that you wish was kept covered? Then this IHOP is for you!!!! The smallest IHOP on the planet with as many tables as humanly possible crammed into this weird rectangle room. Our table was about a foot and a half wide and long. I understand it is for 2 people but the aisle were about a foot and a half wide also. I seriously felt air sick the minute I stepped into the place. Then came the food. Waffle combo please.....oh nice, the sausage is rubbery. So is the bacon. Sent back, thanks, oh wait, they just replaced THAT rubbery sausage with ANOTHER rubbery sausage looking thing. And the bacon too. The poor waitress. She was sweet and I bet people treat her like shit all the time. I don't expect much from an IHOP but I don't think expecting 'edible' at any restaurant is too much to ask. At this IHOP you will have to be totally drunk, really high or have removed taste buds to even imagine this food is fit for human consumption.

My wife doesn't get the appeal of the diner. She's from the East Coast where diners are few and far between. We have visited different I-Hop locations in the past and she has hated every one of them, but even she was impressed by the service and quality of food at this location. The reasoning behind my love of the American diner is simple. It's about comfort food, mass quantities of coffee and the chance to sit down, relax and have a nice conversation. The food is unpretentious and simple. It's all about Eggs, bacon, patty melts and all of the other foods that you typically find at a diner. I'm usually not a fan of chain restaurants, but this I-Hop locations is far better than any of the other locations that I have visited. It's cleaner, the service is better and the food is far superior. The people who work at this location seem to actually enjoy what they are doing, and that attitude contributes to the overall vibe of this eatery. The bottom line on the Lincoln Ave, I-Hop: If you are looking for a hot, delicious meal that's served with a smile, head on down to the Lincoln Village I-Hop. Your Belly will be happy that you stopped by.

I apologize. I have had a rather poor opinion of IHOP's until today. I travel frequently, and depending on where you are, you may have 3 options to eat while on the road. It seems like it is usually McDonald's, Burger King and IHOP. I always pick IHOP, with results ranging from blah to disastrous (I'm looking at you, Indiana!) However, feeling obligated to try this location since we are so close by now, we went for breakfast this weekend. I have to say I was pretty impressed. The staff was friendly and sat us immediately. The layout is odd, and much smaller than you would think from the outside, but at least it looks recently remodeled and clean. Our server, who I believe was named Ibraham, was attentive and really on top of his game. Coffee was hot, and I love the fact that they give you a pot so you can pour your own. Cuts down tremendously on the waiter bothering you every 2 minutes to ask if you want a refill. I had the veggie omelet, and while it won't win any culinary awards, it was prepared excellently and presented well. You also get a portion size that is enough for breakfast the next day, so the value is great. Thanks for bucking the trend, Lincoln Ave IHOP. I think we may be back!

My wife and I went to this Ihop location today for a late lunch (2pmish). Unfortunately we had a waitress who's shift was soon ending (she left 10 min. after we finished eating). She asked quickly my wife if she wanted coffee, and then left without asking me. While she was heading for the kitchen I told her I would like some. Then came out the old, crappy coffee. Oh well, I thought, it could be worse. The water never came out and she forgot something on my wifes order. Her short responses and I-do-not-care-attitude was annoying. Message to waitress: I understand your shift is ending and you want to go home, but that doesn't mean were a bunch of nobodies. Shame on you. By the way, the steak I had was completely tasteless. Meaning: deep frozen. Yukkie poo!

There is a server here named Miguel. He deserves a raise. Just sayin. Place is kind of small though, BARELY enough room on the table for all the food you get.

We have started to make this a regular Sunday breakfast spot. Ideally, you want to get there before 9:30 on a sunday-otherwise you hit the rush. But no matter if there is a rush or not, the food always seems to come quickly. It's a chain-so you can expect almost the same quality always. The waitstaff varies a bit. Super friendly to non-attentive depending on the day (as on our last visit-my husband had to ask for a glass of milk four times before she remembered to bring it). For the most part, we have been pretty happy-cheap bill and a filling breakfast. We'll keep going back until we are sick of it, since there is not much selection for breakfast in our immediate hood!

Crave a big delicious breakfast?? IHOP is your place! The best pancakes.........and also the best hashbrowns! AND you get your own pot of coffee! This location is good, i have been here several times! Go with the breakfast sampler.......eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, ham (which i sub for more bacon) toast and pancakes! always a good call. The service here is what i expect, it's good when they aren't busy and they are usually pretty friendly TIP: if you are going here on a Sunday, go BEFORE 10am! That's when the after church crowd attacks and takes over! I give it 4 stars......simply because i love their pancakes and love my own pot of coffee. Take off a star because when i am by myself they always stick me in those tiny booths for 2.....how the hell am i gonna read my paper there? And i also took off.......because as much as I love IHOP......it can be pricey! My breakfast the other day, because I added toast, shot the bill up to $12! Yikes. Not a place i will go every morning, but when i want to treat myself, i'll be there!

We used to go to this IHOP with my son- who is now in the Coast Guard. We had many a great breakfast and quick dinner here and even made a few friends of the waitstaff. If you are regulars, the waitstaff will treat you like a member of the family and you will get great service and attitude. The food here is pretty good, the average IHOP fare- but their omelots are so big most people can't finish them all. Good food, friendly atmosphere, and cheap prices- what more can you ask for from IHOP?

I dunno, maybe we should have gone to eat here for breakfast instead of dinner because it sounds like from the rest of the reviews here that the morning staff is more on the ball. Unfortunately the mister and I had a horrible experience the last time we tried to get a meal at night. We had a trainee as our initial server and she was WONDERFUL, that is why this place even gets one star from me. She took our orders promptly and was very friendly. However things went downhill from there. We had both ordered the balsamic glazed chicken and that was supposed to come with steamed broccoli and a fresh green salad so we ordered the low cal french dressing to go on our salads. The guy who was our main server and trainer came back to let us know that the dressing we had ordered was supposed to be a balsamic viniagrette. Greg and I had assumed that was for the SALAD so we asked for french and he was ok with that and he goes and brings us four small containers of french dressing but no salad. OK we are assuming that the salad was being prepared in the kitchen so we patiently waited. And waited. I think we waited about 20 minutes, which was more than enough time to get a salad ready as it was not busy. Greg then asked the server about our salads and he said that the meal didn't come with a salad. I asked for the menu and pointed out that YES it did come with a salad and it was right on the menu in black and white! He still insisted that it did not come with a salad, basically calling me a liar. That made me absolutely furious on top of us both being frustrated and hungry so I wanted to leave. Greg asked for the bill to pay for the Diet Pepsi that I had partially drank and as the server turned to go get it I distinctly heard him call me a "crazy bitch". Um maybe I was unreasonably angry at that point but that is no fucking excuse to say that within a customer's earshot!!! Greg promptly told him off and of course he denied this to his manager so we both walked out without paying for the drink and I hope that asshole enjoyed eating the two chicken dinners that were left there. P.S. Just another note to that server, it is not a good idea to have a discussion with a fellow server about how to get a lot of tips within customer earshot.

Yeah IHOP! THIS IHOP! I've never in my life enjoyed such fantastic service at a restaurant. I refused to go to IHOP for decades because of the horrible memories from my childhood. I'd recall going there on Sundays after church and waiting for the better part of the day for a table. Then getting things wrong, undercooked or just bad. This IHOP has erased those painful memories of yesteryear. Every time I've been there it's as if they can read your mind or predict 3 seconds into the future. Spill a drop of coffee, it's wiped up in seconds. Drop a fork, a new one is on the table before it hits floor. The food is dandy but Charlie Totters should send his wait staff to this IHOP for reprogramming. It really is astounding.

Good old IHOP. Plenty of food for not so much money. I'm not a huge fan of the potato pancakes, but the country griddle cakes and hash browns are always a good choice. The service is friendly and efficient as well. Good for those late night cravings or just a good greasy breakfast. I'm always amazed by the looks of the omelet that is stuffed with hash browns and topped with cheese sour cream, but it scares me with its size!! You can almost always count on leaving with a full belly.
