Horrible service. Here's a little story of my experience there; my husband and I walk in, no greetings. We were confused if they were even open or not. Finally some guy comes up to us and sits us down after 10mins. He faves us menus, we looked over them and pretty much had an idea of what we wanted. He comes back and asks if we are ready, we say yes. So I start telling him the food I want and he cuts me off. He said (I kid you not) I need you to tell me drinks first then food later. ?????? All I got was French toast and a sprite! People there are so ignorant. Won't go there ever again.

I love this Ihop for 2 reasons. 1) the food is always consistent 2) the waitresses are always friendly and attentive. Like any other Ihop you can get a massive amount of food for under 10 bucks. This Ihop is always consistent, the food is always good, and the waitresses always serve you with a smile. I have absolutely no complaints and I've been here about a dozen times.

k, so first of all, they are located within the ghetto mall; 'nuff said! second, their portions seem to have shrunken as prices went up...odd. third, they don't accept groupons as they said they do not have the scanner to scan in the coupons (which I KNOW is not true because I have seen them scanned with the regular scanner at other restaurants & I also know that even if they don't participate in the program, they can STILL accept the groupon but remind us that they won't do it again). They just flat out refused to assist me. fourth, their menus were old so that if you ordered an item that was supposed to provide you 2 but only gave us one, they told us it was an old menu so we had to pay double to get the same. ...having said that, I really do like IHOP's chocolate pancakes & I generally enjoy their pancake syrups, but with little things that can make my visit there a bad experience, I plan on going to other diners and no longer buying IHOP groupons until they get their shit together.

It's Ihop. I wasn't expecting stellar service or out of this world food. I ordered a classic sausage breakfast skillet and one of their new breakfast spritzers (orange juice, strawberries, and sprite). The skillet was great, albeit a bit greasy toward the bottom but that drink has to go. It was ridiculously tart. Our server was nice and did not mess up our order. However, the kitchen threw out our ticket (?!) and we had to wait a few extra minutes for our food. I probably will just cook my own amazing breakfasts at home since I can throw down in the kitchen. I probably won't be going back.

Although food was good & we got there early morning before rush time, waiting time to receive our food was still long. We placed our order & had to wait a long time to receive it. IDK if that was due to a delay in the kitchen or our waiter who just forgot about us. Yes, it was frustrating because it was only 2 orders... Ugh!

I have gone to this IHOP at least 10 times (I love some IHOP) and have never had an issue. When you first arrive, I am always greeted and seated (unless you go on a weekend morning in which you may have to wait awhile) but other than that it is also a quick seating. Once seated, the waitresses are always courteous and attentive when you are ready to order our meal. I have tried several times from the menu but my only complaint is that the breakfast sausage taste as if it were boiled and then seared. That alone takes away a star but it's a great IHOP to go to and it even has a crappy mall it's made in.

I would like to give kudos to this establishment. Everyone knows they make great pancakes and other breakfast foods, but not everyone knows that they also make scrumptious salads and delicious lunch specials. I ate here on my birthday and was treated to a delicious meal for free! It's easy. Just join their birthday club. Try their blueberry pancakes or waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Too yummy to resist.

Man, IHOP used to be the shit back in the day. I guess since I've grown up and my palette is more refined, IHOP is a clear joke to me. The only thing I still like there is the pancakes and strawberry syrup. But the scrambled eggs tasted like powered eggs(how fuckin nasty is that?), the hashbrowns tasted like they came right outta the freezer and straight into the microwave, and the bacon seemed like it was sitting in a pile of bacon (not crispy, just greesy). Ughhhh!!! It was probably the worst breakfast I've ever had besides when a chick I used to date made me breakfast and the eggs were runny, the pancakes were dry, the bacon was soggy, and too top it off a bowl of canned fruit cocktail. I give her credit for trying and I didn't have to pay for it, but at IHOP, there's no fucking excuse for bad food. If I wasn't in the neighborhood I would have went to Valois.

Not as we all expect it to be!!! This location is Mall connected and has limited parking area due to Bus stands. The food temp is ok and the services kind of lacks. Just go early if planning to have breakfast

I have been to many Ihops, and I must say that this one at Ford City, is the worst. My family's plates were extremely unacceptable. The staff was nice, I won't deny that, but our eggs were so cold it was like they were on ice, our pancakes were so cold and stiff, the syrup stayed in one spot where you poured it on and it didn't soak through. Oh, did I mention we waited FOREVER for our food? Bad for business.

I might sound like am always bitching about bad service but that' why I yelp. Me and the wife headed out to ihop, the only place we could find open on Christmas day and we were dealing with on nasty hangover. we walked in at 2:43 pm, that's what the receipt says. Our waitress took our order but didn't see her for 40 minutes later. My food took 31 minutes to get to our table and it was cold. The butter on my pancakes didn't even melt. That was our first meal that day so when now one came by to ask, we just ate it. The manger the one who brought out our food by the way and he didn't really seem to care about the service. Service is the worst and the food is cold and if you have a hangover, it's not that bad. It was so bad I'm going to write an email to ihop later. There's more but I'm yepling too much. Stay away from this ihop for your own sake and any one you take with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After waiting for 15min to get seated (which we didn't mind) it took another 15min for a waiter to even knowledge that we were sitting there. Had to asked the manager to have a waiter come take our order. I get this place gets busy, but what annoyed me the most is that the girl that was taking orders couldn't even say, she'll be back to take our order or anything, but as soon as another family got seated she took their order! That was ridiculous! Service is not the Best!

For an I-Hop, this is where I'll drive the extra couple of miles to eat at! During the holiday 's they are busy but clean and ready especially at the beginnning of the day! Their staff is accomdating and the food is prepared well. Sometimes some of the patrons can be challenging for any normal waitstaff to deal with, but these guys really do step up to the plate!
