This place is so classy! Amazing atmosphere! The tables are spacious giving room for more hookahs than you need and more food than you can eat. They have a bar, a full menu, and a wide assortment of hookah flavors to smoke. Perfect place for date night and is just extremely well done. Loved every bit of it! Brownie Parfait is highly recommended.

What an amazing spot! I usually don't come to this area, but my friend and I decided to meet in the middle and she's been there before. First of all, it's a cozy hookah place, great atmosphere, dim lights, decorations and lovely vibe. They serve hookah, alcohol and food! I guess they were there before all the laws were made about not being able to smoke anywhere there is food. too bad. I haven't tried their food yet but the hookah and drinks were great! it's a bit far from me but I am always driving to the city, so driving there isn't too bad.

This place is fantastic for first timers. It's very clean and the ambiance is great! I LOVE their firecracker shrimp! Their hookahs are fine, but we did have to ask multiple times for a charcoal change. This place is good for dates ;)

Love this place! First of all, it's easy to get to and they have tons of street parking. Second of all, it's probably the nicest hookah lounge I've ever been to-- and it's so reasonably priced. Granted your bills can become expensive (because they have hookah, food, AND alcohol!) but everything's per unit price is very low. The only thing I hate is that when you make reservations you get weird tables (by open windows, never do you get a booth, etc). If you're making a reservation I feel like you should be treated better than someone walking in from the street, not vis versa (or maybe give everyone an equal shot at the tables ;). Try their spinach/artichoke dip. It's amazing!

By far the best hookah lounge I have been to. Best looking, best atmosphere, great food, great drinks and the best staff. Definitely worth the visit and repeating. Definitely check this place out.

Five stars for the hookah and the ambience, which is always lively despite the somewhat removed location. All the flavors I have had are delicious and the workers are good about refilling the coals. Four stars because, generally, the service isn't that great. I have come here multiple times and yet once I was not allowed in because my ID was two weeks expired. Considering that I am 21 years old, that seemed ridiculous to me. I understand it could be a liability to the place, but I showed a college ID and other proof of identification (my debit card and work ID) to no avail. The employees seem to take themselves too seriously. Still, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. They also allow 3 people to a hookah, which is great after experiencing the pain of places that only allow 2 to a hookah. Don't let the location deter you, stop by!

good place to hang out and catch up with friends ! lost a few stars because they use instant light charcoals and for a $16 dollar hookah it's expensive . the inside is like restaurant style seating and no music playing :( it has the potential to be a great place if they played more music and better coals . But the servers a very nice ! The service was great !

Here is what you will expect at this place: 1. Plenty of alcohol 2. Good service 3. Menu options 4. Very decent hookah 5. Limited street parking 6. Delicious dessert 7. Comfortable booths and tables 8. Clean establishment I enjoyed coming here. It was a positive experience and I hope to come back soon. It's different than other hookah places but I actually prefer this to other locations. The prices are also very reasonable.

Tonight was my first night at Hubble, so theres was some ups and some downs(sorry to say). Pros: - The food was surprisingly good. - The hookah was decently good as well. Cons: - Our waitress was somewhat nice but noticeably trying not to bitch at me and my friends. Also she wasn't paying attention alot to us when we wanted to order or change coals or ask for the check. We had to wait like 20-30 mins to for her to come to our table. - I ordered a vodka redbull, and it was way too much vodka. Probably next time will get a redbull. - The place to totally understaff. They should at least have 3-4 servers in the main room and an actual bartender at the bar. - Lastly, the hostress wasnt too happy being there and then we were trying to decide to get another head, she said "okay" then left. I work as a bartender and server, and I understand that you can't get to everyone at the same time however, i just had a feeling that the waitress didnt care to tend to me and my friends, however she had paid more attention to tables of men. So sadly we had to give her $5 tip on a $50 bill. I would like to visit Hubble again but i definitely don't want the same waitress again. And for sure the manager or owner should pay attention to some of the severs and perhaps hire a enthusiastic, cheerful, and responsible staff.

I have been to this location about 4 or 5 times. The first time i loved it... that was before I understood anything about hookah. I was 18 the first time I went for my and my best friends 18th Birthday. The staff was kind but the hookah tasted burnt. There was no flavor. I didn't fully understand how hookah worked then. I then went for a second time and got a better understanding. The food was wonderful. A few later later I went my boyfriend on our second date. Food was alright... the shisha list was a joke and they were out of just about everything. The hookahs weren't washed really and they don't keep hookahs separate so if you wanted mint and the hookah had double apple in it before guess what your smoking? That's right it all tastes like double apple. That''s if your lucky. When we went it just tasted like flavorless smoke. So much different stuff in the base i would imagine. As i said the food was good but its so dark in there you can't see anything when the smoke gets bad. The staff was nice but the shisha selection is poor. Starbuzz is not idea for hookah owners. The staff was great, the food was great but honestly that was about it. The smoking experience wasn't at all what I expected it to be. The price per hookah is out outrageous but they do allow some sharing. I would rather go to Ugly Hookah or Prince Hookah. Or well, just stick to smoking at home and inviting friends to come here. Pros: Good Food, Wonderful Staff, Special Treat for birthdays, nice atmosphere, decent music, sharing hookahs Cons: Barely washed hookahs, poor selection in shisha, dim lighting, loud music, overcrowded, expensive hookahs, expensive night out EDIT: Side note, for those who like natural coals vs quick lights this is not this place for you. They are good about switching out the coals often but if you are one for natural coals they don't have it. Or they didn't last time I was there.

I've been here twice and both times I have enjoyed the hookah and drinks, I haven't tried their food yet. The service is good and the atmosphere is great too. I would definitely go back.

I'm an out of town visitor from Arizona and I wasn't sure what to expect. The place is very nice looking and has a good atmosphere. The brand of sheesh they carry, starbuzz, is one I'm familiar with and it's pretty decent. The coals however are not the greatest. They use quick lights and I personally don't enjoy them. The hookah comes out ready to smoke but does not come out with tongs. The servers don't come around often enough to move the coals but will do so upon request. Overall the smoke was decent once I got the server to rotate the coals for me. Overall it was Okay.

Just one awesome place. Great food Great people Hookah is good The customer service is great they're always nice The drinks are really good, the alcoholic drinks are great, the tea coffee drinks are really good too The owner is usually there making sure everything runs smooth really shows he cares about the business and his customers. The place looks really good inside they did a remodel a while back so bathrooms got upgraded and something's in the front which really upscales it Just a really good place to bring friends and hangout , have diner , have some drinks , coffee, and of course hookah Also I've called a bunch of times to just order food and pick up on my way home if I'm in a rush. Food always tastes great and fresh doesn't taste like they just microwaved something and put it on a plate. Overall awesome place always come here and is always my first choice because I trust that everything will be on point.

Great drinks, good service and good hookah. They get real crowded on Friday and Saturday and it's not the best heated place, but other than that things are great! Food is good and the drinks (non alcoholic, haven't gotten around to trying the alcoholic beverages) are so delicious! Must get one of their tasty smoothies or lattes.

Try shrooms from the appetizer menu! It's amazing!! Must try their teas! I love their green tea collection! Besides food Great service! We are here almost every weekend, never had bad service!

I've been coming here for the past 4-5 years and not once have I've been disappointed. Hookah is so clean, and full of flavors. Service was attentive and kind. Our host/server MATT was so cool and made us feel welcomed. Food is AWESOME. Drinks are also pretty amazing. Overall experience is great. Highly recommend! And if your server happens to be Matt, give him a high-five!

In a not so appealing location this hookah spot blew me away. The inside is so nice, beautifully designed with a romantic feel. Finally a hookah spot that has a full bar not BYOB. There are a lot of places like this in other states but not that many in Chicago. The first thing you notice when you walk in is that this place is not smoky like many other hookah places, its well vented which is great. I didn't try the food but heard its great. This spot has it all food, drinks, teas, and hookah which all mesh into my kinda night!

Awesome, chill spot. Good music, great beer menu, tons of hookah flavors, and the staff is really friendly as well. Place was absolutely packed on a Friday night. Don't let the outside look of the building scare you off, the inside is really nice and will definitely surprise you. Would recommend to a friend, and will definitely be going back soon!

What a great place! Really friendly staff, huge hookah selection, and a full menu/bar?! WHAAAAT. Will definitely make the trip to this hookah bar again, so worth it. Also, make a reservation if you're going to be coming on a Friday/Saturday night.

Ordered the chai tea latté and the blue mist flavored hookah and was very pleased with the flavor and the ambience of the place very chill and the host and bartenders are very accommodating first time in the Chicago area and it's a very chill place to go and blow off some steam or just hang out and chat.

I have been coming here for years now and love the place if only bad thing I would say is the tobacco for the hookah. They should switch to fumari brand is the best hands down and hubble will be perfect.

This place was awesome. We found parking right across the street. We were seated by a kind gentlemen and after thorough discussion, decided an the raspberry flavor. Man, was it smooth. We were hoping it wouldn't be something too rough and we got exactly what we wanted. I also ordered some chamomile tea. They give out these cute packets of raw sugar with the tea and a little pack of honey. It was awesome. I love tea. Tea + good hookah = happy me.

Pretty good hookah, helpful staff, good tables. The waiting staff doesn't come around that often, but they bring the hookah out quick. The drinks are a bit inconsistent with alcohol content. Overall good ambiance and music.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I'm typically very lenient with servers, because it's understandable everyone has a bad day once in a while. This guy was so condescending to me and my friends. I do know how to take sarcasm but this dude spoke like a total a-hole!

I have been to this hookah cafe a few times in the past. I hadn't been here in several months, but a friend of mine was visiting me from out of the country and I thought it would be a nice way to spend a Sunday night. Normally, Hubble seems like a nice break from the more traditional old man Arabic hookah lounges. The interior is beautifully decorated and modern. It is a younger crowd and there are good appetizers, although the hookah is not always the best. Sometimes the flavors taste like they are mixed. Perhaps they do not clean the hookahs. You cannot serve double apple in the same hookahs that mint flavors have been smoked out of, but perhaps they just do not understand. All the same, my issue comes with the way customers are treated. I walked in on a Sunday night. It was somewhat crowded, but there were many free tables and spots at the bar. There were a group of girls waiting to be seated. A man came who claimed to be the manager and owner. I thought he was going to seat me and I reminded him that the girls were there before me. He told me he knew and said it would be a 25 minute wait. I asked if I could sit at the bar. I assumed perhaps all the empty tables were reserved. He told me that the problem isn't that there aren't tables, but that they are low on servers. It was a cold night and I didn't feel like driving anywhere else so I decided to wait. Then another group of people came in and as customers were leaving and arriving, we kept having to move away from the entrance. I asked the man if we could just be seated. Although they were low on servers, the polite thing to do would have been to seat all the customers so we could at least wait sitting down without having to stay by the door and be bumped into. Not only was this a rude gesture to customers by this man who claims to be the owner, but its also a fire hazard to have so many people waiting by the entrance. Keep in mind, there were about 5 empty tables and seats at the bar. Even as people left some of the tables and they cleaned them off, they still didn't proceed to seat anybody including the people who were there before me. I asked the man why. Then he proceeded to tell me that if I didn't want to wait I could leave. He also reminded me that there was a party ahead of me. This really got me mad because I wasn't being asked to be seated before them and as a matter of fact, I was even polite enough to initially tell him that the girls had come in before me when he first approached me and said it would be a 25 minute wait. I proceeded to tell another waitress it was ridiculous that they are not seating customers when there are plenty of tables and seats at the bar. I informed her I would write a review on yelp and she ignored me. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I am a 26 year old woman and I have smoked hookah at all the cafes in Chicago. Not to mention during my many travels in Lebanon and Turkey. I think I will stick to the more traditional cafes like Ugly Hookah, Ali Baba, and Rotana. What happened tonight was the dumbest thing! Even though they were busy and low on servers, I think the customers would have rather waited at a table for 25 minutes than standing up by the entrance being bumped into by customers who were leaving and arriving. This is no way to run a business and its not nice to treat a customer badly who is planning on spending money by telling them they can leave if they like. He really showed me that my business was not appreciated tonight.

Whenever I want to smoke hookah in Chicago, I go to Hubble. I love Hubble, it's my favorite Hookah spot. Friday and Saturday nights, make reservations! I cannot stress making reservations on Fridays and Saturdays enough, they get busy. Any other night of the week you should be alright without one, but I try to call ahead anyway. Hubble is simple yet elegant without feeling the need to dress up. If you want to throw on your night out clothes you can, some people go in a t-shirt and jeans. It's really up to you. They do have staff go around to check and change your coals which is nice. The staff are friendly. I can't say anything bad about the staff. I haven't had a bad experience with the staff ever. If you're having trouble picking between hookah flavors, ask your server. They'll take your order and recommend flavors that will compliment your food. Hubble has food! I've had food I haven't liked at Hubble, but food I've loved. I actually just had their firecracker shrimp and I am very happy. They also have nice hummus. I didn't care much for their bannas foster, but their brownie parfait was nice. My buddy I usually go with always gets a Chai Tea Latte. She is a huge fan of chai and she says they make a good chai tea latte. Hubble can seat large groups. Hubble has a bunch of tables that seat four people, but they can push them together, seat you in a booth to fit five to six people, seven or more and you'll get one of the large oval booths in the center. I think that's how it works. Large groups call ahead so they can reserve a spot for you, just like any restaurant. Hubble has a wide variety of hookah flavors, mainly Star Buzz flavors. My personal favorites are Queen of Sex and Blue Mist. I'm not even sure I can describe what Blue Mist tastes like, it's just a flavor I enjoy very much. One hookah is $15, and they can mix flavors for $2 extra. The only real downside to Hubble is that it isn't exactly public transit friendly. I can't just hop of an L line and walk a few blocks. So I only go when my friends can manage a car. The bathrooms are in the back and only allow one person at a time. Hubble is perfect for friends, dates, or relaxing and eating after a stressful day. If you're going North on Harlem, look for Taco Burrito King and that's when you should start looking for parking. Hubble is just another block up from there if I'm not mistaken. Hubble has a long maroon awning with white text that says Hubble Hookah with a hookah in between Hubble and Hookah. Hubble is my favorite hookah spot in Chicago. There is food, the decor is simple and elegant while still being casual, the staff are really friendly, and they can seat large groups. Your reservation will be canceled if you're fifteen minutes late without giving them a call. I've only had this happen once and they were super packed that night. I understood, but it was a little bit of a let down. I'd suggest Hubble to anyone who enjoys Hookah, even bring first timers. Remember, you're going out to smoke hookah, so relax, and if they're packed, they'll seat you as soon as they can.

Really good food. Firecracker shrimp are MATHEMATICAL. Really really lovely, chill, clean atmosphere. However, the hookah is so so so so terrible. I think there's like one guy who can do the packing right but everyone else must be terrible because a hookah between two people smoking leisurely lasted a grand total of 15 minutes. They need to hire people who know how to handle their hookah; I've given Hubble chance after chance to see if maybe it was a one time thing but every single time the hookah just does not last. To sum up, Hubble is really good as a cafe and terrible at being a hookah bar.

We took a cab here the Weds before Thanksgiving. Our first mistake was not making a reservation, but after waiting about 20-30 mins, we were lucky to nab the last available table before they stopped seating. My sister wanted to try a new hookah flavor. (We usually stick to strawberry, my fav.) We ordered the chocolate strawberry. It was not good. Our waitress was kind enough to let us switch it out, since we let her know right away. Food was delicious. Had the falafel sandwich, & for a few $ more, substituted a green salad in place the fries. Drinks were good, but a bit pricey for this area. Our second mistake was not booking the cab back right away. Cabs are not plentiful in this neighborhood. Wait times were 45 mins due to the holiday. The manager was super helpful, & tried to call on our behalf when we weren't having any luck. They were closing, but thankfully, he didn't put us out in the cold! Will be back with a reservation, & a ride home booked next time!

I've been to many hookah bars through the years and the majority of the time, the decor is tacky, the service stinks and whatever food available (if any) stinks. Which is mainly why I steer clear of hookah bars now-a-days. Well, after trying hubble hookah, i'm so happy to add a hookah bar to my list that I actually like, would recommend to others, and bring my friends to. The service was the best i've ever had in a hookah bar.. the waitress was very attentive and always had a big smile on her face. She was on top of everything the whole time my party was there Appetizers were awesome and came out quickly. Hummus was delish; it had a little kick to it, maybe like they blend roasted red pepper with it. They brought us extra bread with no problems. Now the WINGS... You have to try them. Best i've ever had. Perfectly cooked and awesome flavor. I've tried the shewarma, kefta and beef kabob and the best is the beef. The steak is super soft and tastes like quality meat. Fries are awesome. Hookah was good, and they refilled our coals before ours died out, which was nice. Met the owner, and he was very friendly. Overall, good experience. Try it out!

I haven't been to a hookah bar in years, mainly because whenever I start to look them up I see terrible reviews. That isn't the case for Hubble and I got to experience why first hand last night. The food is fantastic, the drink menu has something for everyone, there are tons of selections for hookah and the service is friendly. They also had great music playing- it was current stuff, but not radio pop. Very chill. Also- there's plenty of FREE street parking (I forgot that even existed!). My only criticisms would be the swarms of late-teens that came in and that there is only one bathroom for each gender so you may need to wait. Get the spinach artichoke dip with pita chips- amazing! We tried the blue mist hookah, as was suggested by our server. It was smooth and tasty. GREAT place for a date- I'll definitely be back to try them again!

We had our reservations at 9:30pm. We literally had to wait for more than 15 minutes to be seated. It's not like there were ppl in front of us. There was NOONE in front of us, and plenty of open tables! The workers there would pass by and wouldn't even say "I will be with you guys shortly", nothing. I had to personally go up to the bar and ask them if we can be seated. But other than that, our service at the table was pretty good.

None of the people in my party were thrilled with our experience. It was extremely overpriced. Something seemed wrong with our hookahs too. One joked that we'd get more success putting cigarettes on a skillet and breathing the fumes. We all got headaches (and I'm the only nonsmoker). The flavor was gone immediately. The strawberry tea was nice. The atmosphere was nothing special. Service was very lacking. We had to hound her for the check and it took more than 20 minutes for her to bring it to the table. She screwed up big time on splitting the check three ways. Definitely won't return.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. The hookah is awesome and it's a great location to waste the night away with friends or that special someone. The atmosphere is relaxed and clean. I always love the music they play (they must play off of a playlist because there's a different genre every night). The food, while the variety is sort of lacking, is absolutely INCREDIBLE. My only grievance is that it's expensive, but not unreasonably so. Just expensive for a cashier making minimum wage. As far as all these negative reviews go: take them with a grain of salt. Trust me. Provided you're not being a bag of anuses, the staff will take care of you.

I'm only giving 3 stars because the food and drinks were good. I made reservations last Saturday for me and a friend. We arrived about 15 minutes early and were seated right away and handed menus....we didn't see our waiter again for another 15 minutes! When he finally came around I ordered the "Sublime" BEST DRINK EVER! And "Queen of Sex" Hookah, which took another 10+ minutes to arrive at our table. Since this was our first time trying hookah we were clueless, I asked the waiter what to do and although it's pretty simple a quick demonstration would have been nice. The food was good, the hookah was ok but the service gets a big fat "F"! I will defiantly try hookah again.....just not at this place!

  • Allison W.

The food is awesome here! I had the chicken sandwich and my hubby had the beef kabob. Both were amazing! The alcoholic drinks and coffees/teas were really good too! For hookah we had 2 really great flavors - Queen of Sex (think Fruity Pebbles) and Chocolate Mint. Both were SO good!! The staff was amazing. We asked for recommendations and were never lead astray nor made to feel silly for asking. HIGHLY recommend this place!

Love this place! The decor, the ambiance, the servers, the deserts. I loved it all! It was my first time here a few weeks ago. We didn't make reservations, but it worked out. We ended up going to dinner elsewhere and came back later that night. The staff was very nice and friendly. Since we had already had dinner elsewhere, we decided to order a dessert. It was delicious! I can't wait to come back and taste the food. One funny thing that happened was that, as a staff member was changing the coal on one of our hookahs, we accidentally dropped it on my Bf, lol. Nothing happened, but the guy was so embarrassed and apologetic. No harm done we said. Well, when we ordered another round of a Hookah, the manager informed us that it was on the house and again apologized for the earlier incident. I plan on going back in a few weeks to try the whole experience.

So the first 5 times went here the service was good, the appetizers where decent , it was clean and well priced.. But lately whenever iv gone they've been extremely rude and would ignore us at the door. (Even when they weren't busy) I thought it was just me but Then started hearing my friends having the same complaints.. They've basically become way to cocky and I'm all about costumer service. Found a better hooka place near by just as good so never going here again.

A great place in all areas! Hookah + food + alcohol in 1 location in Chicago is a rarity, especially that is of such high quality. When you walk in the atmosphere is very chill, low lights, maybe a little middle eastern.. I like it. The seating is great, I liked the big round booths, fis everyone in a very cozy environment. The menu has something for everyone. Their shawarmas are delicious and so are the desserts. I haven't tried it, but my friends rave about The Big O dessert, it's a big cookie cake thing with ice cream on top. The hookah in my opinion is fine, but I am not big on hookah so I'm not one to judge. My friends like it, but don't think that its the best in time. The service is great, my wish is their command with a smile on their faces. Oh yes, and their bathroom are very clean! Most hookah places have filthy bathrooms, but here its actually clean and I even noticed the wall paint designs. Hehe. I know I'll keep coming here, the place is perfect for a chill weeknight evening when there isn't much else to do but eat, drink, and smoke hookah.

I've been here a few times and the service has always been on point. The food is delicious, especially the mushrooms. Call for a reservation because they are usually pretty full, especially on the weekends. It's a nice hang out spot for some hookah and a few friends =)

Great food, I could probably just go back for the food alone. The decor was really chill and elegant. the staff were friendly and made sure everything was going well for us. Pretty much one of the best hookah lounges I've been to. also their drink menu is awesomeee. they always have a new beer or two everytime i come back and the staff are very informed on all the drinks they serve. as a hookah lounge, they always keep the coals fresh, the concoctions are very different in flavor and if you dont like what your smoking, they change it out for free.

The Good: Def. recommend their food (beef sandwich/ Big O!) Big space, good for groups. Has a rest. atmosphere =) large choice of alcohol yummy choices of teas The Bad: HOOKAH! sooo bad here after 3 tried it is burned and they put too many coals to the tobacco burn fast. Waste of your money if you want to hookah. The service can be "iffy" depending who you get that day. Last time we were there we asked for some coals and the waiter told us to was too late because they were going to close. I am sorry we are paying customers with a group of 10 people. They can be rude sometimes here.

Hands down the best hookah lounge I have ever been to, their hookahs are great, and the food is almost to die for! I recommend getting their special mix of Pineapple Express. Service is great and they don't let underage people in which is awesome.

Inside is nice, food is good, but the service is absolutely terrible. I thought the problem was that I went on a busy night, but even being the only group in the lounge it took forever to get someone to even come to get our order. They took almost 30 min to make the hookah. Also if you are a hookah fanatic you will not enjoy the cheap quality of their equipment. Hookahs are absolutely filthy and you pay 15 for a tiny head. Way overpriced. Service is rude and they take forever to get anything done. If you're in the mood for a bite and spend some cash I recommend, but if you know anything about hookah you should avoid at all costs. Terrible experience.

Don't come during the week days because it's terrible service. We waited an hr for them to even touch and change our coal. Once they finally changed the coal the hooka wasn't good anymore. We also had to ask several time times for them I refill our drinks.

Great place for hookah! I would recommend their strawberry banana smoothie, their spinach/artichoke dip, and the blue mist hookah flavor! They're pretty reasonable. Service is good. On Fridays/Saturdays, make sure to make reservations because it gets very crowded! The service is great too!

Hands down, best Hookah bar that I have ever been to. The atmosphere is loungey, but does tend to get crowded on weekends. Their chai lattes are out of this world, and the food is incredible. Went here one night with a girlfriend of mine for cocktails and hookah, what a great way to start our festivities! They are only open for a few hours each evening, but it's a great place to begin the night.

Hubble gets 4 stars from me because of a few things. GREAT atmosphere, decor, MUSIC, and pretty tasty food and of course great flavored tobacco. Only downfall to this place is the service, which a couple years ago was horribly slow and just bad. It has improved because it looks like they have more help. The host was a nice man who was down to earth and a bit sarcastic but funny. Our waiter was decent except he forgot twice to bring water my friend had asked for, the second time she asked for it his response was "I guess!" and still took forever. I understand he was jokingly saying that, but an apology for the delay when he came back would have been appreciated. Overall I really like this place. Especially with the improved service, but it could be better.

The manager, the one whom which his stance seems homosexual, embarrassed me and my friend by not allowing my friend inside the hookah bar due to the fact he didn't have an ID ( he had his license/state taken away due to court). so we presented him a ticket to prove he's the age of 18. Not only does your manager know that we're good customers/tippers, but he made me drive from Chicago to Des-Plaines in search of a ID and we drove back to sadly inform him we couldn't find one. He had the audacity to say "you made a valid effort" but still declined us to enter Hubble Hookah, and then proceeded to charge us full price for three hookahs, yet there was only two people present, including myself. So not only did your manager deny us the privilege to enter your hookah bar, but he also charged a friend of mine that was waiting inside for us $45 for three hookahs that he didn't even use. I think it would be appropriate that you, as the owner, is aware of the fact that you have rude, parsimonious, impolite staff members. I have been a loyal customer to your hookah bar for quite some time, but besides the fact, I have now decided to spend my time and money at a more polite, comfortable, hassle-free hookah bar. Avoid.

Hubble is the best place to hookah and relax with friends! They have a great selection of drinks, food, and hookah. I go to Hubble often and have not once had a bad experience. Service is always friendly and attentive even when it's packed on a Friday/Saturday night. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to hookah and grab a drink!

Business must be great for you guys. In fact, it must be so good that you can freely decline service. I came in earlier today 11pm, one hour before you close. I wasn't coming for a smoke or a meal (not that it should matter anyway). I actually just wanted a cup of tea. Your host told me, "We've actually stopped seating." Here's the deal. If you stop seating an hour before you close, then just make your business hours open til 11pm. Anyway, thanks for wasting my time driving to get to you only to be turned away. Maybe next time... lol, or not.

The Good: My night here started off great. They have a pretty good selection of loose leaf teas - which I appreciate. The guy at the front was very nice and helpful. These two things are the only reason this place is getting two stars from me. The Bad: Everyone at my party was saying that the hookahs were harsh - not something I would want at a hookah place. Now, the hookah for me is a not a big deal. They had a pretty big menu, and I was excited to eat some food. I hadn't had Shawarma is about a year, so was happy to see it on the menu. Well....about 1hr 30min later, i got my "shawarma" plate. And let me tell you, it did not look like shawarma. Looked like ground beef and tasted like it was cooked in white wine. Very disappointing, both on the quality/taste aspect, and the fact that it took AN HOUR AND A HALF to get my food. Are you kidding me? The place wasn't even full. There were about 3 tables with nobody sitting there. Not coming back here.

A great find! Tasty food, well-flavored hookah, nice staff, great atmosphere! Steak was a surprisingly good menu item. Sides were equally good too! Kabob was a little dry :/ Desserts were average but tasted oh so good with strawberry hookah. Curiously, about half of the tables were reserved on a Friday night, but they sat us at an attractive window seat.

The hookah here isn't exactly stellar but it's difficult to find good hookah bars and this one is one of the better ones. It has good ambiance, decent hookah, good prices, and delicious HUMMUS! Yes, everyone is right on point, the hummus is delicious ...as is the Big O dessert and their other various calorie-rich drinks and desserts. It's a keeper. Plus, Jay from Jay & Silent Bob works there. ;-) Where else can you be served by famous dudes?

This will be only my third hookah lounge that I have tried in the Chicago area but it's by far my favorite. It's basically a restaurant that serves hookah. At least that's how it's designed and the place is very well kept and clean. They use high quality tobacco and have a LOT of flavors to choose from. The cost is $15 per hookah. They charge a little more if you want to mix two flavors of tobacco together. They have a full menu for food. I got to sample the spinach artichoke dip which was very tasty. For $7 it's a large portion that will easily feed 3-4 people. I also got to try their tea which came in a large mug. There is no need to constantly order more tea, simply ask for more hot water and then use the same tea leaves. The service was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Our waitress was extremely polite and even when the place got busy, still made sure to check up on us. Overall a great experience and recommended to anyone who is a fan of the hookah.

Last Sunday I went here with a group of friends to indulge in hookah, drinks and food :)...We boldly tried the flavors: Black Grape, Caramel Macchiato, and Pineapple Express. All were really good. The prices are a little more (not that much more) than my usual hookah spot but it was well worth it. I tried the wings and they were delish...my friends also had really good appetizers...overall food seemed to be good. We had great customer service and the bartender even turned the tv to the Knicks game so our NY friend could watch...I will definitely come here again... but I've heard it gets pretty busy on the weekends so make a reservation if you can.

I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because I will admit my party partly contributed to the issue . We get to Hubble Hooka and our food, when one of my party's pita arrives she notice onions and she's allergic .(so this is the part where I agree my party played a factor in the issues) So I say to her, well the menu did say there was onion so they may not take it back but you can see. She calls the waitress over and tells him she didn't realize there were onion on the pita and she's allergic and ask to order something different if that is fine and he simply responds "okay". Now I am surprised that he took it back that easily since it was her own fault. Later the bill comes and to my surprise the pita wrap is on there. Now why am I surprised ? Well you would have thought that the waitress would have had sense enough to say "yes we can take this back and you can order something else but just know we are still going to charge you for the pita since the menu does say onions are on it". If we were aware we would still be charged do you think we would have just sent back an ENTIRE meal to be disposed of and still pay for it? NO we would have kept that pita, someone would have ate it since we are paying for it. Anyways, we ask for a manager. The manager comes out and basically says , well its your own fault the menu says it has onions on it, When we tell her that if we would have known we would be charged we would have just kept the pita to be eaten by someone else at the table, vs throwing it out and she states, "oh well it is not thrown out it is wrapped up in the back" So I said okay well then there is no issue go and get it, we will take it with us since we are paying for it. Now at this point we all know that the pita is not sitting in the back wrapped up. When the waitress handed us our to go boxes and our check he would have said "oh and here is your pita"..The manager leaves and never returns, 15mins later the waitress comes back with a fresh new pita and says "she just made the pita over for you" OMG are you serious !!!! so instead of just refunding us the lousy 8 bucks she decided to go in the back and remake the entire pita over (and yelp.com/writeareview/bi… it was re-made because it was hot and the original had one bite taken out of it) How inefficient is that?? Before you refund a customer 8 bucks you rather just remake the food and give it to them. And no by the way we did not eat it, Im sure she wiped it across the floor before she made it.

My brother and I have been frequenting Hubble ever since their grand opening. We have had the pleasure of seeing it go from a regular empty hookah lounge, to a very nice hookah lounge with food, then drinks, then a tv, then wifi, to what it is now...... which is an upscale, classy hookah lounge that has gotten the attention it deserves. From the moment we first stepped into Hubble, we loved it. The service was great, the people were friendly, everything was perfect. Most hookah lounged are seedy and run down. Hubble is definitely not that. The decor is great and everything feels like first class. I have thrown many parties here, recommended the place to all my friends and family, and I have even taken customers here and had department meetings and parties there. The atmosphere is fantastic and you can't beat it. I love the owners and they are like family to me now. If you are looking for a spot for a first date or somewhere different to take a client or someone, then go to hubble. The food is excellent and can be compared to a meal at a fancy restaurant, just less expensive. Yes, they are a little pricier than other hookah lounges. I stress on the word little because they are not that much more. However, the service and product and everything you are getting is worth far more. trust me, I have been to almost every hookah lounge in this city. So do yourself a favor and stop by for a smoke and good conversation. We are throwing our 3rd or 4th party here this weekend so I am not sure why people are giving it bad reviews on throwing a party. We have never had a problem. Also, it is great to see that you need reservations now. Obviously it is somewhere good because people keep coming back and bringing more. I wish they were open for lunch so I could have a smoke.

I met some friends here on Friday night and was pleasantly surprised by my first Hookah lounge experience. I personally loved the location because it's very close to my house which is a plus! The staff was great and our server was a gem! As busy as it was he always made time to stop and check on us and promptly waited on us. We tried the Strawberry Margarity flavor which was really nice and I was quickly schooled on the proper use and etiquette of the Hookah by a friend which I found fascinating. For an appetizer we had the Calamari with lemon aioli and I ordered a Blackberry Pear cider which went really well with it. I also enjoyed the atmosphere would like to return and try some other flavors.

Love Hubble! Great place for a date, or to kick it with friends. What more do you need? You can stuff your face, get tipsy and smoke good hookah all in the same place?! I'm a fan for life! Gotta call my girls, we will def. be returning sometime during X-mas break! :) P.S: Make a reservation, if you go on the weekends, it can get pretty crowded. Also, if you're driving, parking can be a pain in the ass.

Talk about chill out hookah lounge. We checked this place out on a Saturday night. Not too busy at about 9:30pm but as it got later it got way more busy. The staff was awesome. Our waitress was super friendly. She set us up with some drinks and was constantly checking up on us. The martinis were delicious but a bit on the pricey side. The hookah is also a bit steep but great so its worth it. Tons of flavors to choose from. They also have a full bar. Nice. What I really enjoyed about this place was the atmosphere. The interior decoration is great. Nice earthy colors, good music and hookah. Can't ask for more. I also liked the fact that I didn't have to deal with loud, high school students trying to be cool and choking on smoke. LOL! I definitely recommend you check this place.

Went here for the first time last night with friends, and I can see why they have chosen this place as our new hangout! The food is fantastic, the coffee a great way to wake up after the mellow of the hookah, and the hookahs are fantastic. We did have a leaky one, but it wasn't a big deal. The flavors are strong and fun to experiment with. With no cover charge like a lot of other hookah bars in the area, this place is very reasonable at around 17 bucks a hookah (that you can share with many others, we had 2 for a group of 5), and around 10 bucks for food. With a coke, a coffee, my share of 4 total hookah flavors, a full meal and a generous tip, I paid about $28. To respond to complains about the service, there was only one waitress working at a time and she did her best. It did take a bit of time for the things we ordered, but at such a mellow place, we weren't in a hurry. Every time the waitress came to our table, she had a smile on her face and was eager to hear our reactions to the flavors and food. To respond to Andrea M's post, the cigarette smoke in such an intimate location with so many other flavors and scents already wafting around would be uncomfortable and harsh to everyone else.

I went here on a Monday night around 10ish and it was fairly empty. The service wasn't that bad as the waitress was around right away and was pretty quick with the order. As far as the hookah, I'm no connoisseur but I thought it was alright, I tried the apple martini. They were awesome when it came to refilling the coals as well. Didn't try anything from the bar, so can't comment there but over all a cozy atmosphere and great service. I only give 4 stars because the location may be out of the way for people looking for more nightlife before/after a hookah session here.

  • Marlo P.

So I've been here once and the service was decent, the hookah was great, and the food was delicious! But then..... I really wanted to throw a big private party at this location and I've called numerous times to try to set it up with the owner and I haven't received a phone call back or he was too busy to talk to me. I really would have liked my private party to be here but because of the lack of interest of my private party has driven me so far away from this place that I don't think I ever want to come here again, unfortunately. They just don't want my business I guess.

Really great place to go on weekends, but in order to get a seat you have to go early. They have a bar as well great food to choose from and not that expensive at all. I enjoy coming here with my friends here every time and we're all very satisfied with this place EVERY time! They also care about each and everyone of their customers that come through there door. I see a great future for this hookah place!

First Impression: Nice looking lounge. Small, but nice. You're seated...only to find you're NOT allowed to SMOKE in a HOOKAH LOUNGE?!? Oxymoron, don't you think? Hypocritical, if you ask me. That instantly pissed me off! Hookah: Weak. Overall: Too expensive for what you get. It's a waste of money. Go somewhere else. Service wasn't that great either. I came here a couple years ago (3-4). Never came back.

Went there with friends and had a nice big booth. The decor is definitely more modern than a lot of other hookah places I've seen. More restaurant that has hookah in so far as the look of the place. I really like that they have a full bar, since a lot of the hookah places I've been to have not. Ordered a shwarma sandwich as well, it was pretty good. My biggest complaint would be that while they have a ton of hookah flavors, they don't have any of the good blends that I've come to know and love. Other than that, the staff was nice, pretty on top of things. Could have been a little quicker with new coals, but the service was still fine. I'd go back, for sure.

    (3)
  • John L.

I'm impressed that the food and drink list is a real priority here. They had some unusual things on the menu that were great. Even the french fries were exceptional. I like the booths, they are really accommodating for a group that wants to have a conversation. I'm glad there aren't 20 tv's hanging on the wall. The crowd was very much a neighborhood crowd with a good vibe. I don't smoke;-) But I really enjoyed my bowl. It was smooth, ample and well tended to. I'll give one more star if they put another server on the floor.

Hubble Hookah has been my hookah place of choice for the past few years because it is the closest one to my house. It is definitely one of the more trendy looking hookah places than a traditional one. But they still serve falafels and hummus along with american food. Hubble offers a good selection of shishas all of which are starbuzz brand (my favorite). From the many times I've been there the hookah has been pretty weak. I really like nice thick smoke but instead I get what looks like steam being emitted by boiling water. Even though they put two coals on it takes a bit of time to get it started and once it gets started it gets too strong because of the two coals. My favorite flavors by far are wild berry, raspberry margarita, and blue mist. I would stay away from the coffee flavors and coconut because they have weird aftertastes. The spinach artichoke dip with pita chips are awesome and so is the Big O dessert. They also serve flowering teas which taste great and are pretty to look at. As for the service, it has been getting better since now they have more waitresses instead of just one that manned all of the tables. I would recommend getting a reservation if you were to go there on a weekend evening because it can get pretty packed. But even if you are just a walk in the manager takes your number so you can roam around the neighborhood until he calls your phone instead of just standing around at the entrance. Even though the hookahs can be weak and the service a bit slow I continue to go here because it is the only good hookah place in the area which makes me a fan.

  • Margaret D.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because they have great food, great hookah, and great service; also I've been coming here well over a year and it keeps me coming back. However, the owner is very rude...we always split the check and the servers never have a problem with splitting multiple credit cards, but the one time he split up our check he said that they do not do that. Whenever I see him he is pissed off and being pretty rude, also he does not bother to cover up his agitation with customers. Otherwise the servers are always polite and constantly run back and forth to make sure you are taken care of, they are also always in easy access if you need anything. Definitely make a reservation if you are coming late friday and saturday, otherwise you will be waiting for half an hour to an hour on a busy night. The prices went up a little as of lately, but it's not drastic. The food is great, even down to the fries which are sprinkled with cracked pepper and coarse salt. They have an awsome variety of loose-leaf tea, although they used to have even better tea where they gave you a personal tea pot with the actual flower inside, nevertheless its still great. It's also great that they have someone constantly going around checking your coals because I've gone to places where A) they use poor quality coals and B) you can't get a coal change. I feel like that's just a basic that should be covered at all times. It sucks that this place is all the way on harlem, but it's definitely worth the trip. oh fyi there's a "professional" belly dancer every friday night, she is probably in her late 40's, i feel like hubble should get rid of her because she's an eye-sore and simply annoying.

FINALLY! A hookah hang out that has everything that i've been looking for! I went with a couple of my girlfriends on Saturday night. Too bad we didn't know that we could have made reservations. At 9pm the wait for a table was 30mins. Normally we would just leave, but the place looked really great. Instead of waiting in front, we were quickly invited to the bar where we had a couple of drinks.. that were really good. They have a wide selection in their menu. I recommend the cosmopolitan hookah! The appetizers are also really good! Overall this great experience, it was the customer service that really impressed me. Everyone was so pleasant, the waiters and the owner. Everyone made sure that you were having a good time. I will return... often!

Went here last night for work gathering so a few of us could try hookah for the first time. Love middle-eastern/persian cuisine! We ordered hummus, falafel, batata, and all of the large plates. Not too crazy about the hummus and falafel, but their meats for the dinner plates were delicious! Very flavorful and steak was juicy and tender. Didn't get a chance to try the hookah, but definitely will be back.

My review addresses Hubble's hookah service, not their food service. Motivation (first time visit): I was collaborating with a friend on a potential project, we wanted to continue our conversation over hookah and tea, Yelp suggested Hubble. Atmosphere: Relaxed, comfortable, great music (personal pref, I know): a rotation of De La Soul, Mos Def, Black Star, and other great hip hop artists filled the ears. Lighting was generally low with ample to appropriate table lighting which created a sense of personal space. We entered Hubble around 6:40, ordered sweet melon hookah and two teas, we were promptly served, and continued to pull from the same hookah until 9:30 when we needed to leave for other plans! A hookah attendant changed charcoals every 20-25 minutes!!! The regular rotation of charcoals maintained a consistent temperature and eliminated charcoal ash from mixing into the tobacco. Hubble provided one of the more pleasant Hookah experiences I have had in the Chicago area. My initial experience has been positive enough to make a return visit.

Good hookah places are hard to find. Actually, hookah places that look like diners or seedy strip clubs are easy to find. The classy, happy medium, with good food, is very hard to find...until now. We had friends in town, and found this place on Yelp. The reviews were correct: Huge portions of food, very reasonable prices, and good hookah. The waitress was very honest with us that a certain flavor was getting to the bottom of the batch, and suggested other, more fresh, flavors. They request a limit of 3 people per hookah. The prices are so reasonable, that shouldn't be any issue. The atmosphere was ideal. The place is newly decorated, very clean, and contemporary. 2 very large round booths are in the center of the dining area, and would be great for groups of 6 or 8. We sat at a booth that could have fit 6, but we only had 4. We even brought along our favorite game and played it after eating and while taking hookah. This place is a diamond in the rough.

Hubble Hookah is a great place to hang... But I feel the Owner Ralph need to take a class in Business Etiquette... I had a birthday party there. My guess count was 35 people... The waitress suggested we should have separate checks for the tab... The idea sounded good until the end of the night when I got stuck with a $200 tab that was suppose to be split 35 ways. The waitress didn't properly separate the bill... I was pissed... When I brought my concern to Ralph, he didn't seem to care. He offered me a free Hookah... WHAT??? Your establishment makes a $200 mistake, and all you can offer me in return is a $17 Hookah... Get a Clue Ralph... Over the course of December Me and My guess spent over $1500 at Hubble Hookah.... Hope it was worth it Ralph...

Great food and hookahs! Went here recently with a group of girlfriends. Tasty food; I had the chicken kabobs. Tried the pita chips as well, very tasty and they come out warm. Great drink menu too; ample beer and cocktails list. They seem to have a nice selection of tobacco for the hookahs as well. And they were really good about refreshing the hookah as well. They also have a belly dancer, which is always a fun edition to the evening. Nice comfy booths that accommodate big groups. One down side was our server, she seemed a little slow, but was friendly at least. I would definitely go back. Good place with a group of friends.

I enjoyed this place! The space is dark and intimate, as a hookah lounge should be (although it could use a few more cushions, pillows and draperies to make it a bit more cozy and private) They have a huge selection of shisha flavors, and a fantastic beer list. They don't carry any domestic, mass-produced beers (thankfully) Why? Because they suck. They carry Chimay, which is one of the best beers in the entire world. If you go on the weekend, make sure to call to make a reservation. Sometimes they miss a call or two, but keep calling and they should answer. But, if you dont make a reservation, you might be waiting a long while. The service is quite nice! The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions or suggestions. I wanted to try some of the food but we ordered the spinach-artichoke dip and it was insanely great and more than enough food for myself and my friend. We actually couldn't finish all of it. It is a bit of a hike, but well worth it. A hookah is on average $15 and they ask 3 people per hookah. Not bad! The music was surprisingly hip too. But call for reservations, or you'll be seated at the bar, which isn't bad, it's just not as private.

Hubble Hookah is a progressive Hookah lounge and Restaurant. It is very clean and comfortable. The low level light and music adds to the experience. The Mediterranean Food is outstanding. I have tried the Hummus, Falafel, Calamari and Spinach Artichike Dip , all very tasty. They have good Salads, Kabobs, Sandwiches and Entrees. The liquor choices are vast they carry top shelf items. They have over 50 different favors of Hookah Tobacco. Ralph the Manager is a excellent host. For a new experience I would highly recommend it. You will get hooked.

I went to Hubble when they first opened and it was okay, nothing special. The waitresses were inexperienced and it took quite a few try's to get my water and the hookah wasn't anything special but years passed and I stopped going. I generally don't frequent places that leave a "meh" first impression. I went back this past weekend because of convenience and because my friends suggested we meet up there so I said why the hell not? When I got there, my party was already seated so I didn't have to wait for a table. It was about 3/4s full at around 11ish. The waitress was nice and although she obviously had too many tables, we didn't feel neglected. The hookah has gotten a tad better and you can taste the shisha now so that's a step up from the tar they used to serve. Their beer list is nice to look at but they were out of my choices so I let the waitress recommend something. It was a wheat beer with a zebra on the front and I can't complain, it was tasty. One thing I noticed was that they didn't have any common imports or domestic beer for that matter. The setting hasn't changed much over the years and that's a good thing. I like the vibe there it's chill. I was glad it WASN'T full of high school kids so another plus there and lastly the neighborhood is pretty lonely so plenty of parking.

Being a regular at Hubble and have scoured the city for good hookah places. This place has it all and is a great environment to chill. The food is delicious, the drinks are delicious and the hookah is the best in the city of Chicago. Smooth, never smoky and last forever. The staff are great people too. I highly recommend this for a first time date or hanging out with friends.

Hubble was okay, though the waitress was always hanging with a group of people therefore hard to get her attention. We each had to go up to her to get her attention twice. So altogether, 4 times. The hookah's we got were good. and the area was a nice setting. The service was just bad.

This place was dead at 9pm on a Saturday. We walked in and it was absolutely freezing inside. It never did warm up though the place filled up over the next 2 hours with typical NW-siders. The waitress was atrocious. She did not bring out water when we first sat down, though all the other new arrivals were promptly issued full glasses. We had to ask 3 times over the course of 15 minutes just for some H2O! My martini had a plastic aftertaste and the beer selection was over-priced for the neighborhood. However, the hookah menu was extensive. We went with Peaches 'n Cream and were shocked at how long it lasted; like 2 hours. The "coal-boy" was very attentive to our fading charcoal and we never had to ask for more. The decor in this place was saddening; something like a bland early-90s supper club. The tables and chairs were definitely not ordered with "relaxing over a hookah for a few hours" in mind, and the few booths were reserved long in advance. Hubble Hookah could do with some better qualified waitresses, less stinginess with the heat, comfier furniture, and an interior designer.

In my experience, hookah places tend to be at one of two ends of the spectrum; places that are "authentic" and thus are incredibly smoky and somewhat lacking in ambience, and places that are trendy and thus perhaps have ambiance but look at you strange when you order double apple or ask if they have have hummus. The latter generally come with some of the worst service on the planet, often a high-flying high schooler you have to interrupt to get any service (not interrupt them with another customer - interrupt their smoking with their friends). I'm getting off the the point. The point is that Hubble is a nice balance of the two. No non-hookah smoking and a nice ambiance, as well as a diverse selection of good food. I am one of the friends Nicole W. referred to, so my experience was from the same evening and I ditto everything she said. And also I'm leaving those points out of my review. I also concur with others here mentioning the fantastic servicing of the hookah's. I have never had better hookah servicing state-side than at Hubble. If lived in the area this would be our place for hookah for sure. My rating system (for the curious): Five Stars - Fantastic. I'd go often if I could. Four Stars - Really good. It's likely I'll return. Three Stars - Good, but I won't seek it out for a return visit. Two Stars - I won't go again. This could be due to food, price, atmosphere, whatever. One Star - I won't go again and I suggest everyone follow suit.

Wow. Amazing. I've been here 2 times and both times was awesome. A variety of different flavors for the hookah available. But the most recent time I went, I had Shawarma with beef. WOW. It was delicious. Huge portions, I couldn't even finish it, I was so stuffed. Good drinks at the bar. Definitely recommended.

Me and the boy went here on a Wednesday night, since Wednesday is actually his Friday. There was no one in the place when we arrived. The waitress/hostess/bartender was super friendly and really helpful. We ordered the Supremo app. which was basically a plate of melted cheese. It was really good but I love cheese. We also had the Grasshopper dessert and both of us had one of their specialty drinks and two cups of coffee (Brown eyed something) along with 2 hookahs and everything was really great. The music was nice not to loudand we were able to talk and chill. It was also pretty cheap for everything about $60. As we were leaving lots of the tables were filling up for a Wednesday night. We will definitely be going back and taking friends next time.

I love Hookah, and it all started on a summery night at Hubble. My first Hookah experiences were at disgusting places such as Ugly Hookah and another one located in Devon and California (cant remember the name). Both places left much to be desired, but Hubble is a nice place that is also close to home. I seriously live 2 blocks away and really enjoy the music, decor and hookah here. I did experience some bad customer service once on a Saturday night when a party was being held , thus no seating was available. The manager, not owner, decided to take our information in order to call us if a table was ready, just in case we decided to part. or stay outside for the wait. We did just that and while i used their restroom they called me. Dahh I was using the bathroom , how am I supposed to answer? Yet my whole party of 5 was waiting in line right next to the manager. So, when i checked the voicemail he said i had lost my table because i didnt answer. Once we clarified he sat us and experienced some good hookah and food, but when some friends decided to get dessert he said it would take 2 hours to bring it to our table WTF??? I can bake a brownie and place icecream on it, in less than 40 min , plus i know about bakery, i am a chef!! plus it doesnt take a genius to know that. I also witnessed some anger and frustration against the customers. The manager was screaming in rage that the place was full and he wanted to close early to leave. Mind you, he used improper language at the time and frightened some customers away. Word of advice, if you are not ready to deal with customers, get someone who can.

I wish there were hookah lounges like Hubble in Northern California! Everything about this place is awesome: decor, music, hookah quality, food, coffee, service, etc. We went on a Friday night and and had the mint and orange flavored hookah. They changed the coals regularly without us asking, which was a first for me. Most hookah places I've been to don't change your coal unless you ask multiple times. We ordered the falafel sandwich and batata, both of which came in huge portions. Did I mention everything seems pretty cheap? Everyone was ordering the smoothies, but I was too full from dinner to get one. Maybe next time. This place is also great for small and large groups. It got more crowded around 10-11 pm but the ambiance was still cozy. I highly recommend this place.

i went to this place about 2 weeks ago and i will never go back. they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i was with 2 friends and i asked if they had Gatorade the waitress said no so my friend went to the nearest gas station to get me one. i am a diabetic so i need the simple surges from a Gatorade everyday. anyway so im drinking the Gatorade and the manager who honestly smelled and was acting like he was drunk and it was new years eve, comes and tell me either he can throw that away for me or i can leave in the most disrespectful way i asked why he said no outside drinks i said i will pay the cost of a drink i just need the Gatorade he said no and he will give us the option now before he calls the police or we must leave we told him you do not know how to treat customers nor do you have any respect for for yourself. i was also there about 2 weeks before then and the only reason we came back is because my friends liked one of the workers. the first time i was there the hookah was crap they should not be a hookah bar it is misleading and more of a cafe not a hookah bar they shouldn't have any hookah at that place. i also think it can be linked because i am African and Mexican. but i don't even need to use that because of how he treated me.

I really like this place. Great drinks! If you're planning on going on a Friday or Saturday night, MAKE RESERVATIONS. Looking forward to trying the food next time.

You will get hooked.

classy, relaxed atmosphere, food, bar, hookah :) perfect for a date or friend get together kind of on the higher end for price but its worth it... make sure you make a reservation, especially for the weekends when it gets busy

I've been going to this place since it first opened a few years back. Really love the interior design, the service is good and the food is great. The kifta sandwich with pita chips is phenomenal.

Awesome spot! Been coming here for as long as I can remember. The dude with that handles the phone actually knows us. Haha . The drinks are good and also the hookah. Great ambience of the place!
