If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to! Today we went for the third time (it's close to our condo so it's convenient) but all three times its been horrible. The first time the bagels were so stale we could barely chew them. The second time my husbands bagel was burnt so much from the toaster he couldn't bite into it. Then today we ordered donuts because the bagels have been so bad and they were stale too. Also we ordered hazelnut coffees with a little cream and a little sugar. But when we tasted our coffees they were so incredibly sweet! I don't know what they did to the coffee but it's so sweet we can't drink it. Had to go home and brew a pot of coffee to dilute our dd coffee and it still is too sweet. Seriously disappointed in the food and the service isn't good either. Ordered with one person but apparently the person making the coffee didn't get the order so as I was waiting for our coffees the woman making the coffee asked me what I ordered. Clearly they aren't organized and don't know what they are doing. Three strikes and you are out! Will not be going back here!

BAD Dunkin Donuts, BAD! This isn't my regular location, but I've been here a few other times and never had a problem. The other day, I walked in and it wasn't very crowded. There were three people working that I could see and I was standing there for about a minute or so before my presence was acknowledged by the man behind the counter telling the woman who was cleaning to come help me. When she kept on cleaning, the man looked pained to ask me what I wanted. I gave him my order for two coffees. After our rude exchange, he presented me with the two coffees. One was the right flavor and I checked on the second one and he looked at me like I was crazy. I asked again and he grunted, squirted something in it, then handed it back to me. SURPRISE, it wasn't the right coffee anyway after he had already "fixed" it and I asked. Horrible way to start a day.

Hey, its Dunkin Donuts. Good coffee served by an overworked young lady who appeared to be the only employee in the shop. Friendly service by a young lady doing the best she can under the circumstances

Good customer service here! Sometimes short on doughnuts but the people make up for it. It is conveniently close to my work so I go there often and I do love their regular coffee.

The woman behind the counter was snippy and rude. "anything else? aight. [puts hand out]" ... yeah? anything else? next." bleh.

This place has horrible customer service and dry donuts. I've gone there a few times thinking that I might just be catching people in a bad mood but, it's the same thing each time. Especially the older guy that works there. He has no sense of people skills and I'm not even sure he can speak. His facial cues and body language says enough. Oh! and don't ask for splenda- it seriously pisses them off. If you can't afford to keep up with basic condiments, shut the damn place down!!

I don't often write reviews unless I am very compelled to do so....now is that time. I've had many bad experiences at this location but continued to give them another shot and make excuses for the employees. No more. This morning I went in and ordered a sesame bagel with vegetable cream cheese. I watched the man toast the bagel and put plain cream cheese on. He handed it to me, I asked if it was vegetable and he said yes. I told him no- a female employee pointed out that the screen did in fact say vegetable cream cheese. She started making a new bagel. I was pushed back behind other customers so did not watch her. She came out, handed me the bagel and apologized. I said thank you- this is vegetable, right? And she answered yes. I walk home- open it- and it is still plain cream cheese. The last time I ordered my boyfriend sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin- they put it on a bagel. The coffee was bad, they put sugar in mine when I said unsweetened. Awful. I don't like writing reviews like this, but I've had it. Go to Dollop down Clarendon or even coffee at the BP across the street. Anything is better than this.

If you own a store, you should have employees that know how to make the food right. They just left the eggs off of my turkey sausage sandwich. I got a bun, cheese, English muffin, and the sausage.... No egg. This is the second time in two weeks they have messed up my order. No thanks... Not going there again. Did not discover my sandwich was messed up until I was already gone....

It's really hard to feel welcome in an establishment when there is less than 5 tables and the workers YELL AT YOU. I was here a few months ago for the first time and assumed it would be like any other Dunkin Donuts I had been to. Unfortunately, I was appalled at the customer service and quality of my food. After paying for our food and waiting with many other people, they workers just put the food on the counter, not telling anybody what it was, no receipt attached, or anything to indicate the contents of the bag. My sister asked them which one was her bagel, after the amount of stuff on the counter accumulated to about 5 bags, and they were practically yelling at us which one was ours when we didn't understand what they were saying the first time. I'm sorry, but if you plan to run a business nicely, don't be upset when english speaking customers don't understand you because your accent is so thick, be patient, and explain. I definitely won't be coming back to this place considering how unwelcome we felt the first time, these people don't deserve business.

I've only been here once, and my experience was much different than the other reviews here. The day I went, it was not busy, and I interacted with three staff members, all of whom were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate good customer service. The four stars are for the friendly customer service.

Does someone here have a brain? Why only one person taking orders? Worst run Duncan in the city. Have patience or RUN!!!

This DD is your standard DD. Nothing too exciting! The two girls today were on a personal mission to prepare an order as fast as they could even though nobody was there which resulted in a couple errors in our order. Whatever! Again, it's your standard DD very close to where I live so I'll be back again!

Picked up a box of Munchkins and a pumpkin spice latte before heading down to Kentucky for a camping trip. It's your typical dunkin donuts. A little on the small side but they've got all the usual items for sale and they taste about the same as they always do. Nothing surprising here. The service was okay and the store was clean enough.

This is 5 stars for the people who work here, especially the morning/day shift. I'm in here a few times a week and always a smile and a laugh. Much appreciated!

Always a great place for ice coffee during happy hour! Everyday from 3-6 for $.99, can't beat that on a hot summer day!

I loved this place! I took advantage getting two egg and cheese wraps and a decaf iced coffee! It was 1.08 for the latter which was SWEET! Right around the corner from two of my best friends who are on LSD (haha)!

10/6/14 I went to get coffee. The young lady was by herself. I seen her collect money and pick up a donut and give it to a customer. I asked could she change her gloves. She told me to get out she don't care. She is tired and I can go some where else. I explained to her that that is unsanitary. She was rude nasty and unprofessional. I stayed for two minutes then a customer left after me then I thought that why should I spend my money in a place that is ungrateful. So I went to bp gas station the coffee was fresh and great. The service was warm. I love Dunkin but you will lose money for bad employees every time.

I mean it's a dunkin donuts, so what do you really expect. As one reviewer wrote, they're quite inefficient and could use some organization. The coffee is fine, it's dunkin so it won't wow you, but it's hot, it's not horrible and it's quick. Why on earth they only give you 5 hashbrowns in an order is the part that boggles my mind. Did I miss something and the price of potatoes and grease skyrocket??

The coffee here is sour and gross. The food is barely adequate. The service is atrocious. Good thing there's a Dunkins literally 300 yards in every direction. Avoid this dump.

I love Dunkin Donuts, in fact, I love Dunkin so much that it is practically an obsession. This love for the product doesn't automatically give all locations a 5 star review. This place is completely inefficient, they could get twice as many people through in half the amount of time if they had a process in place to help customers. Unfortunately, the manager is a complete flake and it turns into a free for all when there is a line of customers. Maybe it's the super lean crew working during rush hour, maybe it's the poor management or maybe they just hate life because they are working in fast food. I don't care, pull it together.

I go here occasionally because it is close to my home and sometimes I really need iced coffee! They get one star because they are the slowest coffee place I have ever been to! Busy or not, I am always waiting forever! And all I ever order is an iced coffee black! Annoying! They have good coffee though.

We walked over to the Dunkin Donuts this morning. This Dunkin Donuts is perfect! They've got a very clean storefront and very clean (and locked to the general public) bathrooms! The staff was very friendly and quickly got my order. I hate to admit it, but Dunkin Donuts does an incredible job of nailing the right cream and sugar to my coffee.

I'm not a fan of Dunkin Donuts coffee or their donuts, but I went in here because it is just out my door and is new! The store is very clean and the employees were surprisingly friendly. I'll go back when I get some coupons.

Meh. The service is REALLY slow on busy mornings. C'mon people, you're a COFFEE/DONUT SHOP. You will have lots of customers in the morning. I've only ever seen two employees working: a 20-something woman and the manager, a probably 30-40-something man. They're friendly enough, this IS basically fast food after all. Once I got a cold sausage-egg-cheese sandwich but that was only once. I usually just get donuts anyway. The store is clean but with minimal seating.

Well, whenever I go here they are always out of what I want...like the PUMPKIN DONUT. That is their monthly special and they never have it. I go in around 5PM and ALL GONE... There donut selection is low too....no matter the time of day... It's close but worthless if I can't ever get what I want....
(2)

Exactly what you would expect of the food and drinks with lackluster service. They put my hashbrowns in the bag upside down and I lost most of them to the floor of the seating area. No offer to make more or even an apology...
