In my old review I had written that I loved this place but that love is gone. The past 3-4 times that we have ordered pizza here we had regretted our choice. The recipe for the sauce must have changed because it is lack luster now. Also they pizzas are sloppily made we ordered a bbq chicken pizza and a couple of my pieces were cheese and bbq sauce, no chicken. sad. Do not get me started on how they cut the pieces! The middle pieces are cut so big that it could have been two and the end pieces were all crust. Also the cuts were no straight so I got pieces that were triangle. Now on to the service the young man at the front counter has very poor customer service skills and does not pay attention to his task at hand, he even took our money and said "have a good one" and started to walk away, I had to ask for the pizza I had just paid for. It will be awhile before my family comes back here again, so onward to my search for good pizza... yet again.

I come here for a small dinner once in a while, as it's in the area. I prefer eating at small businesses rather than chains. The 2 slices of pizza and a drink for exactly $6 is a great deal. Similar to Nonna's for any locals who know that place. The pizza was decent, better than I expected and best of all, reasonably priced. Another time I went in and ordered a cheesy beef and a pizza puff. The beef was OK, decent sized portion, but lacked the flavor of a Buona beef sandwich, which is my favorite out of all Italian beef sandwiches in the 'burbs. Pizza puff was pretty typical, I can recall eating one almost identical in size and taste, perhaps at Mr. Beef. Pizza by the slice: Good Whole pizza: Need to try Beef sandwich: Meh Puff: Pass(?) Can't beat 2 large slices of pizza and a refillable drink for 6 bones! Will be in again!

I stopped here for lunch with two other co-workers and the food was not only fast but good as well. The menu is extensive from pizza to pasta, friend chicken, combo plates you name it! The restaurant is so cozy it reminds me of a mom & pop Italian restaurant. Staff is very friendly:)

3.5 stars moving on up to 4 The deep dish and stuffed pizza are great, I'm not a huge fan of their thin crust though. They also have a lot of other sandwhiches and what not you can try which look really good. They are fast and the service is good. If you live nearby and are looking for something quick and good I would definitely give them a try.

On Mondays, the 'half off plus $1" deal is unbeatable. I've never paid full price for a pie from Zacarelli's, but the half price deal is the best in town. The pizza is good, the price is right....perfection!

Good thin crust. Barely there sausage. Average cheese. TV blasting in the background. Wanted to just eat and be outta there.

It was the first time we had food from Zacarellis. It started out a litlle bumpy. We ordered on grubhub and the delivery took well over hour and in addition they forgot our desserts. But here when potentially bad experience turns around. First off after we called about the desserts and they said they will bring them to us we unpacked the food. We had the buffalo wings, chicken and ribs dinner and the chicken panniny. Everything was VERY good. Panniny is pretty big and after having some wings i only managed to eat only half . Ribs were well cooked coming off the bone. And after bringing us the desserts we got an extra canolli . The driver was very nice and the person on the phone as well. So all in all even with the tardy delivery i give Zacarellis 5 stars. The food was worth waiting for !!!

I had jury duty and this was the closest place to get something to eat. The cashier was pretty darn nice, there's seating and the prices were fair. They have daily specials such as two slices of pizza and a pop for like $5 dollars and some change, if memory serves me correctly. They sell ribs, salads, sandwiches and other items. I bought a slice of thin crust cheese pizza. The slice was large and it was good.

Zacarelli's is one of the finest eateries in the general Bridgeview area. For one, the Z family and the rest of the staff couldn't be any nicer. As a loyal customer for years, they treat me and anyone I bring along for the ride with wonderfully. From the moment you open that door, you're a part of the gang. Here's where things explode into amazing territory: on Thursday, this God-send of an establishment offers a little-known special consisting of half-price Chicken Parm. No, not a tiny sandwich. No, not a little side order that could fit inside a Happy Meal box. I'm talking CHICKY PARM. Filled-to-the-brim, gooey, dense as a forest, smothered in classic marinara sauce and delicious cheese. For under $5, nothing under the sun touches this deal. The soup? Exquisite. The pizza? Savory. Even the apps and zerts are mouth-watering. If you haven't visited Zacarelli's before, change that now. If you're not a regular, join the club before the bandwagon is full.

We used to really like this place, but now they have started charging different prices every-time we order. Last Monday I ordered an Eggplant Sandwich which still says $5.50 on their website today, but was charged $6.10 (w/o tax). I was also charged $3.00 for cheese fries which are listed as $2.75 and I was charged for the giardiniera that I always got for free (charged for 2 add-ons). Anyhow, I told the girl who was ringing up my order and she said that I must be looking at the old menu. I explained to her that it wasn't the old menu since I used the menu directly from their website to place my order. She kept saying I was wrong because she knows the menu was updated. I also explained to her that I shouldn't be charged for 2 sides of giardiniera, but she was adamant that they had to charge me even when they have the giardiniera sitting out for me to take free of charge. At that point I was so annoyed and needed to get back to work so I just paid for entire order and left. So if you want to deal with a little teenager who acts like she knows more than you, even when you are telling her the truth, then go ahead and eat at this place. However, if you expect good customer service and want an honest business that values your patronage, I'd skip this place. We have always ordered from this place , but we refuse to anymore. I'm uploading a picture of the menu directly from their website as of today (7/21/2012) and I really hope the owner is reading this review and realizes how wrong his worker was to tell me I'm wrong numerous times without ever verifying the correct information. Nice employees!!! The customer isn't always right, but in this case she was. Oh and a word of advice, update your website!!!

I'm still looking for a good pizza and pasta place in the Palos hills area. I've been ordering from Durbin's and it ain't that bad, but being from Bridgeport (Chicago) I'm very particular when it comes to pizza and pasta. I'll drive the 20 miles or so to get what I want as opposed to experimenting too much in the local area. That being said, I tried the spaghetti and meatballs from Zacarelli's. Certainly had a lot more sauce (marinara) than Durbin's offers. Next time I'll try the meat sauce. Fot take out food it wasn't so bad. I'll try them again.

I for sure wouldnt say I loved it. On Monday's they have 1/2 priced thin pizzas with unlimited toppings. I decided to give it a try. Its pretty standard for the most part. The toppings on my pizza would NOT stay on the dough for some reason. The sauce is fine, a little sweet. Overall, it was fine. Not the best, not the worst. There are better places in the area, but for 1/2 price on Monday it works for me!

One of the favorites for my family. The crust isn't the super thin cracker crust, but is very tasty and not soggy. The toppings are abundent and the sauce is loved by the whole family.

I'd rather get Pizza Hut. When you order a pizza not well done, not burnt or done light, you expect that the crust is not cracker hard or darker than my tanned skin. We used to get pizza like that, but the last couple times, not so much. I've ordered there so many times, spent so much money there and when we called to see what they would do, as far as replacing the pizza, they wouldn't do anything. Instead, they tried to say that since there were veggies in the pizza, they had to cook it for so long. Can someone please tell me when veggies had to be cooked to a certain temperature? They spewed out lies to get out of replacing the party sized pizza meant to feed our entire family, which only feed part of it since the edges were inedible. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Even if you like burnt pizza, they don't deserve your money with as shady as they are. I only wish I could have given them 0 stars, what they deserve.

I love their pizza! Its really hard for me to find pizza I actually like. Around here its pretty much Pizza Hut quality and the like. The workers are nice, the food is very good and I swear to God the delivery is lighting speed. Monday is half price pizzas! Stay away from the pasta though it isn't good.
