Exceptionally GREAT TASTE I was referred by a friend to visit this place. I am from the far NW suburbs and so I am a little out of my element in Bridgeview. When I walked into the place I was very skeptical but that was all about to end We ordered egg rolls to start .. They were very good but it wasn't until our entree's came did the Wow factor come into play I ordered the Mongolian beef ( I figured we would try run of the mill since we were so skeptical) The other entree was cashew chicken, ordered with the same frame of mind Both were ordered medium spicy All I can say is that the taste and quality of preparation of the vegetables and spices were the best I have tasted in many years. I heartily recommend this place I endorse it I urge you to try it
This place has the best Thai foods, hands down...in the sothwest side! The couple that run this place are so awesome, they were meant to have this place for us. The wait can be a little overbearing if it gets full, but only because it is the two of them. She cooks and he takes care of everything outside the kitchen.
Best Thai food at a very reasonable price Egg roll good crispy nice amount of pork Mongolian beef nice heat tender and cashew chicken also good heat and great flavor We will definitely be back to try more things on the menu

Reviews:
Must-have, if you're in the area or you simply want to try Arabic sweets. (If you've only had baklava, especially the boxed kind, that's just the tip of the iceberg! So much more! Even Basha doesn't cover it all.) I love their knafe, their nummoora/hareesa, awamat, maamoul, and these little moist coconut balls of their own invention, I think! I'm not sure what's in them, but they're filling. Too bad because you'll want to have more! They invent their own treats often! They always have baklava, hareesa and knafe, but the rest varies, so call ahead if you want something specific or if you're curious about the day's specials! The service is always polite, friendly, and fast too. The only place that may be even better is ElShafei in Burbank. He makes the sweet, decadent halawet el jibn treats, all cheese and syrup, all goodness! By the way, if you're at Basha, there's Bawadi grill across the street for dining, Pita Bakery for savories, like spinach pies, and next door, Al-Omari (hijab, abaya, long skirts) and Mary's, a women's-only salon.
Albasha sweets has great quality sweets. I admire their customer service and their wide variety of products. They has Knafeh with sugar substitute for diabetics or anyone who is cutting down on calories and it tastes great and no difference from the regular sugar syrup.
I love this place. they make the best sweets ever !

They have changed ALOT, my old review was a old experience, they have better customer service now and their food also has improved! worth a try.
I don't know what all the hype is about, this restaurant is pretty mediocre at best. EGGROLLS are not to die for. They are the typical eggroll you get from low-end chinese places. If you want good eggrolls go to Ing's Palace or Hong Min. In fact, I don't think this place is worth going to at all. The fried rice was sooooo BLAND. Literally tasted like rice with soysauce. I could definitely make better fried rice. Orange chicken is too dry and chicken was like mostly flour. Yuck. I guess yelp isn't that helpful sometimes. Really disappointed and probably won't be back.
Best around !!! Food is Always hot and fresh. Try everything ... It's all great !

Village Garden

7201 W 84th St
Bridgeview, 60455
Reviews:
We've been meaning to find a good Indian and Middle Eastern restaurant for months. Well, my girlfriend had been meaning to find one. I wasn't too hot on trying it. Soooo, in the interest of diplomacy, I yelped it. Judging the book by its cover, Village Garden looks like a pancacke house from outside the front door. When you enter though, the place seems expansive, with a buffet, bar, and outdoor hookah area, all decorated ornately. Except when we did, not another soul was eating there. Apparently there isn't that big of a lunch crowd on a Monday morning. It took someone a while to notice we were there. And the service isn't that fast after. The man whom I believe to be the owner, asked if we needed anything and was very pleasant. He explained that the food is all made fresh from scratch, and that's why it takes longer than normal. No matter, they kept us supplied with plenty of Naan and humus. We were content. But the main courses....wow. The butter chicken was out of this world. The perfect mix of creaminess and spiciness. My girlfriend had Aloo Qeema and could not stop talkkng about it, or the place in general afterwards. It was cheap too. For all that we got, we barely spent $30. So she...I mean WE, found the just the place we were looking for. And better yet, it's inexpensive and close to home.
Went to the buffet The food is a mix middle eastern, Pakistani and American. The taste is good, there was only small tray of desert hard to see on the side of the cashier. Environment was good. My problem was the service they showed us the table and that's it never seen them again, though they walk around but they don't pick up a plate, it is OK it is a buffet but to put a 15% gratuity for no service that was very inappropriate.
The food and proportions were good, but the owner/management (Pakistani gentleman/ Mr. Chaudry) was rude beyond belief, kept raising his voice in front of all my guests and put a damper on my dinner outing. We ordered the platter ($75) + 3 additional guests (3 * $12). The total should have been around $111 but he was adamant on charging us $150 indicating that he had prepped two platters for us, as that is what he claims we ordered. Every other sentence that came out of his mouth, "how can I make you happy" and "I will put the $20 from my own pocket for you". His claim is that the difference between what he charged us and what we ordered was only $20. First off, I'm not a businessman but the difference between what we ordered and what he charged me was not $20. The additional charge was not an issue, but it was his tone and his arrogance that set the whole event apart. Furthermore, he had the audacity to tell me that my table has more than 8 guests. I had 8 adults and 5 kids under 5 yrs of age, where I had already ordered kids meals for them, plus 2 large appetizers to hold us off until they prepped the food as they had indicated it would take them ~40 minutes to bring our main course out. Dear Mr. owner, I may not be business savvy as you, but you CANNOT base your business model in overcharging people, embarrassing your customers in front of their guests and having a arrogant attitude with your customers. We will not return to this establishment, thank you very much.

This restaurant is attached to a bowling alley, a classic my eyes. My go to place for gyros. A typical Greek restaurant that serves good food at inexpensive prices. If you are cold stand by the register and the heat from the gyro machine will keep you warm. Have some food and bowl a few games.
PJ's Drive-In is a small eatery attached to a bowling alley in Bridgeview on Harlem avenue. When you walk in there's a few tables to sit at, an ordering board and a simple counter to place your order. Upon stopping into PJ's I decided to try the hot dog and fries. The hot dog I received came on a soft and regular poppy seed bun. The pickle was cut fairly thin, the tomato was well sliced and not too watery. There were several sport peppers that were neither too hot, nor were they too mild. The mustard was applied a little sparsely, as was the relish. The onion was well applied to this dog. I did not notice any celery salt on it. As far as the sausage itself, it was skinless and well heated. It had a nice flavor and texture. It also came with fries, these were crinkle cut fries. The crinkle cut fries were mostly well fried up with potato paste on the inside and a crisp outside, but a few were over-crispy to a point where they were closer to a potato chip with a crunch than a french fry. Overall this was solid greasy spoon type food. It was an average range hot dog with average fries. I'd stop here again if I were hungry and in the area. As this was an average hot dog joint, I'll rate it three stars.
We used to get take-out from this place 20+ years ago, when it was at the old location, down the block. They now moved and are connected to the bowling alley. Same owner, behind the counter - nice to see! I remembered this place having the best gyros. Figured I'd deal with the heartburn after the fact! We got the gyro plate dinner and chicken kabob dinner - extra sauce for both. The gyro place came with 2 pitas, a ton of meat, 3 sauces, onion and tomatoes, and a ton of fries. Huge portion for under $8. It was as good as I remembered. They have the best pitas and gyro sauce. 5-stars! The chicken kabob plate was not very good. The chicken was charred, but completely dried out. Inedible. It came with pita, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and sauce. Again, huge portion for under $8. Just too overcooked. The place is clean, a huge menu of every type of sandwich, subs, gyros, burgers, fries. Get the gyro if you go!

Triple butter burger with bacon , cheese curds and a side of Lipitor !
I love the burgers and the fast service, recently I started eating their salads to lose a few pounds, and their salads are great too! My kids love their frozen custard deserts they have so many, but the one I like the most is the strawberry cheesecake concrete mixer, very good!
They are so incredibly nice here. They always serve with a smile! I've been here quite a few times and I alternate between the burgers and the beef pot roast dinner. Regardless of which one I choose, it's always a good choice.

This is my go to Chinese place to order from. Their food is always consistent and delicious. I usually get egg rolls, fried rice and chop suey. I just ordered from here last night and they always bring it hot in under an hour. I've only eaten inside once and it's sort of run down and could use updating. I thought they were closed for remodeling but I'm pretty sure I went there afterward and it looked the same to me. The only problem I have is that I don't like the beef they put in the chop suey so I always say "easy beef" because my mom likes it and every time they still load it up with beef. A lot of the times the chop suey is all beef and a handful of beansprouts or water chestnuts. We continually ask them to no avail.
Love, love, love Ing's eggrolls.
Besides from looking like a Chinese mob movie set from the late 70s, this place is solid. Server was attentive and worked hard (almost too hard). Good food. Great crab rangoons and some decent lemon chicken. I would recommend, not a first date place though lol b

Wendy’s

7220 W 79th St
Bridgeview, 60455
Reviews:
I don't like Wendy's for one reason. No self-serve beverages. I stopped by this one in Bridgeview at 2:30 in the afternoon. Usually the worst time if day. The lunch rush as ended and most of the key employees have been OTLE'd. There was a guy mopping the floors big time and the restrooms were cleaner than a typical Wendy's. The cashier was the manager. I felt badly because he was trying to cashier with one arm in a sling. He was personable and more efficient than most two-armed employees. There was still a food runner working, and she whisked all of the food to my tray with some level of glee. I must not have been in a Wendy's in a while, because a couple of things caught my attention. I tasted actual potatoes in the French fries. Usually the dominant flavors are salt and oil. The sandwich wrapping has changed. The sandwich is delivered vertically slightly open air. I like it. Most of the time, you get to the table and open the wax paper or clam shell and find your sandwich more disheveled than Gary Busey's hairdo. This wrapping let's you see the condition of that sandwich you are about to enjoy, while in the view of management and staff. Mine looked like the ones on the menu photo. Obviously, Wendy's has made some improvements, plus this is a better managed store.
Wendy's has definitely changed in the past couple of years. They have redone the restaurants with a clean organized look. I tried the ghost pepper spicy chicken sandwich. I am sorry to say that there was not a lot of heat or or spiciness in the sandwich. I wouldn't recommend this image but the restaurant was nice and clean and neat.
Food was good they have a fresh taste the chili was awesome too try it with toppings. Lots of updated decoration and plenty of space to sit and eat. I'd recommend this location.
