This Red Lobster location in Bradley, Illinois was great. Super clean establishment, friendly, smiley, and fast wait staff, well made drinks, and fresh-hot cheddar bay biscuits (read a review that said they were soggy at this location - I did not experience this). I don't go to Red Lobster often so when I do go it's a treat. We ordered the Seafood Feast and a 3lb live lobster (which we got to pick out ourselves). Everything came out quickly and steaming hot! Everything was great and the portions were huge. Pretty tasty.

I frequent this red lobster often. However this visit will be my last. The waitress served our meal and came back three times very quickly ( annoyingly). Then didnt tell us that she was taking a big party in the back of the restaurant. We sat there for what seemed like 30 min. We now have flagged down the hostes and ask for our check boxes and a side of Alfredo sauce. She went to talk to the waitress. We waited for 10 more minutes before she came back the waitress. She never apologized or any thing. So a big party is worth more than frequent dinners( 4 times a month). Horrible management!! And no help from other servers also 10% of the tables had guest . Not even busy!!! What a shame i liked that restaurant.

The food is always great! Always accommodating to where we want to sit. Great team work. All employees work very well together. Very well managed. We are a bit needy & when we are there all our needs are met & then some.

Good, attentive service from Lizette. Scampi with parmesean crust was impressive. Coconut shrimp soso. Deep fried shrimp was well cooked with an illusive crust. Not panko,....but kind of a tempura batter.... Just a bit more golden. Avoid the shrimp alfredo. Avoid the mushy cheddar biscuits. Olio bombs at best. Iced tea was like water. Ugh. Fifty bucks...so so food.

Good general fast Seafood. This place is always good, never great or bad. The price is reasonable for what you get. This particular restaurant is always clean and friendly.

It was a bit slow when I showed up, but the staff was friendly and attentive. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu and specials. I had the walleye and although it was good, there were more bones than are acceptable to me. Means when the fish is fileted it's not done as best as possible. Annoying picking them out of your mouth and mentally I kept feeling like a bone was stuck in my throat - I only thought this after I saw bones, ha. Great service, food acceptable, clean and friendly. The lobsters in the front tank looked afraid.
