First and foremost my chicken portions were small for my taco! I counted 5 pieces of cubed chicken on it! Then the chicken was cold and so was my husband's carnitas in his burrito. Disappointed that our meats were cold oh and their B.S. servings for a side of rice is a joke!

Chipotle is good, this one isn't. Service here is always slow and uninterested in doing their job.

We love Chipotle, but not this location. We have been here 3 or 4 times and every time they run out of something and then we have to wait forever! Even though we are closer to this location we will continue to go to the Oak Park Location. :(

Visited July 28, 2015 around 3:00PM. There was 2 customers in line when we arrived, and the line was moving very slow. I've been to the Oaklawn location and the line moves faster. I don't know why it was taking forever to put the toppings on the 3 bowls I ordered, first they ran out of white rice, then came time to choose the meat and they were running low on carnitas so they put a very small portion on each bowl, they were sitting there for about 2 minutes before someone came to put the rest of the toppings. When I sat down to eat, the food was cold. There was only 2 people behind counter prepping the food and one cashier. If I'm in the area I'll probably visit again.

The last chipotle u should eat from. Meat is never well done and they always have new employees that barely know what they're doing. Half a scoop of rice and barely any meat? I want a fu*king steak burrito..not a vegetarian burrito. I go to almost all chipotle locations whether in the burbs or city. This by far is the worst. Some employees here are nice and will know what they're doing, but you gotta catch them at the right time. Other than that, good luck!!

Had to wait about 20 minutes for steak, and I had to walk up to them and ask if the steak was ready. Food good quality, service was horrible

I come in here all the time. I don't always get awesome service but today I was super picky and ordered 4 meals. Christian was amazing!! He was so accommodating and did my orders perfectly!! He was he best I think at any chipotle I've been to.

This chipotle was pretty good on my first try but then I went back.... and the people behind the counter fixing the food were ridiculous. The first time I went I actually had a meal, this time I had to ask for extra rice, meat, and vegetables because the chick slopping it in my bowl made each portion barely a table spoon size sample. Seriously! Once I got to the guy I told him medium sauce and just lettuce but then he saw a buddy who walked up to pick up his order. So he stops making my food and says to the cashier joking around "don't let this guy get anything!" Normally I would not mind, if he did not put his gloved hand a centimeter away from his MOUTH, and then as he returned to my order he wanted to give me not only sour cream but cheese! I had to forego the lettuce and re-ask for the medium salsa because at this point I only wanted items he could put in the bowl by a utensil! Not by the glove hand that he basically had on his mouth/face! Not worth it. At least five guys is next door.

I went back again unfortunately. Lettuce burrito bowl is basically what I got instead of steak burrito bowl. My guacamole was brown by the time I drove 10 min home. I could count the green peppers from the fajita veggies on one hand. Warm sour cream and guacamole is not very appetizing. I agree with everyone about the smaller than normal portion size.

We eat here pretty regularly because it's one of the few places that serves "healthy" food... But the manager of that store is a real piece of work. Always has an attitude and there's a huge guy there who openly disrespected me when I had a minor, but legitimate complaint. As an example, I ordered a side of guacamole for my daughter and the manager had an employee physically open the side, scoop half of it out, and say "you only need this much for 2 tacos" ... What?! Lol ... she proceeded to act like a complete moron instead of a professional.

It's alright, as far as Chipotle locations go. Sometimes, if you are unlucky, you'll end up in line behind a family of 5 arguing over toppings. But usually the line is fast. And you get what you pay for. It's not very expensive to eat here. But really? Chipotle? C'mon, you deserve better. Go look in the mirror right now and tell yourself, "My name is [your name] and I deserve better than Chipotle tonight!" Repeat that however many times as necessary. Are you craving tacos? You can get the real thing in countless places nearby. Try Inos on Roosevelt Road or Zacatacos on Cermak -- each 2 minute drive away. If it's fast food you want, you need only walk to the corner of Harlem and Cermak and point in any direction. Half of the places you can see from there are better than Chipotle, and I don't think it's difficult to tell which ones. (Hint: not McDonald's.) I admit, I eat at Chipotle on rare occasions. My wife talks me in to it, when my brain is too shut down to resist. She's a gluten-free vegetarian (!), and the sofritos at Chipotle are just about the only fast food she can eat. So if your spouse (or you) are a gluten-free vegetarian, and you like the sofritos from Chipotle (they aren't bad actually), then you should eat at Chipotle. At least sometimes. But if you have a varied diet and enough energy to look around, consider dining someplace else. Real Mexican food, or more satisfying fast food, are not far away.

I walked in here on a random Wednesday afternoon to find a small "corporate meeting" of several employees sitting around and probably discussing business - fair enough. What was not acceptable was the music. It was Miley Cyrus-teenie-bopper-esque and it was so loud and pounding that I struggled to complete my order. It was like being in a stupid techno-filled club where people pay $15 for a drink and listen to loud, repetitive, mundane music about "getting it on" and "partying, partying" because they have nothing interesting to say. I wont come back here because I can't sit down and eat a burrito without feeling like 12 year old girls drive our entire economy. So if thats who you are catering to - good luck. I have a job and they subscribe to Tiger Beat. Have fun with that.

Food is fast and pretty good. What I didn't like was one of the servers. She came out of the back to ring us up. Well she was joking with one of the guys that helped us earlier. This young lady had a lot of face piercings and was just there joking around with a coworker. She was trying to over charge us and wasn't paying attention. When we corrected her she gave off some attitude.

I absolutely love their steak and chicken tacos. The food is great, however the lunch time line can have you waiting for a while before you can taste one of those Good Tacos or burritos! Other than that I love coming here!

It's just okay... don't have many vegan options and sometimes have to settle for this place, it's not good. but it's not bad. Received an order once where the tomatoes in the salsa were obviously rancid, and when I returned the food I was met with much hostility from the manager who insisted that all the tomatoes were fresh because they have an 18 day shelf life... -_- ... LOL! 18 days is not fresh my friend...

This was the most exciting opening on "our side of the tracks" near Cicero, IL. My coworkers and I were getting pretty tired of all the run-of-the-mill taco joints. Yeah, I get it. Chipotle isn't "real" Mexican food. No kidding. But it's fresh and delicious. It's a nice change when you want to eat somewhat healthy; you can make some good choices at Chipotle (go for tons of fresh veggies and skip the cheese and sour cream) and not feel like a total piggy afterward! So happy this location opened up! I think I've been there 3 times since the opening!

Horrible customer service. Rude staff. Didn't give the same amount of food that other restaurants provide. Really didn't appreciate the attitude when I asked the clerk if he can add more. It's understandable there are variations of portions between Chipotle restaurants but this was ridiculous. This location is the closest to me but I think I'm willing to drive further for better customer service and proper portions for my money. Spend your money in another location.

THe fact that Chipotle is so close is awesome now.... Everything here is great and it's very new and very clean at all times. The only thing that's slowing this place down is they ALWAYS run out of ingredients (specifically the rice, veggies, and beans) and either make you wait 10 minutes to cook it, or give you such a small amout and try to compensate by giving you loads of salsa. Other than that... it's chipotle... how can you ask for anything else?

WARNING! I got an upset stomach from eating here.....twice! The first time I did not think it was from here but the second time confirmed it. The tortillas were cold, the tacos fell apart as I ate. Everything was lukewarm and they don't individual wrap each taco so all you get is a mush of food. Just bad service and even worse food.

well... it's a chipotle... but it's new, it's clean.... and it has the friendliest damn crew I've ever seen... in any restaurant... ever. especially the guy at the register who told my kid that he was looking stylish in his new shirt and to "work it". :)

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
