Disappointing visit last night! My family and I have been to the edge on several occasions and never had any issues with the service or food but last night we experienced problems with both. To start with there was limited parking because of construction going on so we had to park across the street, if the edge is adding on theaters they better make sure there is sufficient parking AND staff to handle bigger crowds. They advertise parties so you would think on a friday night there would be enough staff to handle a crowd. We were seated at 6:40 and ordered a pitcher of tea, fifteen minutes later we got the tea and told we had to wait to see a menu because they were all being used at other tables, a few minutes later i got up and asked another table for theirs since they were not looking at it. We had a table of eight and tried to keep it as simple as possible so i ordered one sampler platter and two large pizzas and stuck with pitchers, it took 35 minutes for the appetizer....the chips were stale! Another forty minutes for the pizzas..which were not hot and one pizza was not sliced all the way thru, also told we couldnt have parmesan cheese or pepper because they were all at other tables . Ive had the pizza before and i really dont think these were of the same quality, did not taste as good this time. We were told the reason for the ridiculous wait was because of large groups showing up. I have seen the edge completely packed and have not had trouble like this before, if you advertise parties and groups then you should be equipped for them!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! On the good side my kids did have a great time playing lazer tag,..

Ok let me start by saying the chairs in the bistro theaters are A-mazing! There's no better way to enjoy a movie than to be comfy like this. I had a pizza and it was pretty ok nothing awesome but u would eat it again. Best part is you have a service light and if you need another beer a waitress will bring it to you. It does seem like they are under staffed so heads up to call before you run out. Overall nice change up to going to a normal movie thearter.

Always great food, great people, and great service! I can bring my family for a dinner, a movie, or some arcade fun. Or I can have a night out with friends and enjoy the bar and catch a movie in the Bistro. Never a bad experience!

Like so many places that are aimed at mixed aged clients, this place is heaven for the kids and not so much for the adults. Or maybe for the moms. I was here for a 10th birthday party and the kids had so much fun. The party seemed to go well in regards to timing (laser tag-pizza-laser tag-cupcakes-arcade). The pizza wasn't bad, it was flat with sweet sauce. I wouldn't expect anything from the service, it looked understaffed or staffed with people who were dreaming of other things. When I went to the concession stand to get a beer ($3.50 thank heavens!) the guy behind the counter continued filing paperwork into this binder and filling out forms before he helped me. So as far as arcade and laser tag go, it's a blast, just don't expect much else. Oh, and if you have much smaller kids, keep a close eye on them, there are parts of the concrete floor crumbling which pose trip hazards and yummy bits to try and eat.

Great place to visit with friends and enjoy a good meal. Their pizza, wings and buffalo chicken sandwich are great!!!

I love the EDGE, since it has so much to offer. Great food and drinks, laser tag, games, trivia, and my favorite, the Bistro Theater! Comfy reclining seats and a great subset of the menu make this an awesome movie going experience. I also love that I can get great microbrews, with the various stouts being my favorites.

The Edge is awesome! The prices are reasonable, the food is great, and the kids love the games and attractions. My wife and I love the Bistro theater...nothing like leather recliners and food and drinks brought right to your seat. I wouldn't change a thing except the parking situation but looks like they've recently expanded that as well! Great place for all ages!

We are do lucky to have an establishment like "The EDGE" here in Belleville. We eat dinner there regularly, and take advantage of the family friendly amenities such as the arcade and movie theaters quite often. And I personally enjoy the large (and ever changing) on-tap beer selections. During hockey season, it's a great place for watching Blues games with the prize wheel, activities and participation in the travelling "Blues Cool Bars Tour." Now just get the beer selection onto the Tap Hunter app, and I'll up the rating to 6 stars!

We go here to see movies we barely want to see, just because we love the bistro theater so much! Incredible price for the experience. Service can be a little slow mid-movie (there have been a few times that I ordered a second beer early on and didn't get it in time to finish it before the movie was done), but all in all, it's a great venue!

Had my daughter's 9th birthday party here and it was great! I took 10 ten kids and we saw a movie (go to a matinee because cheaper) and then immediately had a laser tag/birthday party afterwards (we did the Teen Package and brought in own cake). It was very reasonable for 10 kids. The staff was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly!!! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the pizza is not so great, but I don't think the kids cared!!!! Very impressed and all 10 kids were happy when they left, which is hard to do:)

Went here for a 30th bday party to play lazer tag and eat pizza-and had a blast. They're self-proclaimed as the largest arena in the U.S., and while it's difficult to test that, the area was massive. Gargantuan. I was constantly amazed at how the maze seemed to unfurl around every corner. And it's two story.

Worst service we have ever had in any type of eating establishment! Waiting over 45 minutes for dinner and waitress would make eye contact with us and keep walking! Terrible!!!!!!

First, I would like to say that we have been to The Edge more times than I can count. It's non stop activity, and our kids love it. The food isn't gourmet, but it's quality bar food. And the restaurant, arcade and theatre are always clean. Even the bathrooms! Today, we threw our son's 13th birthday party for our family of 35. The service was amazing, the food arrived exactly when we requested it to be ready and everyone had a wonderful time. We even had non stop service from the manager. He was always helpful and couldn't have been any nicer. It was the perfect party.

Service - negative stars Arena - 5 stars We had my 11 year old sons birthday party here on Saturday, 1st thing in the morning, so were one of two families here. First off you walk in and there are 5 workers at the counter just chatting away, wait a few for anyone to even acknowledge us. The party host shows us our table and asked what our drinks were going to be. They do have a decent sized arcade with plenty of games to play so the kids did that while waiting on the rest of the guests to arrive. So the host hands me 10 slips of paper for the players and said they will call us over the speaker when it is our turn. So we wait a few they mumbled something into the speaker so we went to find out what it was and they said it was for the other family to play so we wait a few more, the host is nowhere to be found during any of this, so we go ask again and they are rude about you should have went in with the other family. And that was just the beginning, there wasn't a set schedule for the party, no one seemed to know anything, we had to ask when the pizza would come, what about the cupcakes, what about candles, etc. The party host is pretty much there to bring you the slips to play, the pizza, the sodas, and the cupcakes. But everyone from the moment we walked in were just rude, and when you are supposed to be hosting kids birthday parties, a smile and a good attitude would be helpful. Especially, the lady in the rule room who was as unfriendly as they come. And the actual arena was the best part, it is huge with multi levels and all sorts of areas to explore. But on the 2nd of our 3 rounds, three of the ten players had issues with either the gun or the vest. The kids had fun so maybe we would come back just to play laser tag but we would not have a birthday party here again.

We've driven by this theatre for the past year, and have been meaning to try it out since we are avid filmgoers and appreciate a good movie house. It never really bothered us the price of going to the movies so $10 was small change for a weekly outing. Now where can we start parking is few and difficult to get, luckily we had reservations at the bistro. Upon entering the the feel we had was that of a beaten down chuck e cheese. Loud and dirty rambunctious kids running around as there parents gossip to each other. We were not told by anyone where the theatre was and had to find someone to point is in the right direction, also had to ask someone to explain how the ordering was taken cared of. The seats were comfortable and fairly worn in but the sound and picture quality was the reason we gave it a 2 star, very clear and crisp unlike the theatres in the local area. What was frustrating was the length of time it took to get even or popcorn and drinks. We received our meat lovers pizza and fried ravioli first. This is what I can't understand about this part of America why anyone likes pizza on a saltine cracker type crust and how fried ravioli is a staple food created here. What really was the reason for this rating was the cleanliness and the chaotic ambience of this theatre, I can say I've been and probably won't come back. Go to an Alamo theatre and see how its done.

I love the atmosphere of this place! It is perfect for the entire family with all of the different sorts of activities, especially the new bistro theaters for adults. I can't think of any place that has that many options under one roof. I have been going here for years and enjoyed every time thus far. Who wouldn't want to have fun? The entertainment is endless here, and I can't wait to see what other renovations they do in the upcoming years. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This place is a blast! I recommend seeing a movie at the Bistro theater there. it has full-reclining leather seats and wait service! The bar is fun, I recommend frozen margaritas and their WINGS! and, of course, playing in the arcade. but don't go for dinner! The rest of their menu is so-so. The servers were inexperienced, and the managers were just rude and didn't seem to know what they were doing. 2 tables left when we were there, we would have if we weren't starving.

Arcades are like music venues; they burn bright for a brief moment in time and then fade out (or get bulldozed into an Outback Steakhouse), and most of the best ones disappeared a long time ago. Fortunately whoever was driving the gentrification bus must have taken a wrong turn when they drove through Belleville, miraculously sparing this dingy gem of an amusement center. The floor's dirty, the florescent lights are dim, and the teenage staff is too busy flirting to redeem your niece's Skee-Ball tickets. And I wouldn't have it any other way. The on-site laser tag is the best I've ever experienced (and The Edge's real draw), and while the game selection in the arcade doesn't quite live up in comparison, it can easily kill a few hours of your time and a pocketful of your quarters. Pizza and burgers are available for parties, but if that's not your bag, tell your stomach to be quiet and drop another 5 on Dance Dance Revolution.
