Awful. The service was the worst service I have ever experienced. I have never in my life been to a restaurant that would not accommodate to the paying customers needs. I ended up walking out after only ordering our drinks it was so awful which is something I have never done before. I will continue to drive out of my way to go to the OFallon location which knows how to provide for and take care of their customers. If you are wanting to be treated like a paying customer, do not go to this location.

i like BWW. Not for myself but if someone says want to to here i will say sure. the service was good. I like the curry and asian zing flavors the best. I was surprised that the music was not blaring like it normal. it was chilly inside. the prices were way higher than usual. $10 for 12 wings with no sides. my sis and i both ended up getting sampler appetizer platters.

Normally B-Dubs hits the "Hot Spot" perfectly.. Generally speaking BWW is a very good place to go for food and drinks, especially if you like having a million TVs to watch and Trivia games to play. 5 Stars. This just wasn't a good visit. We were the first consumers in the place, waitress was prompt when greeting us but I am sure that was the only time we actually seen her! Ended up meeting most of the crew at different intervals of the meal. Alot of people came up to ask how things were, but they didnt seem to want to stick around for the response. I ordered two meals (I'm a Fatty.) One didnt have enough sauce and the other was SO over sauced that I couldnt taste anything else on the sandwich. Not pleasant at all. After waiting 5-10 mins looking around anxiously for one of the dozen people we had previously met I finally had to get up and walk across the restaurant to interupt 4 servers to ask for the Ranch I ordered with my meal.. Anyhow I still think BWW is a good place I would just suggest probably NOT being the first people of the day.. (Sit in your car and wait for the poor schmucks that dont know any better to go in ahead of you!)
