I come in about once a week for my Italian with pep. Love it. I'd say this location is average, which is solid, I've eaten a lot of JJs. I read some reviews about small portions and I have had one or two like that. I think it depends on who makes your sandwich. In general though this location is actually getting better. All the kids in there seem pretty chill too.

I've noticed that there is a new management team in this location. I can see a turn around already! Sandwiches always fast and great customer service. They always remember the regulars :) Great job!!

They've messed up plenty of my orders and have delivered many times 45 min to 1 hr after ordering. Seriously??? For 1 sub??

I eat JJ's occasionally for lunch. I work on the area . They are very fast ¢ my order is always right . The sandwiches aren't bad either . :)

Good sandwich shop! I love there chips and cookies!!! Everyone is quick at making my sandwich which gives me more time for my lunch break. I've had there party platters at business functions and the quality is still superb! Thanks jimmy johns!

Nothing wrong with the sandwich or the service, just the price! The owner raised prices in July way above other JJ stores and way above the prices on the internet. The manager explained it was because the minimum wage was increased IN CHICAGO. I asked did the Barrington staff get a raise. You can guess the answer! It seems like a combination of gouging and making a political statement to me! Good news is there are lots of great JJ stores in short driving distance.

We live on the North Side of the Fox Point neighborhood and were just notified that they no longer deliver to our area. Our daughter who babysits often orders sandwiches for dinner and obviously needs delivery since she can't leave her clients children to pick up. We are less than 2 miles from the store. We no longer will use them for our school functions and party trays if this is how they plan to go forward doing business. Very disappointing.
