After coming back here over 20 times, I have yet to have a bad experience, messed up coffee, or unfriendly service. Bravo. Only suggestion - needs more merchandise. I need a mug and they only ever seem to have ugly ones...

We come in for sat morning coffee order food and drinks 10 min later our food comes out so we eat at 20 my friend goes up and ask if there is a order for us the girl say probably. So my friend says OK sit back down we wait another five min my friend goes back up there and says we didn't get our order the girl who and another girl says what did you order I say you took our order.get it to get her still waiting 30 min now

Usually good, but new guy forgot one order, gave the wrong one to somebody else, didn't make a third. When I asked for my food to be heated, I did in fact want it heated. It wasn't. And slooooooooow today for not being really busy. Now, they messed up two other orders (all while I'm waiting for mine). I usually give this four stars, but today it will s a one star performance.

Once again the coffee is only warm!! Long wait not worth the high $$$ for lukewarm coffee. The one on Garrity is a 1000% better!

A year ago I wasnt very impressed, but this has become a regular stop to decompress and am always given the best service. On those rare occasions where nothing goes right, they go out of their way to make it right. Great manager and the best employee's.

This is my neighborhood Sbx and it's convenient for when I'm on "that side" of the Blvd, but I would much rather support the Flying M and I like the Flying M's coffee is better. The one problem with this Sbx is that on the weekends and peak times, there are cars wrapped around the entire building and the wait is very long.

The staff here are friendly and although they always seem to be real busy, and I don't stop by often..I have yet to have a bad experience. Love the Pumpkin Cheesecake loaf with my Iced White Mocha.

I waited around for quite a while before ever getting noticed at the counter. There was nobody else in line. Employees seemed like they were not happy working there. No smiles, no greeting, just a very exhausting "can I get you something." The grande latte is about 5 inches tall, and after thinking this is the lightest coffee I have ever had realized that they filled the cup maybe 2.5 inches or about halfway, and the rest of the cup with milk froth. I was never asked if I wanted any flavors or any options. Not only did I get half a latte, it was the worst latte I have ever had in my life. It tasted like water. I will stay away from this place. Go to Hastings, Flying M, Moxie Java, or wherever, but not here.

Another Starbucks to add to my list of a million of them. This is another of my favorite locations since the crew working here is always on the ball and has never messed up a drink order. The place is a favorite location for many, and the hustle and bustle of the customers will surely prove the fact.

It's a Starbucks, so it should be just like every other Starbucks on the planet, and it is. Decent coffee, decent pastries, but nothing amazing here. If you want something with a bit more character and a unique experience, try the Flying M CoffeeGarage in Downtown.

Always a pleasant experience for me. I got stuck in the drive through but they got the cars through quickly enough to suit my taste. My experiences with the staff have always been wonderful. I am a tea drinker and it's pretty difficult to mess that up; I am a fairly low maintenance customer.
