Ok, my first mistake may have been ordering pasta at a pizza place, but pasta is in their name. We were seated quickly and the waitress took our drink orders and returned with them. We did take a little bit to decide on our order, but the waitress was accommodating and answered our questions. Food was a little slow to arrive and therefore was not quite up to temperature. Definitely needed seasoning, a little salt and pepper go a long ways in making a dish tasty. The garlic toast was cold and tasted stale. Pasta was overcooked to the point of being mushy. Highlight was our waitress, Lacey, she had a great attitude and was helpful, however we probably won't be back.

Went with friends to take advantage of kids eat free. Food was pretty good, service was decent. A little slow on refilling and some confusion with sides. Overall not bad, but room for improvement in the service department.

Been here a couple of times now. Food is very good. However, last time we were there the waitress and staff were very pleasant and service was great. Last night our server was not attentive. He took our order and brought our food in a timely manner, but Never came back to check on us or see if we needed refills. He was too busy in the kitchen goofing off with the other young man that appeared to be tossing what looked like a ball of pizza dough to someone on the other side of the kitchen. We will go back, but don't expect really great service every time.

I had the chicken alfredo pasta lunch. Very good, nice portions and friendly service. I found it a little wonky that I requested an extra piece of garlci bread and was whomped for $3. but otherwise a solid place.

Was alright. Definitely order this food take out... They had a good selection of things that can be ordered in besides just pizza. Service inside the restaurant can be a little slow.

We checked this out after being out and about for a day of wine tasting. We noticed on the menu that happy hour was every day from 3:30p to 5:30p. This was good as we rolled in around 4pm. We elected to try an appetizer the artichoke dip. Which was fine not as tasty as some of the others I ever had but good nonetheless. We decided to try individual pizzas as they were also on the menu for happy hour. A two topping pizza was included in this. I ordered basil and tomato on mine for a makeshift margherita pizza. It was tasty, the only thing that was not my favorite was the pizza dough. A little two doughy for my liking but still perfectly fine. The service was quick and efficient. Nice place. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in again.

Foods pretty tasty but that's true of all Smoky Mountains. The problem is that this particular restaurant has the worst service. In the few times I've been there I have frequently experienced being forgotten about. And it's funny, my server doesn't have any other tables that I can see. So unless my server is working in a completely different part of the restaurant, I can't for the life of me figure out where they go. In addition, they forget about essential components of our meal. Such as silverware, kids drinks, and checks. I'm not going back, I will however order delivery because at least the food is good!

We ordered three starters for take-out - the brie bites, boneless chicken wings, and the Italian Colors flatbread, along with a child's order of macaroni and cheese. The brie bites and chicken pieces were straight out of the freezer section of Costco, the pesto on the flatbread was utterly generic, and (I am deadly serious) the mac and cheese was Kraft, at 4.99. The service was lackadaisical. We will most emphatically not be going back.

Ordered dinner at 7:36 pm delivered at 9:48. Was told it was going to be delivered in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Pizza arrived uncooked with doughy crust, soggy chicken parm . Delivery driver did not ever apologize for being over an hour late. When I called the store after 90 minutes they stated they are just cooking it. I have frequented this restaurant during the last 4 years and have always found the food and service to be acceptable. After this feasco, I may not be back. its hard to imagine the management can not figure out how train there employees give great customer service.

Wonderful restaurant ... The staff was very pleasant and the food was scrumptious. I have a lot (like, really a lot) of allergies, and they were EXTREMELY helpful with finding something I could eat. Go Smoky Mountain! I'm so coming back.

This is not the pizza place for your Italian foodie, but for a simple date night or a night out with the girls, it will certainly hit the spot. The food is tasty and ample portions. The cheese is real and the meals are well planned. The atmosphere is a bit of what I would call "family posh". For the locals, think that this would be a place you would more likely find in Eagle vs. Nampa. Both times that I came, I had the same waitress and she was pleasant and knew what she was doing. I appreciated that she was mindful when I had a toddler to not put hot stuff right in front of him and that she wasn't avoidant just because we had children. All in all, it's not really toddler friendly (and personally, I wouldn't bring my squirmy wormy back, lol) But for a bit of older kids, they do have a game room and seem to be set up with the thought in mind that parents eat too and *gasp* bring their children with them. Pricing is fair. Maybe a bit on the expensive side for pizza, but the taste compensates :)

The cheese on our Hawaiian pizza was phenomenal. It was really like tasting little bites of heaven or something. Unfortunately, our server was pretty awful. She basically ignored our table once we got our pizza. I think this may have been because I had my two-year-old niece with me. I was surprised that a pizza place would be not kid-friendly. If the pizza had been any less awesome, I would say I'd never go back, but the pizza really was top notch. I'm looking forward to round two, hopefully with better service.

I went there for the first time with my parents celebrating my moms birthday and it took 5 minutes before we got seated we took a little while for us to decide on our order but our waitress was great. It took 20 minutes after we ordered to get our food, then they put mayo on my dads burger after telling her multiple times to make sure it didn't have it. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my chicken tasted like fried chicken and the pasta was cold and undercooked.

Have only been here twice, but each time the food was great and the service was up to par. Excellent calzones and pizza.

We hosted a 40th birthday party for my daughter last night at Smoky Mountain Pizza. The staff went out of their way to have everything just right. The food was excellent and they kept the pizzas, salads, and drinks coming at just the right time. They do the setup, cleanup, and do not have a room rental charge as most restaurants . Everyone had a great time, and I would definitely recommend Smoky Mountain to others for a large group party

Incredible pizza, casual and comfortable place with friendly servers. Nice variety of pasta on the menu. My fave is the BBQ chicken personal size pizza, sans cilantro, which they are happy to do. They say there's live music sometimes-- need to get in on that one of these days.

Been here a handful of times. Food is a 5, Pizza is a 8. Service is A 6. But, I miss the Kona Wailua Wheat Ale on tap. Ask them about it, please.
