Just tried to have an order for delivery....The conversation with the person on the other end of the phone... ... IPC: "your address" me: 1234 Ellington (e-l-l-i-n-g-t-o-n, EL-ling-TON) IPC: what street? me: (E-L-L-I-N-G-T-O-N) IPC: Turns phone away literally and says to a co-worker.. "how do you spell "Ellington"..the returns IPC: How do we get to your house?... Me: (incredulous) In todays world of Google Maps and smart phones you actually need to know how to get to my house?, how the 'hell' am I supposed to know where your driver is coming from?... IPC: We dont have internet here... Me: let me talk to a manager....to the manger: will never patronize your business... Bottom line, as a Kid I recall my Dad as a pizza driver using his Thomas Guide to deliver the goods, these yahoo's need ME to tell them how to get to my address...??

This is our favorite pizza! We've only dined in a couple of times, but never had a bad experience. It's not fancy, but the food is good and service isn't anything to complain about, either. We usually order delivery. Most of the time it's hot and delicious, though one time we sprung for bread twists and they were pretty burned. That was a one-time incident, though. We'll continue to patronize IPC.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant and took my issue to the manager/owner and the response was zero! I will never visit this restaurant again because of how I was treated.

Pizza was a thicker more flavorful RTP! If your looking for a quiet, down the street low- key place to eat pizza and play Donkey Kong then roll through here.

Tiny dining room. It's ridiculous. We were told that we couldn't take a table until after wed paid for our food, so we left. I didn't want to pay for 7 people to each a buffet only to not be able to sit down. We promised we'd never be back, and we haven't been. We will go to other locations that are more friendly from now on. Rude employees + not enough dining space = no business from my family.

Terrible customer service on the phone. It took forever to get an order placed, they tried to deny the specials price and they were rude.

We love ipc. Just not the Nampa location. They rush the pizza out undercooked. Gave them many tries because we love the other locations but for some reason Nampa is just shittier.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone to order, apparently out of state cell phones really send them into a tizzy, was asked twice for the hotel phone number (1-800-HOLIDAY) wasn't good enough. Put on hold three times and apologized to at least a bakers dozen. The service is frustrating but, the pie was good. Actually, better than I expected in Idaho.

Good pizza but salad bar is gross the ranch is really runny too. I liked the people they were friendly but seating is a bit uncomfortable and is pretty dark inside. My brother used to work there! Not my favorite pizza place

i use to be a big fan of this place...until one day i went in and watched as the guy making the pizza wiped sweat from his forehead and went back to making pizza...no gloves, no washing hands. no one wears gloves to make any food here! I even asked about it and the gal said that's just they way they do it. later, friend of mine said his friend in the health department told him to never go there because they have more health code violations than he even wanted to talk about. Done, no mas!

Just took my family there and we ordered two Pizzas and salad bar, We then waited and waited for our order, My son noticed people were getting their orders who had arrived after us. I went up to the front counter and asked about my order and the server then stared into the computer register for about five minutes and then walked in back.. I had to ask again and he said my order was not in the system. I asked for a refund which I received but no apology. In fact they acted like I was being a jerk for asking for a refund after wasting an hour waiting. I am sitting at home eating a delivered pizza from a different establishment. I live very close to this Idaho Pizza but will never go back.

Just a local "hole in the wall" place! Outstanding Pizza and Salad Bar. Friendly attentive staff. I wish they had a better area to eat outside. If you like pizza you will love it.

I am not sure why all the so-so reviews. This is not a high end pizza restaurant. It's more like an old fashioned pizza joint. The pizza always tastes great and is really the best in Nampa. The salad bar is not fancy but everything is always fresh and well stocked. I have been to IPC many times at this and other locations. The service has always been A+. We have also ordered big orders for parties and corporate meetings. They are always able to accommodate anything we throw at them.

I love pizza so much so that it's a sickness. If they had a PA (Pizzaholic Anonymous), I'd be there! While visiting my grandparents I always seem to stop here for the pizza and the unlimited salad bar. The pizza isn't all that but they follow the cracker side of things for crust and cornmeal gracing the bottom which usually bodes well with me. The toppings are ok but very greasy. The salad bar is good and stocked well. Nothing is uber fresh but doable. The staff is nice even for being local high school kids. I'll stop in again next time in town.

This place is terrible...I took my plate to the worker to show a big huge bug on my pizza, they said sorry and took my plate. No replacement plate for the buffet or refund...nothing. I realize accidents happen, but at least offer to fix it. Ironically the same thing happened to me last week, the management were so embarassed they gave us two free meal vouchers.
