Great place to eat if you are a Genesee local - and good enough to warrant the 20 minute drive from the surrounding Moscow and Lewiston areas as well! The food is phenomenal - check them out for lunch or dinner. Lunch features sandwich and burger options for $6 or less mostly - and their burgers in specific are the best I've ever had! Dinners are also delicious and start around $12/plate. Their steak and seafood dishes are equally good. Salad bar is offered during full menu dinner nights (weekends). Bring cash or check (no debit/credit and no ATMs nearby after 7pm). Only downsides: no kids menu and few to no vegetarian/vegan options

Maybe the best place to eat on the Palouse!! It was kinda expensive but less than I expected (cash only unfortunately so plan ahead). The meat was cooked to perfection and everything else was just incredible. We were early and the only ones there when it opened, but we grabbed a drink at the bar and were glad we had a reservation because it filled up immediately. We ordered a variety of food including steak, seafood, pork, and chicken and it was all amazing. It's a bit of a drive from, well, anywhere but don't miss this gem! Highly recommend!

Food was very good. Unfortunately the owner waits the tables during lunch by herself. Very poor service. She is rude and does not know how to wait tables. She also tends the bar at the same time. They need to spend the money and add staff who know what they are doing. If you don't mind poor customer service for lunch, the food is good. If you are not from Genessee, you will feel like an outsider. The dinner service is much better by wait staff who care about their jobs. In my opinion, not worth the drive from Pullman/Moscow.

Very very good. Cash or local check only. Dinners on Friday and Saturday nights. Some dinner served on Wednesday night but not full menu. Very good.
