In 2007 Marsh Designer Cakes made my dream wedding cake and I loved their work so much when my baby girl turned 1 this summer I had them do her baby smash cake. I sent over pictures of what I wanted, and asked if they could make mini matching cupcakes for my part guests. They blew me away with the outcome! It was SOOOOO cute!! Everyone loved how cute the smash cake was, and how the cupcakes matched! These cakes weren't just about the looks, they tasted DELICIOUS! So very moist and full of flavor! Definitely made the party!! Thanks again for another dream turned reality!

I was so much looking forward to my cake/cupcakes at my wedding. I was so disappointed :( The designs were simple! White fondant with Black fondant bows on top of the cupcakes. He chose to do the white fondant, and hot glue black bows on :( Completely unacceptable. People seemed to like the flavors, but as the bride I was really disappointed in the outcome.

Greg and Renee the owners are wonderful. They run a tight ship, and are incredibly talented. If you love butter-cream they are the best in town. I have been to several events that they have provided the cakes and/or desserts for and they have been beautiful. Greg is helpful during your meet and greet with him and can contribute to your ideas.

WE HAD A small wedding cake made. It was perfect and delicious. We will be return costumers for years... Cost was cheaper then Albertsons, Pastry Perfection, Winco, etc.

After tasting his samples at a bridal fair, we went to Greg for our wedding cake. We had 3 tiers: lemon poppy seed with lemon butter cream filling, red velvet with cream cheese filling, and lemon poppy seed with raspberry filling. Hands down, all 3 are best cake I've ever had (especially the lemon/lemon). The delivery was seamless and on time and they coordinated with the flower shop next door for the fresh flowers on the cake. We didn't have to do a thing. Perfection.

Recently I hosted a class reunion and I decided to order a cake from Greg Marsh. Incidentally, I made the appointment in July which also happened to be on my birthday! My husband and I tasted several samples of cake and finally decided on the lemon poppyseed with lemon cream filling and the Italian Meringue icing. Greg created a beautiful sheet cake with a design of the school's emblem. Eighteen people enjoyed this cake and I think there were two small pieces left! It was a great choice, really flavorful and delicious and got rave reviews! I would definitely go back to Greg again!
