I've been eating here for a few years now. The pizza does not blow you away, but, it is consistently good. I love that there are plenty of tv's, nice selection of wine and beer and decent pizza. They do have a salad/pizza bar for lunch that I don't particularly like. Depending on how busy they are, the selection isn't always great. It is a good value if you want to eat a lot. They are very good about making additional pies if you ask for something special during that time. Regardless, I always prefer ordering my own pizza. Service is hit or miss but usually, friendly. Prices aren't bad and this is a spot I've always enjoyed.

The service is terrible if your black in this small town. I've been waiting on a sandwich for 35 minutes and still haven't eaten. I've watched people come in after me get there food eat it and leave. Will not eat here again. I'm almost scared to eat the sandwich...

Came here while driving en-route to Jackson they advertise a $7.99 all you can eat lunch so we thought why not! Pizza was good however there was no variety we had a choice between a mushroom pizza with olives and a pepperoni with pineapple some of it also tasted super old!!! The salad bar was ok but not great and there was one choice of soup. The all you can eat cinnamon rolls were non-existent!! I asked for some & the server bought two out for us!!! Wouldn't come here again for all you can eat it was slightly pathetic.

Stopped in for some dinner. Pizza was decent it wasn't the best pizza ever but better then a chain. Service was fast but they weren't very busy. I wish I could have tried some more stuff on the menu they looked to have a pretty good selection. Price was very reasonable.. very good quality pizza for the price.. one thing that bugged me was the forks where cheap, I am the kind of person that eats the first couple slices with my fork and cheap fork makes it that much harder. .

My girlfriend and I went here for their Super Bowl Buffet. I would feel bad giving this place 1 star because the service was great and the food wasn't the worst thing I've ever eaten but if you come from anywhere with decent italian cuisine you will be disappointed. When we first got there, we ate some of the food that was already out. Needless to say, the pizza is not great (I even waited for a fresh one to come out). They went a little overboard with the spices in the pasta sauce. I live in the valley and I choose to buy frozen pizzas over ordering from Tony's.

I was extremely disappointed in Tony's Italian pizza restaurant. The website looks great as does the menu. We were stuck in our condo due to rain so ordered in. We ordered three fettuccine dinners with house salads and were charged 5.50 each for the side salads. Evidently they don't come with the meal the manager said even though the website says they so. Meals were overpriced and definitely did not have homemade marinara or Alfredo. Don't waste your time with this place. The royal wolf and three peaks restaurant are much much better.

Just had some pizza and beer at Tonys, the service was great, the pizza great and the beer selection was super. Would definitely go back. We ordered a medium margarita pizza, the crust is homemade and very tasty , lots of cheese, basil and fresh tomato and herbs. There must be 20 beers on tap and our server offered new local selections that were not on the menu, very kind and informative. The high top tables were great with neat interstate tops and super comfy stools with backs, lots of tvs, very cozy atmosphere and nice bar area. Would be a great place to catch a game. Highly recommend!

Good Pizza, but that place was about 100 degrees inside. We ate on the patio and it was reasonably priced. Hostess was nice, but the staff was a little stressed out. I would be too if I was stuck in the sauna like building.

What do you get when a bunch of teenagers run every aspect of a pizzeria? You get this place. No one was really sure what was in any of the food items. Plus both orders were messed up. Service was slow, but the servers were nice, so that was a plus. Food was way to expensive for what you get, it didn't even taste good. Go somewhere else.

I just ordered food from there 30 min ago. The only thing great about the food we got is that they delivered on time. The linguine pasta tossed with marinara sauce tasted dry, with the texture of cardboard, and an overwhelming dose of sourness. It seems like they literally just tossed everything and called it a day. The penne pasta my buddy ordered is summed up in one word: flavorless. He also said "uh-oh, kinda feel like the food wants to come out already". Need I say more? The only good thing is their own style of mozzarella sticks. Not the crunchy sticks you are used to when ordering from an Italian place but still it was good enough to hold off our hunger. How bad was the food? Well, I am about to drive to another place and just buy a second set of lunch.

We waited for 15 minutes for someone to wait on on us after a rude hostess asked us "What are you here for?" and never even got water - it felt like we were invisible. Everyone else was being take care of but us. We finally walked out & no one even noticed- guess we were invisible!! NEVER again!!!

So I grew up in these parts and have seen Tony's change in all sorts of ways but lately it's been terrible. A couple days ago I called to get a pizza delivered at 8:30pm and asked if there was any specials but before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off and said no we are closed. Closing early bc it's the off season. Closed at 8:30pm in January?? That is not the offseason. The next day I thought I would call a bit earlier at 8:00. Different girl answered and said almost the same thing. Both times the employees didn't apologize or anything it was almost like they were angry that I was calling. I understand that mid January can be slow but 8:00pm?? Whatever happened to at least 9? It made it worse that two different times, two different employees and they were both anything but nice. Come on glen what's going on here???

This review is strictly about the pizza. I ordered an XL pie with red sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and bacon.

Nothing like having your server/manager conduct an interview right in the middle of your meal to make you feel special. In other words, we were ignored. Service was very, very slow. Food was OK. Very heavy on the oil component in all dishes. No delicacy in sight.

Has OK pizza! Food overall is alright. Prices are OK mostly just tried there pizzas mostly. Overall not a bad place. Has potential to be better but its OK for what it is!!

Love the house made crusts! Good pizza and beer, staff seems like they're having fun, lots of TVs. They have a big menu, a lot more than just pizza. I go here at least once a week. They are also the only guys in town who deliver!

My husband and I stopped in on our first night in Driggs on a Monday as it's one of few options open for dinner in the area on Mondays (we had driven about ten hours to get there). The meat lasagne was pretty tasty, as was the dessert. The prices were high for what we ordered. The pizza my husband ordered was missing the grilled chicken ordered, and we had to remind the waitress about it - once we got the grilled chicken it was bland and rubbery. The waitresses seemed to want to do a good job and were friendly, but we waited about 45 minutes for a table and then another 30 minutes for our food, and there were empty tables the whole time. Many other people had to wait just as long despite several open tables in the restaurant. I don't like to give bad reviews, but this was not a good experience overall. If you do order here, stick with the red meat and perhaps order for delivery.

Food was good, but it took 30 minutes from order to arrival of Pesto Pasta ! The restaurant was only moderately busy with plenty of servers, so they seem to have a kitchen problem.

Was staying in Driggs for a week, and gave Tony's a try twice. Each time was impressed with what we had on the menu, pizza, calzone and salad. We ordered a few of the personal pizzas to get a chance to taste a variety of there pizzas and everyone at the table was impressed. One of the personal pizzas we ordered went to the wrong table, they made us a new one, and let us keep the mistake no charge which was very nice for the additional wait. We enjoyed it so much we went back again our last night in Driggs. No it is not high end gourmet pizza but they have a brick oven, large beer selection and good wait staff. Worth the trip if you are in the area.

Too tired after working all day to go out to get food, I went onto Yelp to find a pizza delivery. Tony's had good reviews, so I figured I'd try it out. Ordered a 12 inch Dog Star! pizza at $15.99 with a 2 liter of soda. They don't have bottled water or tea for delivery, but whatever. I figured it was the price to pay for not wanting to go out. I didn't ask about the price of the 2 liter; I thought it would be $3-4. Total about $20 before tax, right? The woman who took my order didn't mention a delivery fee, plus Tony's is literally .9 miles (less than 1) from the hotel where I am staying. Imagine my surprise when the bill came to $24.28. They charge a $4-5 delivery fee to go less than a mile??? What a crock! The pizza was ok. It was very crispy and burnt on the edges but the veggies were fresh. Overall so-so. Maybe if the pizza had been amazing, being ripped off for a delivery fee wouldn't have bothered me so much. On the plus side, the delivery guy was very nice. Overall, a waste of my time and money because however nice the delivery guy, it's not enough for me to ever go back.

The pizzas are good, the service friendly and typical for Driggs, not rushed. The lasagne needs some help, the sauce watery, flavor, way too much Oregano. Salad, is average. Prices, not out of line. Always go there to support a local business.

Service is horrible. It took an hour for our food and the starters came with the pizzas. Food was good but this was our second try and both times it took forever to get our food.

Visited Tony's with our family of nine (including two 6 year olds, an 11 year old, and two "seniors") for an impromptu late lunch/early dinner on 1/13/14. We were impressed by the accommodations of our group (got to sit downstairs so the kids could play & wander) and by our excellent server, Mary (LOVE her!!). We all ordered something different & were (mostly) very happy with our meals. One 6 year old wasn't thrilled with his cheese pizza, the 11 year old wasn't thrilled with her steak, the 18 year old wasn't thrilled with his veal (but he may have been expecting something with more sauce). My 83 year old dad ate his entire meal (one of the shrimp dishes) but the rest of us had some leftovers (which we reheated and shared for dinner the following night). We shared several desserts & loved them all! (In hindsight, we should've bought more, to go!) Food was tasty, beer was cold, wine was in a BIG glass and Mary was AWESOME!!!

Tasty pizza; lots of fresh veggies on the dog star pizza. Pleasantly surprised by the blue cheese dressing for my salad, chunky and flavorful. Was that a fresh baked bun on our burger? It sure was good. Real Ski videos kept the kids entertained. Fun local ski atmosphere.

We stayed in Driggs for about 3 weeks last summer, 2008, and we visited Tony's a couple of times. The service was excellent and the food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. I liked to try something different each time I ate there. I can say I never had anything I didn't really enjoy. The pizza and salads were great! You can tell they make everything from scratch. As we were leaving they were finishing an expansion and remodeling so i can only guess the decor is even better. I recommend you try Tony's, I'll bet you like it.

If you're passing through on vacation with a hungry group, this is the place. The lunch buffet is awesome. It features the best salad bar in Idaho...they even have artichoke hearts! The pizza is good basic pizza, but their specialty is the stromboli! Truly outstanding. Be sure to try the homemade cinnamon rolls for dessert.

We were on our way to Yellowstone and staying in Driggs. Didn't feel like Mexican or Thai like the hotel recommended, so took a walk and found Tonys. The restaurant was a little too warm when we walked in, so we asked if we could sit outside in the courtyard. There was another couple seated at the same time. We had two different waitresses. The other couple got their water, appetizer and dinner pronto while we were still waiting to order. Finally, I got up and went inside to say we were ready to order. The waitress was very apologetic, saying she was training a new employee. We ordered a chicken salad and a personal veggie pizza. They were both great! While we were waiting for the meal, they delivered a thin sliced garlic bread with olive oil and vinegretre. Yum! I had to push it away so I didn't fill up on it before my pizza arrived. My pizza was advertised as thin crust but I would say it was more like regular crust. Very crispy on the bottom and soft on top. Definitely homemade. Lots of fresh chopped veggies: artichoke hearts, briccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers and tomatoes. It doesn't come with sauce and I could have opted out of the cheese, but didn't want to be too good. It was probably the best veggie pizza I have ever had. My hubby's salad was somewhat deconstructed. Layers of iceberg lettuce then tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, baby carrots, bell peppers, artichoke hearts and grape tomatoes. He had to stir it up but that was no problem and the ranch dressing was good. The waitress was a little rushed but took off 10% for our delay in ordering. All in all I would definitely go back, the food is worth it!

We have been here a few times for a post-ski or lunch buffet and it has not disappointed, although their fresh pizza is better than what is on the buffet. The salad bar is very extensive and has some interesting ingredients that you don't usually see as well as great dressings. As some of the other reviews suggested make sure you don't miss the homemade cinnamon buns for desert, they are wonderful. The service has always been good (even with the buffet the server checks in often to make sure you have enough to drink), and the selection at the bar includes some great local beers. Usually there are either ski or surf videos on at least one of the TV's so there is something to watch if the conversation drops off. Great for dinner post a day of skiing at Targhee.

My husband left his hat here and when he called to see if they had it, they said yes and that they would hold it for us. However, when we went back they told him a worker stole it and that they were sorry. Very disappointing customer service. We will not be returning.
