Firehouse grill offers quite a variety but my go to each and every time is the Italian Nachos. They have the most delicious crisp wonton chips covered with a tasty Alfredo sauce, jalapeños, olives, and sliced grilled chicken. I recommend the great selection of beers on draft as well.

The menu has a wide variety, so there is something for everyone. The owner is super friendly and talks to all the patrons. Lots of beers on tap. I really liked that there was a crowd for the USA ladies game.

Well, the food actually wasn't bad. I have to give it a 3 because I ordered shrimp on the side with my steak and our waitress forgot it. It was very responsible for her to admit to her mistake rather than blame it on something else. Also my steak was ordered as medium rare and I got a medium well. But it still wasn't bad, just not what I ordered.

The food was ok but the service was slow. I won't go back there for awhile. It was also a bit pricey for the quality of the food.

everyone in our party of 8 was happy with their order. I really liked my prime beef cheesesteak, the roll that they used was perfectly toasted. service was fine.

Bogo Tuesdays... Buy one get one free burger night. We've been going twice a month since moving to IF. I suppose service isn't 100 % all the time, but, generally, the wait staff is attentive and the food is pretty darn good. We also splurge occasionally and have halibut, onion rings and have been very happy with the quality of the food. As crowded as the place is, they must be doing something correctly....

Over priced food; Underwhelmed customer. It was going to be an almost 2 hour wait at Texas, so we decided to go to the Firehouse instead for our Valentine's Day dinner date. The Chips and Guacamole appetizer was good. I didn't even mind the bed of spinach leaves underneath. I didn't really see a need for them though. It was just a bit too much. The food was descent, but not great for the price you pay for it. My husband ordered a Chile Verde Burrito and what they brought him was a bowl of green chile pork stew with all the fixings. He basically had to assemble everything himself. And they shouldn't even call it a burrito because the tortillas they gave him were so small it was more like soft tacos. There wasn't even that much meat in it. I ordered the Prime Rib Dip. Not bad, but not great. The meat was dry and the au jus didn't help that much. However, the fries were really good. It was the one thing on my plate that I really enjoyed. Ok now let's talk service. Although our server was very friendly and nice, she was a bit forgetful bringing me a second iced tea. Took a while before she brought me my fry sauce for my fries. But when we got our bill I noticed that she didn't charge us for our drinks. Now, I'm a very honest person, so I brought it to her attention and of course she told us not to worry about it. She said that we were so patient with the slow service that it was on her. So our bill was under $40 and we ended up tipping her a few bucks extra to make up for the drinks. Like I said, I'm an honest person!!!

Took my wife to the Firehouse Grill on Valentine's day for dinner. The food was overpriced. Our waitress kept forgetting to bring our drinks. I ordered the the Chile Verde burrito. What I got was the fixings to make my own burrito. The tortillas were small so it was more like making soft tacos. I won't go back for a while. Sloppy service

Undercooked food. Medium rare steak was cooked very rare. Chicken was pink inside. Beans were crunchy.

Sat at the bar, service was slow and it was a Tuesday. Food was below average at best, menu was large but it appears they are only known for their burgers which I did not try, won't be back.

Atmosphere is good but food is way to expensive for the quality you get. Your better off going down the road to Sizzler or Texas Road House.

If you want to have a conversation, forget it...to noisy and crowded. Waitstaff can not be found most of the time. Seems the place is more into TV then waiting on customers.

Great spot to catch a game, chow a burger, and drink some brews! Pretty consistent food and decent service. Love the Boston themed bar area!

The service here sucks, wait staff seems to be preoccupied with anything but customers. Been here three times and always need to track down a server, won't be a fourth. Food is typical bar food. Good thing they have a local customer base

Sometimes the service is lacking. It seem like the waitresses or bartenders are more concerned with the regulars most times. But if you can catch their attention its well worth it. Great daily specials. 8oz prime rib with your choice of side on Sunday for 12.99 is a great deal. They cook it to perfection. Also the happy hour deals are great. Most of the food is top notch. Some of the pasta dishes are bland. Try to stick to the burgers and steaks. One area you won't be disappointed with is the mixed drinks, very strong and at a reasonable price. So besides being a clique type restaurant where you need to have an in to get the best service this is a great place for quality of food and drink versus price.

I think I have eaten at this place 3 or 4 times. The first time was AWESOME, and just what I had been wanting! Definitely hit the spot! The second time was extremely disappointing, and they comped me my meal because I couldn't eat it , it was so bad. They had DRENCHED my wrap with salad dressing inside. Like... it was swimming in it...Since then, I've been able to actually FINISH my meals there, but they had all been pretty disappointing. I DO have good things to say about their creme brulee cheesecake though! Naughty in all the right ways :) A must try!

I returned to Firehouse after a few great experiences and had a horrible experience. While the food was great, the service was really bad. Our waiter was too busy watching the football game. He rarely checked on drinks and I had to remind him that I had asked for a diet coke. It was a big disappointment.

This is one of the many restaurants along S 25th E. So what makes it stand out? There's a giant sign out front about burgers being 2 for the price of 1 on Tuesdays. There's also a happy hour deal, but I don't pay any attention to that. I'm all about the burgers here! The decor inside fits the name - Firehouse... I didn't see a pole though. *sad* Maybe it's on the bar side, and not the restaurant side. So I've been here for two Tuesday night dinners, and I think pretty much anyone who walks into this place on a Tuesday night is going to order a burger or two. The appetizers are ginormous - the typical fare: nachos, buffalo nachos, spinach dip, potato skins. Then the burger comes with a side of fries that basically gives you enough starch for days. Decent, nothing to get your panties all in a bunch for, but decent. Yes, the fries do taste better in Idaho.

I felt like I pressed rewind and repeated almost the exact same experience. My friends choose here to meet and eat. So I figured, I'm here, maybe it will be better, and I'll give Firehouse an open pallet. Drum Roll...... it turned out almost the same as my first visit! Blah tasteless food. I ordered a smoked turkey club and let me tell you, when a restaurant can't even get the bacon tasting good, there's a serious problem. It's bacon. bacon = smiles. It's one of the most easy thing to please people with. Let me share with you the amount of mayo that was on my sandwich, a ton. And just in case that wasn't enough, they gave me a side of mayo. Does anyone need a just under a half of a cup of mayo for a sandwich? I'm not even exaggerating. My smoked turkey was definitely not smoked. The green avocado I was craving was browning. Even the fries could save the meal. This is Idaho, anything potato is required to be delicious. For the cost of $10, I got a sandwich I should have know better than to order at a restaurant and just made it perfectly delicious at home. I've come to the conclusion I will not be visiting this blah tasting food establishment.
