    Party of six, twenty minute wait we were told. An hour later we heard the hostess ask for a party of nine. When I asked how a party of nine sits ahead of a party of six I received a blank stare. Fortunately someone else took charge and got us seated immediately. It was apparent the girl running the hostess stand was there because she couldn't do anything else. We waited another fifteen minutes after being seated before seeing a waitress, but at least she was apologetic and genuine. She did a great job considering how cranky we were when we sat down. We should have left and went somewhere else but we had invested so much time and were so hungry we stuck with it. Three stars. Could have been five, but the disaster trying to get in ruined the experience.

    I can't think of anything good from my family breakfast there, only unpleasant things: --Unprofessional staff: Workers at the host/hostess station were playing around with each other. The BIG guy was swatting his female co-worker with a menu. We were a captive audience while waiting to be seated. --Long wait to be seated. --Our table and the booth seats were dirty. --Waitress (older lady) with an attitude. She talked without even looking at us. She acted as if she had better things to do that serve us. --Rubbery pancakes, and the rest of the food was cold. Greasy hash browns. --Decaf coffee was cold and tasted as if it had been sitting on the burner for several hours. We won't be going back.

    Adrienne our server was just wonderful! Her beautiful smile and superior service was the perfect way to start our day. I had the crepe combo with sweet cream crepe with raspberries, eggs, hashbrowns and sausage links. The food was served in a timely manner, was hot and looked great. Lucky for us, the taste was just as good. We would definitely visit this IHOP again.

    Last month i went here with a couple of friends, we had 3 meals, and the server asked if we want the bills together, we told him yes. After paid for the meal which is around 33, we gave him 40 which is 7$ tips, which is not bad. Last Sunday we came back with a party of 9, he came right to us and told us that we didnt pay for our meal, a full stack of pancake which is 5$. He said that he paid for it and he need us to pay him back. Later he brought out the check for tonight meals, and demand us to pay him 5$ from the other day, Which is bs. We will Not come back to this place again. Because of 5$, now u lost so many costumers. Ps, We never ordered any full stack pancake

    I had a great experience at this IHOP. We were seated quickly, our waiter was attentive and our orders were taken right away and correctly. It was a busy time, Saturday morning. Everything was delicious.

    I succumb to the pressures of advertising and hurried into IHOP for crapes. It was a rainy Monday what could go wrong? Plenty As I stood up front waiting to be seated, seemingly unoccupied employees rapidly made themselves scarce. I was seated by my server Deanna after she gathered drink orders for the table before me. I ordered drinks for myself and two toddlers and an Oder of fries to settle the kids. Deanna told me "I'll give you a good long while to look over the menu" True to her word it took 22 minutes for Deanna to return. I watched my plate of fries bask in the glow of the heat lamps as she took the order for a large party; and someone who appeared to be a manager chit chat with regulars. I did have to remind her to bring the fries before taking our order. I ordered Mac n cheese and a short stack for the kiddies, and a breakfast crepe for myself, adding sausage. Deanna was kind and hurried off to get started. And I settled in for another long wait for the food. My attention was constantly drawn to the group beside me, one by one the each had issues with their order, while the matter was resolved I again watched my food sit in the window. Deanna was very nice telling me ore drinks; a cherry coke and two kids waters; was on her. She also said the plate of fruit was on her, although it came with the Mac n cheese meal. She also brought two yogurt tubes saying it was on her. Now I'm a server as well, I usually do the same but I never speak of absorbing the cost, I tell my guests. "I did not charge you" 25 min after ordering our food arrives. My mini diners dove right in. The Mac and cheese was now cold, as were the eggs on the kids breakfast. It took several attempts to get Deanna's attention to bring syrup! My breakfast crapes had gone cold and was missing the sausage. Now when I asked Deanna about my sausage I was told " they didn't put it in there? I told them to." Minutes later she returned with sausage and a new bill. So no apparently you didn't tell them. Overall a disappointing visit.

    Great IHOP, clean, friendly, and very fast. I barely had time to start reading after I ordered before the food arrived. Very attentive at the appropriate level. Exactly what I wanted. They totally made up for the poor breakfasts I had elsewhere.

    Absolute worst dining experience of my life. After walking in the door, we stood around for around three or four minutes as people walked past. Eventually, a shadow of what used to be a human being stepped out and angrily asked us how many people she would be seating. There were three of us, one child. She sat us in a booth, and layed two menus on the table. The table had not been washed, so I politely asked if she would mind wiping it down. My daughter was eager to color with the crayons, and ended up getting Maple Syrup from another patron all over her shirt. Once she wiped down the table, I took a look in my menu and found a sticky & wet tissue filled with the previous patrons phlegm. It took fourteen minutes for someone to visit our table for the first time. Our waitress, Lisa, showed up and asked what we would like to eat, and made a clearly ungeniune attempt to apologize for the wait. (Keep in mind this was at 2:00PM and only maybe four or five other tables were seated in the entire restaurant but a full staff and at least four servers were clocked on and working.) We only ever caught her name because it was printed on the receipt, Lisa had no nametag and never introduced herself. Lisa brough us our waters, and after eleven minutes, the coffee that my friend had ordered arrived as well. She now took our order, and maintained probably the worst attitude I have ever expierence from somone in the service industry, despite the level of kindness and politeness I offered to her. Our food arrived only a few minutes later, and was extremely subpar. It looks like the food was left over from the breakfast rush and was absolutely nothing even close to being fresh. The bacon on the plate was room temperature, and the eggs were only a few degrees above. My daughter wanted chicken strips, these were hard and must have been sitting under a heat lamp for some amount of time. As we ate, we noticed our waitress giving us dirty looks from back behind the wall while speaking with a co-worker. Lisa made one visit to our table, and asked us while walking by how everything was tasting. She continued to walk by, only throwing us a casual glance and squandering my attempt at obtaining a refill to my water. When she finally brought the check, we paid in cash. The bill was $21 and we put two $20s down on the slip. She returned with $18 in ones and did not give us a copy of the receipt.. I'm not at all ashamed to say that I was made so uncomfortable by this waitress and her mistreatment of us, that this was the first time I have ever not left at least a 10% tip and I believe it was absolutely deserved.

    Waiter messed up our order. Got an extra omelet ( which she told us not to worry about) which we ended up having to pay. Our order which was not elaborate took longer to serve . Wish I could give them zero stars.
