This establishment has been around since 1989. It's a locally owned restaurant and serves one of the best burgers I have ever had. The burgers are approximately 1 and a 1/2 inches thick. No double meat patties here. Get it all in one along with all the trimmings. This is definitely a place to go back to whenever in the area. They also serve breakfast and dinner, neither of which I have tried.

Strange vibe - a breakfast place with no real servers. Your order at a the counter and eventually your food comes out. In my opinion for a podunk location in the middle of far northwest Iowa the prices are outrageous. Food of this quality is cheaper in suburban Chucago. $5.99 for one egg, 1/2 order of hash browns and 1/2 order of meat is too much. $9 for the skillet was too much as well. The country skillet with sausage was covered in a cheese sauce instead of real cheese, it was a bit strange at best. A meal at McDonald's would have been a better value.
