My friend and I visited on the same night of Leeward's graduation. We first tried to go to Denny's, then the Thai place in kunia, then the Chinese place.. and all were packed so we settled on Wendy's. Boy was the drive thru line long. We went inside and luckily it was completely empty. Now, this review is going to be short because I don't know what I could say about a normal fast food joint that would be very profound or useful, but I'm mainly writing because my experience was a pretty awesome one. I'm guessing that since they were so busy, that's why they were out of a few of the things I wanted like rice for my chili or lemon Caesar dressing for my salad. Normally I would've been pretty bummed but I just could not be upset--not when our cashier was so nice and not to mention incredibly entertaining. Collin (cashier) and the others seemed really strapped for time and manpower but nonetheless, we got our food pretty quickly, despite the uber long line of cars outside. My experience that night was just one of those rare times you don't expect, when you're pleasantly surprised by how congenial and entertaining someone is. I laughed so much even though he wasn't making jokes at all; it was just his light hearted attitude that he had while he was running around trying to get things done. It's great to see someone turn an otherwise stressful situation into a fun one. That guy should be working in entertainment or somewhere where they could use enthusiastic and always positive people. Hope he goes places in life. Thanks for making my experience awesome.

Terrible customer service.. Just went in for a drink, pushed the coca-cola and all the bugs.. Funky smell, so disgusting!!

Bad attitude from the attendant at the window. Dude if you don't like the job then quit. I called the number to tell them there are bugs in my drink. The number leads to a fax machine. What the hell.

Out of the 5 locations that I've been to on oahu...This is the worst. Chicken nuggets were hard and dry like cardboard. Fries were stale and oily. Yucky! Wish I could get a refund

This location is convenient from my house, but I hate the fact that they always run out of potatoes. Almost EVERY time I go to order one, there's none! This can be at any time during the day. The dining room is always clean and the employees are very friendly. My only complaint is the potatoes! If it's a popular item, more should be ordered. There's like 5 different choices. They cost $4/piece. That's a lot of money that's being missed out on.

My favorite thing about Wendy's is their chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. It's cheap and price is right. I also like their iced coffee. In comparison to other fast food chain like McDonald's or burger king, their service isn't so happening. I've experience poor service from McDonald's and burger king. Generally speaking, I get not so good service from Wendy's 4 out of 5. I hope next time I visit they prove me wrong.

If I could give this Wendy's 0 stars then I would have! This is by far the worse Wendy's I have ever been to! First off, they ALWAYS get my order wrong. It is quite sad, because even when they repeat my order back to me they still get it wrong. How can that be?! Do they seriously have an idiot hiring the workers for this place? Honestly ... At the window they always ask "Would you like any sauces?" I tell them yes I would and which one. When I get home and anxious to eat my food ... it is the WRONG SAUCE. They made this mistake with me more than several times. Even when I checked before I even left the drive through. How can you possibly get the wrong sauce? I can understand if they were blind. But then that would mean they wouldn't even be working at a drive through window, period! So my advice, DO NOT come to this Wendy's. Save yourself the gas, money and time and go somewhere else for a meal.

Through the years, their order accuracy issue seems to have improved. Their value menu is no longer the cheapest with only a few items actually costing 99 cents. The one perk is the frosty keychain for $1. So when we do dine there, we always get a free jr frosty. My complaint is with the girl they always have up front at the register. She has red dyed hair. They seriously need to move her to the back where she doesn't have to interact with the public. I know fast food isn't the best job in the world but if you're unhappy with your job then quit! This was my second experience with this girl and this time it was enough to send a message to Wendy's corporate. Will they do anything about it? I don't know. But I feel something should be done about it. When we walked in, the manager (male in a red collared dress shirt) looked at me and said "customer up front" or something like that to alert them that we were there. She looked at us and went to her register. When we approached the counter another team mate said we were up there (obviously trying to agitate her) and she turns to him and says in a voice loud enough for everyone to hear, "NO SHIZ" directly in front of us AND the manager. Does the manager do anything? NO. Unbelievable. She does not smile. Does not greet. Does not even ask "may i take your order?" NOTHING. She just looks at you with a very obvious scowl on her face. We proceed with our order and she asks for my name. I give it to her. Ten minutes later, our order is ready. She looks at me and says "your order's ready". Why ask for my name? You may as well just nod up to tell me you're talking to me. I approach the counter and she turned around and went about whatever she was doing. I wasn't sure if she was grabbing something else for my order or not. When she never bothered to turn around, I grabbed the bags and checked them and we walked out. No thank you. NOTHING. After we left, we realized we had no receipt. We got home and we had NO sauce for our nuggets. She never asked what sauce we wanted and we were so distracted by her attitude, behavior, and straggly red hair everywhere that we forgot to even ASK for sauce! What's said is, all of this went on directly in front of the manager and he did nothing. A line was forming and I didn't want to create a scene. I did contact Wendy's corporate about this because this is just completely unacceptable. She was the same way the last time we were there and I let it go because I figured maybe she was just having a bad day. It's pretty apparent that she must hate her job or something. If that's the case, quit. Don't take it out on the customers. We're the ones providing her a paycheck! No wonder the line to the drive through is always long.

Very quick drive thru. Got our order wrong though, ordered 2 medium frosties and only got one.

This place sucks! Literally... Ok I am a little frustrated that my order was incorrectly taken. I ordered only two junior bacon cheeseburger. The employee somehow gets my order wrong, but the frustrating thing about all this is that she then proceeds to tell me what I ordered. No apologies, no attempt to make things right. She just stares at me. So of course me being irritated at the time I just stare back until I give in and get her name. Initially I did post this with her name on this review, but just writing about my experience I believe will be sufficient. I guess customer service does not exist at this restaurant...

I came here around 9:00 on 2/2/14. The employees took forever to take orders in the drive thru even though there were not many people inside. We finally got to the order screen and were asked to wait a moment. After a few minutes, we ordered as usual stating the drink with NO ice (everybody knows they like to fill the whole thing with ice) and barbecue sauce. Service was not friendly and we had to repeat everything including the no ice. They took it back and filled it up 2 inches from the top. I didnt want to complain despite the poor service so we just went inside to fill it up myself. This isnt the first time we had poor service here. This place needs new management

I loathe coming to this location, but because son was craving for Wendy's and it was almost 10pm I was too lazy to drive to the other Wendy's in Pearl City(better customer service there) ok, so the lady at the window did not know what sugar was... she instead gave us salt and pepper. .. We again asked for SUGAR for the ice tea she tells us, "one moment please" .. waited and waited just to hear her tell us later that they don't have.. WTH?... And also, they forgot to put plastic forks for son's salad... ugh .. pls pls pls retrain each and everyone of them. .. like, how hard can it be? smh..... don't even come to.this location. . Drive to the pearl city near Walmart. ... I beg of you.... ughhhh. .

I never thought that I'd be writing a review for Wendy's, but here I am, doin it. Why am I doin it? Because I don't quite understand why this place has 1.5 stars! After a long journey through Kaneohe, Kahuku, Waialua, and a handful of other Wai-somethings, my friends and I find ourselves in Kunia wanting frosties and fries. And of course, we've been checking in on Yelp all day so we just gotta check in at Wendy's! We're not passing that up, man! As I look up from my phone, I say to my friends, "Dude, this Wendy's only has one and a half stars!" Friend 1: "What? No way! It's so clean here!" (lol, seriously, guys! The place looks new.) Friend 2: "And they're so nice here!" (The guy taking the order is super patient with us even though we were all being newbs asking him about how big each of the frosty cups are... like four separate times!) Me: "And they've got eye candy here!" (They've also got other candy here, but we'll get to that.) My Guy Friend (He was the only guy in our group of girls, so the name works.) sarcastically says, "Oh, yeah, eye candy is why we're here." But you can just tell what was on his mind already, "Sure, candy for you, maybe." Yes, candy for me! Because after we all finished eating and were hanging out, talking story, the manager comes up to us... with a bowl of peppermints in her hand... offering to clear our table for us! True story, bro! Marcia L. to the manager: We'll give you 5 stars! Seriously, I'm sorry to everyone who's had their orders messed up and gotten horrible service, but we had such great service, we just couldn't get over the 1.5 stars! Chelsea L.: Hey, so when you write the review, make sure you say that they were really nice and really patient and this place is really clean... I turn to my other friends while she continues talking to say, "She's like telling me to write a review for Wendy's and she's seriously dictating it to me right now!" We all kinda laughed and I turned back to Chelsea and said, "Why don't you write it yourself!" So look forward to Chelsea L.'s (and Marcia L.'s) review... coming soon to this Wendy's Yelp page.

Ok so I was craving a frosty and decided to go to Wendy's. We normally come to this location because it's only a minute away from home. The other times we've come, the service was ok. Nothing irritated me enough to complain about. But this time!! Idk what happened. So the drive through line had about 5 cars ahead of us. We waited to get to the ordering screen. It took a little longer then usual. But I was ok with it. We get to the ordering screen and the worker tells us to hold (not in a nice way I might add). After waiting a few minutes we order 1 frosty and 1 drink. The line from there was still taking a little longer then usual. But it was ok, no big deal. When we finally get to the food window. We're literally sitting there for a few minutes before the worker takes our payment. After giving my card back, we wait. And wait. And wait. All I hear is the girl talking with somebody. She swears, then complains about having to pay $500 for her insurance. She comes back to window with our frosty and drink. I immediately notice her phone to her ear. Wtf??!? Who in there right mind would take a personal phone call at work?? Swearing loud and taking ages to make a frosty?? All of this right in front of your customer.!! What a fucking idiot I tell you. She needs some kind of punishment for her poor service. There wasn't even a thank you or any kind of farewell to us. That was literally the WORST service at a drive through. I waited at least 15 minutes for a damn frosty!! If management is reading this. I came to this location Tuesday, March 31 at around 8pm. The worker was a black girl with a red shirt!! You should fire this terrible worker. Or something!! Idk but improve on your work ethics. It was very poor service and I was deeply disappointed. Kind of sad cause I'm younger than that worker and I know how to give good service.. Just saying.

Avoid at all cost - slowest "fast food" joint I've ever been to! Waited over half an hour with only three cars in front of me. Employees slow as crap and disorganized.

I LOVE Wendy's in Guam! when I moved to Hawai'i I wanted to have Wendy's soooo bad and I came to the one in Mililani.. It's super far from where I live. I got two caesar side salads came alll the way home and opened my plastic boxes and I see two bugs inside on my salad. Good thing I saw it before I ate my salad.. or I would've thrown up for days. I love wendy's but this experience ruined it for me... like honestly. Everything just grosses me out. I called and they said that I can come in and get it replaced and in my head I was like HELLLL NO sick. I have pictures for it too..

Drive thru lady was RUDE. After every sentence was "is that it?" And they took decades making my order. All I ordered was a salad and burger. NOT THAT HARD LADIES!! I open my salad container to find a third of chicken in there(half cooked) and WATER in my salad. A PUDDLE OF WATER AT THE BOTTOM OF MY SALAD. Super annoying-.-

The last day of vacation, headed to the airport, we went through on Saturday at about 11:30am. We ordered 5 #1's and a kid's meal. Every one of our single with cheese was a special order. one had everything, one with no ketchup, one no onions on another, one no onions or ketchup, the last one plain. Our order was complex and these guys got it RIGHT! We each enjoyed our burger and it was probably one of the best Wendy's i've been to. The put each combo in an individual bag and handed it to us stating which sandwich was which! I appreciate that tremendously....that certainly made eating in a car with 6 people much easier! Thank you Waipahu Wendy's. We'll be back in a year. :) I tried to call the management team to thank them but they did not answer.

I like going to this location. They always move the drive-thru line quickly. I've never had my order wrong both in the drive-thru and dine-in, unlike the location by the Pearl Highlands Wal-Mart. I love their chili, both with crackers or with rice. The small size is good enough for one if you plan on ordering something else, but the large size really is a meal all by itself. It's not like other chilis you get at other restaurants. You can actually see the bits of ground beef and vegetables inside the chili. The liquid is thin, more like a soup rather than a heavy thick stew. So this chili is a lot more light than others. I can never go to Wendys without at least ordering 1 order of the chicken nuggets. If I'm hungry I'll order a couple orders with different sauces. Can't go wrong with my default bbq sauce though. I know it's gotten a little bit more expensive now. The $1 menu doesn't really exist with this franchise. Nonetheless, Wendys does have different food selection compared to McDonalds and Jack in the Box. And it tastes a lot more fresh than something you would get at other fast food places. There aren't that many locations compared to Jacks and McD, so I always try to take advantage of Wendys when I'm in the area.

I went to Wendy's today for a treat for me and my son....I have not been there for a few years..I used to love it there and my son was very young when we used to always go there..OMG...First off the girl asking my order was the rudest smart azz..She kept interupting me and would NOT answer my questions and I could hear loud laughing in the back ground. She was very busy talking and joking with her co-workers or other customers to care what I had to ask. I ordered 2 chicken sanwiches,1 was spicey and 1 was homestyle..I asked for Ketchup when I paid and the lady I paid asked me "Do you want Ketchup?" I said yes ..So I asked then she asked me..Guess what I did not get any Ketchup..Well, we got 2 of the same "somethings" sandwiches..!! No markings and so we did not know what we were eating. The fries were salty and tasted like they were fried in old grease..!! We throw the fries away, the sandwich whatever it was was coated in Mayo on evey layer..bun,lettauce,tomato,chicken thing, bacon and more on top bun..ewwww... I called to tell them what I thought and spoke to the same lady who I asked for Ketchup and she repeated it back to me..!!She said she was the ,amager but, her English was as bad as the Ketchup lady from Manila..!! I will NEVER ever go back there and I will tell ALL my family and friends as well..!!

Waited in the drive thru for a good 25 min. Line was moving very very slow. Guy that took our payment was polite but unfortunately, didn't really hustle much when it came to getting our drink. We got all of our food and then the manager looked at me and said,"that's all." I told her, "um...our drinks?" Then she just yelled at another worker to make the drinks. Lazy manager, lazy workers, slow drive thru...your better off going to Jack and the box across the street.

Got the baconator and was disappointed, the burger was dry. Just by looking at it you could tell and biting into it was confirmation. Also got the chili instead of fries. Had to go up to the counter because they forgot to give the seasoning packet, without it the chili is bland, with it, it's the best chili ever! Restroom was clean and the service was okay.

I can't express how awful this place can get. Every time that we've come here, they've messed up our order. The last time was THE last time. This is what happened: Before ordering, the lady was busy talking to one of her co-workers, laughing. I ordered 1 chili and 2 of the 4 piece plain chicken nuggets. I wanted to order a drink but the woman cuts me off with a loud, "HAH? WHATCHU SAID?" So I had to repeat myself all over again. The lady asks me if I wanted the plain or spicy, and I had said plain. The woman says, "HAH!?" again and I said, "What did you not hear?" And then the bitch yells at me, "I SAID DO YOU WANT SPICY OR PLAIN!" I swear, if it weren't for my daughter being hungry and wanting that place, I would've gone up to the window and started a ruckus. I didn't want to stick around, I was so annoyed. I told her plain, I didn't get a drink. We get our order and go back to the house. Only to find out she gave us spicy nuggets. HOLY FRICK. THANKS JERK FACES, NOT ONLY DID I GET BAD SERVICE, YOU MESSED UP MY ORDER AS WELL AND MY CHILD WAITED FOR NOTHING. I hate this place so much. Don't buy food from here.

Just popped in the drive thru for a couple of frosties. I was surprised to find that they changed the frosty drastically. It didn't have the same texture as I once remember. I don't know how to describe it but I know that I don't care for it..............yeah, not so much. Kinda had that icy but slimy feel. Bring back the original Frosty!!!!!!

If I could rate them below I would! THEY SUCK so disrespectful to their customers. I was so tired when I went through their drive through on our last last visit and I accidentally order a whopper jr and I was laughed at. Which I was kind mad about BUT I got to the window no hello and they were talking shit about me. It was late so no one was in the front and there was about 2 people only there working and no other customer in the drive through. They are bad as normal. THey never say thank you and they do talk to each other all the dang time! NEVER A MISS. We go there alot because its close by atleast once a week. We use to go more often but I am not going anymore. I am tired of their crap! If I want Wendys I have to go Kapolei. They are really awesome and nice!

Serious problems here. No paper towels in the bathroom. Consistently get orders wrong. Employees look like they hate their job. I know $7.25/hr in Hawaii sucks but sulking at work is not about to change that.

This place is so & so. Sometimes they take forevers to take my order at drive thru, sometimes they are on point. Was reading reviews about very rude and bad customer service. Luckily If I don't recall never had a rude employee or someone cracking up jokes and what not! But of all times, I had a couple of my orders where I had to wait awhile. Also I remember I ordered fries and it was stale. Not fresh. This is why I always say no salt to have them freshly made and I add salt in later. Anyway, I came here tonight since I was craving Wendy's. Only thing I love about the Wendy's menu is their burgers tastes more fresher than mcd and jack in the box. Meat is better quality. Also like their chili and more variety than mcd and BK. Wendy's is one of my fave fast food spots over anything. Best this is I always order the jr cheese burger meal, medium size and I always pay under $5 for it and always get a side order which is enough for me and in my budget. They got my meal correct and also for really fresh no salt fries which was a plus! Been to the one in Pearl city also. There's a slow worker there. But haven't been there lately but this place is so and so so far. Just rather come to this location than in kapolei. I live in Ewa beach so the drive ain't that bad. And another note customer service really sucks! No hi or some type of greeting while paying. Also when getting my food, no have a good night. Made me look inside my bag to double check of everything was there which I usually do but at least some type of communication!

It's your usual fast food chain restaurant, but they have a variety of other items other than burgers, so sometimes it's better than going to McD's or BK. Apple Pecan Chicken Salad - 4 stars - an alternative to buying the regular greasy burger and fries. They give a pretty thick slice of a grilled chicken pattie with lettuce, apples, blue cheese, cranberries. The pecans comes in a separate little package as well as the pomegranate dressing. I liked this salad compared to the other fast food burger joints that just sell basic salad. Plus, the chicken is warm and cooked to order. Chicken McNuggets kid's meal - 3 stars - comparable to McD's with a choice of 4 sauces, but the toy was just a plastic bear. Chili - 4 stars - On the sweeter side, my family loves this chili and it's easily ready to buy if you're on the go or to take home to add to our rice for a really cheap dinner. Strawberry frosty shake - 3 stars - my son thought it was ok, but super sweet. Service - 3 stars - The cashier was pleasant, but forgot to give us everything of what we ordered. Though friendly, he forgot my kid's milk that came with the kid's meal as well as the sauces for the chicken mcnuggets. However, he did apologize courteously and gave me extra sauces and didn't act sassy like some of those other cashiers at other fast food establishments. Lucky I was eating in, or I just need to remember, if taking out at any fast food joint to remember to check my food before driving off.. Overall, this Waipahu/Kunia Wendy's is clean, and lots of parking and tables for a group of kids to sit and eat. It's a good alternative fast food burger joint to eat at with more choices than McD's or BK. They also have a soda station, but I forgot to ask if it was unlimited refills.

I like Wendy's food, but don't usually go there because there is no outdoor seating. We got a few coupon offers, so we gave it a go on Thursday, 09/06/12 @ 5:00pm. + Able to use free offer coupons without any fuss! + Able to use more than one coupon per customer. The offer didn't specify "only one offer per transaction." +Counterperson "Solo" was busy taking care of the walk-in counter and assisting the drive-through, but very friendly and polite. +Chili & rice. Our offer was for free chili & rice, no purchase necessary. The chili sauce is on this thin side - not the gravy or stew consistency like Zippy's, but it was meaty. I'm okay with the thinner sauce since it was served over rice. Taste is always subjective, but I liked the flavor. +Chicken nuggets on the Value Menu. 4 for 99-cents. What's not to like? Good little chunk of meat; not over-battered. +Free frosty with any purchase. -Frosty consistency is more like a thick shake than ice cream. I did like the taste, though. -Fries were soft. It was almost like they were steamed. -Soda fountain area was littered with straws, cup lids, napkins, and utensils that fell out of the dispenser. Counter was sticky from spilled liquids and ketchup. -Manager walked around the dining room to say hello to a guest, but didn't tend to the soda fountain area or the un-bussed tables in the dining room. Since I'm a dog owner, I prefer places with outdoor dining areas. But, with the "free frosty with any purchase until 12/31/12" key tag, I'd come back. 001 of 365

What can I say? It's a fast food joint. You don't come here looking for spectacular food. Just something fast that'll fill you up. Well most all of the Wendy's that I've been to, but this one in particular, is soooooo slow, they need to take the word "Fast" out of fast food. The food is not bad for fast food, but it's not as cheap as it should be. I'll take a good plate lunch costing about the same price any day.

As we were pulling in and I pulled up this location to check-in on Yelp, I got antsy. So many bad reviews for a fast food place? And Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food places...Well, I tried to be optimistic. Our order was taken only once and the girl got it right. She even let me have 1/2 original nuggets and 1/2 spicy nuggets in my 6 piece order. Service was super fast. The servers were friendly enough. Now, that is where the normal drive thru experience ends. I can summarize my meal with one word: greasy. I'm not just hating on Wendy's-but for some reason the food tasted like it had been fried in old oil. My natural cut sea salt fries were cold! The spicy nuggets had freezer burn smell and were extra super spicy. The plain nuggets were not that great-they were slightly better than microwaved chicken nuggets (they were also a bit cold). The chili was okay but they didn't give me a spoon or any saltine crackers. And what happened to the value menu? Instead of $0.99-things were $1.15? I'm so confused and disappointed with my first Wendy's trip on Oahu. I hope the Kapolei location really is better. Otherwise I may have to pretend that there are no Wendy's here on the island :/ Bottom line-would never come back to this location...EVER. It gives Wendy's a bad name. And there is a Jack In the Box right across the street.

I agree with other negative reviews about this Wendy's in Royal Kunia, especially in regards to customer service. I've been visiting this Wendy's for a shade under 10 years and the customer service in the drive-thru has gone from worst to worst (at least it's not getting any worse!). In the past, there was a worker there who had the most dead-voice monotone ever. You could be trying to make fun of a dead pan voice ("Bueller? Bueller?") and it still wouldn't have compared to that woman's voice in the drive-thru. She sounded like she hated her job (which she probably did) but I bet somewhere in the employee rulebook it says that they're supposed to fake it. I probably would have given two stars to this Wendy's since for the most part, although workers hated being there, at least they filled orders correctly......IN THE PAST that is. Last week, an older lady with a Filipino accent boomed on the speaker...I made sure I AR-TICK-YOO- LAY-TED my order and was relieved when she repeated it back to me correctly. When I get home, I realize she gave me wrong types of sandwiches.

I love their food but service sucks! I usually order the side salad ceasar, a large chilli, and a large fries. I went to the drive thru one night for midnight and I even rush together there because it was late but realized they are "open late" 1. Rude customer service telling us they are close. 2. It was not even 1230 am yet! Pros: cheap food and really good for late night to satisfy you. Cons: in the day, not much cashiers out front. They rush you when you order at the drive thru, I ordered a drink and had 3 more to go, so after I said a small drink they told me my total. Drive thru people especially at night are total b****es. Bottom line, food is good, service sucks! If you want to eat late there, assume they'll close like 12am. I think they feel like they won't get caught.

Reading all the negative reviews, make you wonder, does their corporate office even care?? I experienced the same bad service, order errors, product inconsistencies, etc. Hey Wendy's, can you spell, BURGER KING or JACK IN THE BOX...

This Wendy's, for as long as I can remember, has always been a complete and utter failure in every aspect. They somehow manage to make the food terrible, which is amazing since they have the same food distributed to them as other Wendy's locations. Their customer service is terrible, the place is constantly filthy and I sometimes wonder if any of the employees aren't completely stoned when they show up for work. My most recent failure at this location was at the drive through. I had to repeat my order 6, count em 6 times! Seriously!?! WTF? The girl taking my order spoke perfect english, I really think she was just too high to understand me. Okay, she may not have been high, she may have just been incredibly stupid, but that's neither here nor there. Anyway, I get home and my burger has pickles and cheese....and that's it. No lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, nothing! WTF????? YOU FAIL WENDY'S!!! From now on when I want Wendy' I'll just drive to Kapolei. Hopefully this location goes out of business soon and is replaced with something that doesn't completely suck. Doubtful, but it's a nice thought.

Chili was not hot (temperature). Big disappointment as chili was always hot here and other locations. They messed up today. Will have to micro them

Ok. I love the way they make their jr. bacon cheeseburger. But honestly I was pretty disappointed from our last visit which was on 12/20/2011 lunch. We ordered a salad, asked for two jr. bacon and one of them to be light on the mayo, and then we ordered a 6 piece nugget. So here was the dilemma... 1) We did not get that dressing for the salad. 2) No label of which jr. bacon was light on the mayo...so we had to open both ones to decipher. And the person doing the drive through...didn't seem happy to be there. But hey she probably was having a bad day but still...everyone knows that you need to leave whatever personal ordeal you got away from the work place. I still would go their for the Jr. bacon though. Just saying :)

Omg...this place is terrible! I went to the drive through, ordered, and went to the window to pay. They took forever to collect my $ & give my food. Not even an acknowledgement. Check my bags & they forget my fries. Good thing I always check before I leave! I get home, ready to eat, open up my sandwich & there's no chicken! Only fricken bread & lettuce! WTF!

Disappointment for a great fast food chain Pros: Great, cheap fast food. Quality is up to par or even more with other fast food chains. Great fries! Cons: Terrible customer service. Countless times where staff forgot items in my drive thru order and upon confronting the staff about it, there was a "its your fault" attitude (this happened for about 3 times). Overall 1 star.

Just ate at Wendy's in Kunia. Very disappointing! It is lunchtime and they ran out of baked potatoes. The lady said that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We weren't about to wait. You would think that they would be more prepared. Unless there was a massive rush for baked potatoes before we came?! Could be? Then we had to wait almost 10 minutes to get our food. The lady got our order mixed up and then forgot to give us our fries. Oy! I'll probably end up driving the distance to go to Pearl City where we've had better experiences. Too bad Kunia. I hope you don't lose too many customers.

Only one counter person...grrrr It is ironic, as I stand in line to order my Wendy's burger, chili and water I opened YELP on my phone to see what others said about Wendy's...to my surprise all four YELPS said "what I was feeling at the time" I wanted to rate Wendy's a 2 star until I read the other four complaints, slow service, rude manager, so I am going to follow suit and rate this one a 1 star also! Like many I love the Wendy's burger and chili and I am still going to return not as often as I would like, but it would sure be nice if two cashers where working on the inside at lunch time and the manager were not barking out and orders and belittling the employees in front of us customers. One would think Wendy's (Big Corporate Wendy's) would have a customer service person track there YELP comments and correct the negatives, perhaps a little customer service would go a long way?

Rush you through the drive through only to get your order wrong. No receipt, wrong food, and charged more than what was quoted at the window. Spare your time and money the disappointment. Though, it is Wendy's...

i havent been to Wendy's in probably about 2 years (probably longer) even though I regularly visit Jacks across the street from them. For one, I stopped going because the french fries used to taste like pork...YES..PORK! It had a gross after taste. My burgers always used to look FLAT, like they smashed it after they put it together, AND it was microwaved. After a few visits like that, I decided that I wasnt going to Wendys anymore. Fast forward a couple of years later to today....and I was shocked when I went through the drive through. Prices were pretty expensive compared to what I last remembered. I ordered anyway. The fries were good and fresh this time. Had a little bit of an after taste....but it wasnt as bad as the last time I remembered. I think they might be using the oil to cook other things too. My Chicken sandwich was actually decent tasting, but it did seem like it was still microwaved or something. Anyway, based on the price of the food vs. quality....i probably wont be going back there. The service wasnt so great either. The ordering was fine...but when i got to the window.....I heard nothing from them. I gave the guy money, he didnt delivery my food to me (someone else did). I didnt get a Hi...or Bye. I wasnt asked about condiments. AND I didnt get a receipt. Hmmmmm..... Advice/question for Wendy's" Change your oil frequently....do you use your fryer for other items? Well....sorry wendy's but you probably wont be getting a visit from me. I'll try another Wendys at a different location. Till we see each other again......in 2014....aloha!

This is the crappiest fast food place I have ever eaten at. This place reeks bad service. I always have high hopes for this joint but it always disappoints. I will give you 3 reasons why. 1. CRAPPY SERVICE: On more the one occasion the clerk at the window is being annoying. They just hand you the food, no smile, no thank you, not even okay everything is here. Also, they tried to shorthand me by giving me $7 less change. WHAT THE EFF!? You cannot add??? Then why the heck are you a cashier? 2. They made my burgers look like vomit. I bought this really expensive swiss mushroom burger. There weren't any tomatoes not even onions. It look literally like vomit. And I ordered three of them for my friends. I was so pissed off because 1. The crappy service. 2. They didn't even get my order correct, then 3. They give me vomit food!? 3. The clerk was flirting on shift. It made me gag how she flirted when we were there eating. She literally got out of the desk and went by the tables and started flirting. -_- *this place is a last resort for me, you have been warned.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD!!! The drive thru person took ten thousand years to take our order, she would stop talking when I was saying my order, then she completely disappeared!!! We sat for a good five minutes saying, "hello? Hello? Hello?!" We finally got our order in... At the pick up window, we see all of the employees talking and laughing, paying no attention to us. Then they give us our food, order was cold and over salted, mind you we asked for NO salt. The only good thing that came out of there was the soda!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
