Ordered a couple of medium pizzas today because there is a school fundraising promotion so they were busy. I ordered online and chose to carry out. I figured that delivery would take long. I went in 30 minutes after I ordered and I still had to wait a while to get my pizza. Everyone working looked like they were working full blast! Phones were ringing off the hook ! When my oder was up, the cashier handed it to me. I looked at the label on the top box and it was my name....so I walked out. I didn't realize that the second pizza was the wrong pie until I opened the box at home. The order belong to someone else. I'm upset that it's the wrong pizza but it actually worked out in my favor because it had a lot of toppings and the one I was missing was just a pepperoni and extra cheese. The location is not close to where I live so I was NOT going to go back and return it since people had already started eating it. In any case, the pizza came out in a time that I expected since I knew it would be busy. But I did have to give them only 3 stars because that is a major error. For the guy who didn't get his pizza, he'd have to wait a long time for them to remake it. Sorry for your loss but your pizza was tasty Gary B.

Was craving for some late night pizza, so I called a few mins after 11pm (Wasn't too sure if they were actually going to be able to take my order due to the fact that they close at midnight, but they sure did!) Ordering was a breeze, thanks to whoever took my order. When I wasn't too sure of what to get on my 2nd pizza, he was nice enough to name all of the single toppings that they have to offer. Really appreciated that. I got 2 large pizzas, a 2-liter drink, and wings delivered about 30 mins after I ordered, so it arrived right when they said it would be delivered. Thank you to whoever was working tonight that helped satisfy my cravings! 5 stars!

WARNING: Be careful ordering from this Papa Johns!! Do not give your credit card info over the phone. I was a victim of identity theft because of one of the kids from this location. They used my card to call a 900# and used about $500 worth! I called the police and filed a complaint but there was no follow-up. I called the district office and a manager called me back apologizing and offered me free pizza. I declined and said they need to screen their workers better and know I feel like I cannot even order a pizza without being afraid of identity theft. I let all my fam and friends know about what happened to me. How many people have been victimized out there and don't know it, all because they ordered a pizza from Papa Johns?! This happened awhile back and hopefully no one else has been a victim. Be very careful!!!

We always go here on Wednesdays when they have the $10 web Wednesday deal. It's located in a sketchy area, and the parking situation is weird. People kind of just park wherever. Good customer service. Good food.

I HATE THEIR ONLINE SITE! I have tried to place an order on their website many times only to have the site not recognize my address. So I have to call every time I need to place an order!!! This last time the person taking my order sounded like an idiot. He tried to verify my address which I know he already is looking at so I verify it as fast as I can. My phone is dying keep that in mind. He didn't catch my verification and I verified AGAIN! I asked him aren't you looking at my address? He ignores what I asked what a dumb person. By the end of the call my phone dies no order was placed. I did get to provide him with the gift card information but not the bank card info for the balance. I am finally able to borrow a phone and I called back expressing how irritating it is to not be able to have the convenience of placing the damn order online is and she checks the gift card and now all of a sudden there is NO credit on it. Even though at this point I am ready to rip peoples heads off. The MANAGER is awesome! She handled me very well made sure not to say or imply anything that would make me flip out. She is great at diffusing the situation. If ever pissed ask for the manager.

I decided to change my review because we ordered from them tonight (against my better judgement) and the delivery lady was friendly, courteous, and certainly deserving of a nice tip. She came 10 minutes before the time I was quoted, the pizza was hot, AND this was on a Friday night! It was a pleasant surprise, and as long as this good service continues I will continue to be a customer. :)

I order from Papa Johns not because I love their pizzas. But because they offer online ordering and papa rewards. It's so much more convenient than having to call in an order. To be able to surf their site and peruse the menu at my own pace is so much better. I can change my mind before I actually order and throw in sides, extra sauce, or drinks at ease. I prefer Pizza Hut because of the greasy and stuffed crust. But they don't offer online ordering. I hate having to call in an order. It's always noisy in the background and they go so fast with their specials, you feel like you're interrupting their day by calling in. Back to PJ, the rewards program is awesome. Free pizza is a huge plus! Their pizza's usually arrive in 30-40 minutes. The drivers are always courteous and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh and my family is happy. Good vibes all around. For work, I go to PJ's when I need to put in a large order for office meetings. It's always on time with super service. They are consistent at any location whether the order is big or small. Yay!

I usually order from Papa Johns only because it's the closest delivery but they're really disappointing. Idk if it's all Papa Johns but their medium pizzas are more like smalls. This last time I ordered from them really ticked me off. I ordered online and requested ranch DIPPING sauce but instead I got my whole pizza made WITH ranch sauce instead of the red pizza sauce. Kinda weird & definitely not what I wanted. Also the spicy buffalo wings are NOT spicy at all! & they've got barely any meat on them. $9 for skin and bones dipped in some type of not spicy sauce. Very disappointing! Never ordering from them again. Blegh.

When I walked in, I was immediately helped by a man.. He was nice but needed help with my order, which I didn't mind but when he asked his supervisor to help him, his supervisor was not helpful with the guy who took my order so I thought that was rude. Other than that, Papa John's pizza is always good!

How can you go wrong when you need to get your carb fix for some decent pizza with some change left over? They are always consistant and friendly. I usually call to pick it up and never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes. Thanx always SL!! There's great, mouth watering, mind blowing, can't get enough, explosive, jonesing for more, thinking about it 24/7 pizza and then there's Papa Johns.

My gawd this place is so embarrassing!! Im not sure how this place even has anything above a star. Last Friday i placed an order for our companys weekly lunch party and the person who was gonna fund such a beautiful event wanted 3 Large pizzas from this craptastic place. They started taking orders at 10am so i called at 10AM. The chick picking up the phone kept hanging up on me, litterally took me 3 times to get her attention. Apparently you dont need to know how to pick up the phone if you work at the call center. I order x1 meat lovers x1spinich,chix,tomato, and x1 mush & pepp on thin crust. The girl said it would take 20-45 mins. The time span she gave was the beacon of light considering i was talking to this monotone employee of the month for 10mins. The pizza came at 11:30 :) thats my sarcastic smiley face bc not only was the pizza super effing late, it was cold. OF COURSE!! So we all ate cold, stale, cardboard tasting pizza. The founder of P.J. needs to yank his shitty commercials off bc he sits on a throne of lies!!!! To make matters worst, almost 2 hours later 7/10 of us had a horrible reaction to the pizza and played of the scene from Bridesmaids. it was a sight to see. will never order from here again. I called back to speak to the manager and they basically said, welll.. the basic "we're sorry about you unfortunate situation" la la la. NO Solution given.

I placed an online order for a large specialty pizza and 20 pc. buffalo wings. I got the email confirmation stating that my order should be ready in about 15-25 minutes so I waiting about 20 minutes before leaving to go and pick up my order (I live like 2 minutes away). I came in and was NOT greeted or even asked if I was picking up an order until I stood by the register for a good couple of minutes. The guy who finally helped me said that it should take a few more minutes. Here's what bothered me, SO there were about 5 workers there and 4 of them were just hanging out and chilling and blasting there music while one guy (maybe because he was white?) was doing all the work like making the pizzas placing them in the boxes, and working on the chicken wings. That poor thing! I felt so bad for him because all the other employees were just slacking off while he picked up their workload! At one point I even saw one of the workers (I guess he was the driver) carry one medium pizza and 2 other employees had to accompany him to his car. WTF?! Seriously?? I had all this time on my hands waiting for my small order which in the end I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for my order to be complete. I think management should seriously rethink who to and NOT to hire here.

This Papa Johns needs some serious work... every time we order- something is wrong. Either our chicken strips have the wrong sauce (or none at all), our dipping sauces are completely wrong, the pizza falls apart immediately, or they are out of something (out of 2-Liters, out of spinach alfredo sauce, etc) or the delivery times takes twice as long as they say. I think this place probably gets by because bad pizza is still good pizza... & no where else delivers to our house. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but their consistency in being sub-par is really frustrating. We won't be ordering from this restaurant anymore... :(

just got my delivery. While I prefer to make my own pizza when I just want to eat and not cook Papa John's is the best. Pizza Hut is down the street but my pizza always arrives cold. Papa John's is on the other side of Waipahu but it arrives hot out of the oven. The cheese is oozy and hot. All the workers are friendly and the best..... Highly recommend over Pizza Hut.
