Went to subway at Mililani mauka and mililani town center. I had 3 passport coupons to use before they expire in Dec (buy 1 6-inch and a 30oz drink and get a 6-inch free) Both locations refused to let me use 3 even after the town center location let do it before. They just rang it up seperately. I guess subway dont want money or business. Mind you both locations were totally empty. That's okay subway. I gave my business to McDonalds!

If I could I would love to give this establishment the lowest rating ever. I have experienced the worst, ABSOLUTE WORST service here! I had a simple request of combining multiple gift cards into one so I could register it on Subways card rewards program. The manager MARTHA first had me pay for my sandwich with one of the cards. She then began to combine the two cards together and stated there was a balance of 26 dollars or so. Then she proceeded to combine the other three cards and stated she couldn't do it, and I was holding up the line and told me to sit down. I told her that I would be leaving because I had a short lunch break and said could you print out a copy of the balance for me. She then grabbed the card out of my hand and swiped it into the register. She stated there was no balance on the card. So I told her "you stated not to long ago that this card had around 26 dollars, and now you're telling me there is nothing?" She said she didn't say that and told me "I don't know, you're the one who swiped those cards!" She asked for the card with the depleted value, and I stated that I had thrown it in the trash can because she combined it with the card she just swiped! She asked me to dig it out of the trash can so she could check it. Imagine that! Asking a customer to dig through the trash! After that she checked the card which I dug out of said trash only to find out as predicted the balance was zero! At this point I asked for the owners phone number, and she gave me a FAX line number!!! Do I accidentally called the wrong Mililani subway (since there are multiple locations nearby) and another manager gave me the right number to call! They took those two cards from me saying they were going to fix the problem, and find that twenty something dollars. Let me just say that they still currently have both of my cards and have yet to correct this problem. The manager offered me no apology and said "that the customer is not always right!" This is hands down the WORST subway in existence!

I also attempted to use coupons at Subway Mililani mauka, but employee refused to accept it. Bought my sandwiches anyway. Last night ordered a Club sandwich and there was barely any filling. I felt like I paid $7+ for a 12" veggie sandwich. No quality control and consistency in the amount of meat filling used. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS SUBWAY!

Lunch time is the worst time to go, the line is super long and it moves super slow. Times to go would be after lunch and before dinner.

You can't say you don't know what your getting although you always are looking at the menu and then get what you thought of when you walked through the door. (smile) The staff here are kind and really, REALLY give you all the veggies you desire on your sub. I always order the Veggie Sub. I don't get any sauce because I only eat 1/2 and save the rest. Sauce makes the bread mushy if you wait too long. Anyway, I have so many Pepperchinis that they can hardly close the sammy. You could call it a Hot Pepper Sub. Prices are reasonable. $1 more than on the mainland and that's not really fair though that's the price you pay for paradise. I can live with that. Anyway, it's delicious and they do care here to make the best you order. Leave a tip, they earn it. Cheers!!

Two workers making sandwiches while one was cleaning the windows and taking her sweet time walking around the shop. wish they had more than 2 tables to sit on and one of them is a two seater. I wish the next time i come the third person would help make the sandwiches. I don't care if she's a manager or whatever that isn't a good way to set an example for your coworkers. There was about 7 people in line when I got there so it took awhile for me to put my order in.

Since I'm on a diet (ugh), I love the information about the fat grams in the sandwiches and toppings. I had the Turkey/Smoked Ham on flatbread: VERY yummy for 6 grams of fat! My kids tried the breakfast sandwiches: Steak & Eggs and Double Bacon & Eggs. Two thumbs up, it was better than they expected. I commend them for offering egg whites!! AWESOME! The workers were very friendly and fast. The only junk part is that they have just 2 tables: a two-seater and a four-seater.

Now this is where you want to go to carb up after hitting a workout at 24 hour fitness. I love the chicken bacon ranch footlong. It hits all my taste buds and leaves me feeling full and evergized. The sandwhiches taste great.

Might want to have this one to go. Subway has very limited seating, three or four small tables, but good for a quick run in and out. They have good, clean presentation and seldom find issues with their meats going spoiled or growing a third eye. Why they don't add a few more seats and tables is anyone's guess, but maybe adding a long cord across the length of the restaurant and have people hold it may bring more of that New York feel? Bike rack in sight for a stop after your exercise routine. Decent price with usually all the fixings available. Mind a late Saturday night if you are a picky and impatient customer. After a long morning of peewees, they might be a little cranky. Customer service can be hit or miss but it's a Subway. Go to Dixie Grill or some other southern food joint like Hooters for your "hey ya'll's" and "welcome!"

First & Last Time Going to This Location. I get same thing every time I order. Spicy Italian Flatizza, add veggies before getting toasted. I normally go to Mililani Town Center (I work at dental clinic right there). But when trying to Order my usual I was told they are owned by a different owner so I can't add anything to my flatizza. I explained I go to the one right down the road & on Schofield & never heard of this...worker named Cami rolled her eyes, sighed loudly & said she'll call her manager, went in the back for 5 minutes...other worker Mariah told me I have to pay extra per veggie. I explained I will wait to see what their manager says because it's crazy that this one location has different policies from ones right down the streets. Mariah also rolled her eyes, ripped up veggies w/ hands (normally they cut them), threw flatizza in box. As I was eating I noticed paper still on bottom of flatizza. I uploaded a picture of this. A worker there named Jess was super sweet & nice, she rang my husband & I up & apologized for her coworkers multiple times.

So I've been going to this Subway for years, but I just went in a few nights ago and had an interesting experience. So I had to order 4 sammys for the family, and when it was my turn to order, I politely ask the guy working (I didn't catch his name, although I wish I did) "can I have 4 sandwiches." He said "No, *akward pause* you MAY have 4 sandwiches." I was taken aback by his "No." Never have I been spoken to in this way. If I were in a bad mood, I woulda totally went cray on him, but I was in a chipper mood, so I laughed it off and went on my merry way with ordering. The sandwiches are always consistent, the place does run out of bread towards the end of the night, as well as some veggies, but overall this place Is good. Interesting service if you ask me.

The sandwiches are always made consistently. Good and freshly made. The restaurant is always clean and well stocked. This part of my review receives a 5. However, the customer service is another story. Always inconsistent. Sometimes it seems as if we're bothering the workers when we arrive. We love Subway and will always return, but wish the customer service would improve. My 3 stars would change to a 5.

Been here a million times before and this may have been my last. There is a new person in there that I haven't met before named Christina. While my 8 year old was trying to decide what to put on his sandwich she kept barking "What vegetables" about three times in 30 seconds, knowing good and well he was trying to decide. Then she began tapping her fingers on the counter in annoyance and sighing. Needless to say, that probably kept her from hearing that he asked for pickles also, and he got none. So, we got home, he didn't eat his sandwich and it got trashed. There are Subways on every corner. So, with that in mind, it will be the last time I go to that one. With the bad service this person is giving, I can imagine I won't be the only one who feels this way. She will have plenty of time to tap her fingers and give long sighs when she's jobless because of bad service.
