It's pretty mediocre here. They have a lot of room to sit and study. The overall appearance of the store is pretty clean but that's about it as far as the highlights go. The baristas were too busy talking story with each other and they didn't get my drink order right. Needless to say I'll be visiting another Starbucks when I'm in Mililani.

I love this Starbucks. I've always had super friendly service every time I've come here. I wanted to try a new drink once, and the girl said if I didn't like it she'd make me a new one for free. I ended up loving it (skinny iced caramel macchiato), so I didn't take her up on the drink switch, but it was nice knowing I had a "backup" in case I didn't like what I got. This Starbucks always has ample seating when I come here. Maybe it's the times I come here, but I've never had to wait for a seat. All of the other Starbucks I've been too, I've almost always had to wait for a seat to open up. Also, this one has a nice outlet power strip near the windows, so you don't have to search for an empty outlet like at other Starbucks. 5 Stars for good customer service and ample seating! Only thing is, the parking in this shopping center sucks during peak hours.

The baristas are nice but they only have 3 working when I went. It took 15 minutes to get my drink

I've been here a few times since my first review and the chai lattes were just as gross as the first. Happened to be here today and bought the chai figuring at least I'm supporting the 'free' wi-fi fund. Don't know what happened but it actually has flavor/tastes good! Thanks to whomever paid attention. And Michele is a sweet, kind barista. There's still hope for this Starbucks.

This cafe is continually messing up. I keep giving them chances, I haven't been in this particular location in about a month, simply because of the poor service. First let me say they do have 2 or three exceptional employees, however I frequent Starbucks several times a day. The amount of poor service from the remainder of the crew is the reason I have driven further to other Starbucks and sometimes other coffee houses in the last few months. This morning when I arrived, Ivwas met with a sullen faced girl that said what are you having. I told her my drink order and my husband told her his, I then ordered a muffin and my husband a danish, I did not request to have it warmed and she didn't ask, usually I'm asked before it is warmed. They warmed it (for to long). I specifically asked for whole milk and no foam in my Thai coffee, this is what the boy called out to let me know my drink was ready, and it had a quarter inch of foam. I know, I'm picky, I do like my drink a certain way, (this why I make sure to tip) oh and did I mention my husband ordered a venti iced Carmel coffee and was given a venti house coffee, he just took it, I did not realize the mistake till we left or I would of requested they remake it. Bottom line they are unfriendly, and incompetent, executing the proper drinks. The reason I'm finally giving a review is because the service has steadily gotten worse over the past year, I won't return to this location.

Since i work in this shopping center, i alway come in to get my morning dose of wake the eff up lol. Its always nice when i come in and they greet me by my name. That alone wakes me up a little. I always get a medium vanilla ice latte with 3 shots. They never mess it up and it always taste great. aloha.

I saw a sign at a different location about buy one, get one half off when you get the cold cups. Perfect! I wanted to get a couple as omiyage for some friends. Well, I went to 2 other locations before I found the Grande size cups! As it was my first time to the Mililani location, I just figured, Starbucks is Starbucks...right? Well, I walked in and got to the line, someone greeted me right away. There was only one person making their order but a second cashier jumped on to take my order and ring me up. Wow, no wait. The inside was busy and lots of people were sitting around with computers and drinks - I just got a really nice feeling of calm while in the store. When my drink was ready I realized I forgot to tell them "no whip" and the nice young man offered to remove it...but i kept it on for once...he did add extra caramel topping though. yum! If I lived in Mililani I would be back all the time! #Yelp 365 Challenge- 023/365

I've been to many better. When I went yesterday the Barista didn't know how to make a Chai Earl Gray Latte. What? So we had two Americanos. Then the cream wasn't out, rather I had to ask for it and was handed a carton of almost empty cream. Lastly, they said they ran out of regular straws, so we had Vente straws in our Tall drinks. Not impressed. I'll stick with the Mililani Town Center's Starbucks. Never a problem there.

The parking is bad, it looks like their redecorating bc boxes are sitting around the floor, the double chocolate brownies tasted old and it was crumbly- I asked them to warm it up for me and told the counter guy it tasted terrible and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "did you want me to warm it up or not?" Not to mention the seating is poorly placed- it actually looks like they ran out of money and couldn't purchase and more tables and chairs. Sorry for the rough review- I don't expect a red carpet event but geez lets just start with "sorry about that, would you like to try something different?"! I had way better everywhere else and surprised by this stores lack of customer service and warm atmosphere.

This Starbucks is always my go to!!! They are busy for a smaller store but always very helpful and family friendly!!! I enjoy that they make suggestions and it always is the best coffee ever!! Thank you for starting off my day so awesomely!!! Everyone should ask the black aprons for suggestions... They are on point!!!!

What can I say, I'm a coffee whore. I'm Starbuck's bitch. They got me. Caffeine addict supreme! But there are limits to even my most intense cravings for a good Pike Roast or a double espresso. I go to Starbucks for the coffee, but I also like the prompt and friendly service. I normally go to the Starbucks in Waipio (which is awesome), but have come to the Mililani Mauka cafe several times. Unfortunately, during each of my visits I was waited on by disinterested and bored-looking employees and/or had to wait way too long, either inside or at the drive-thru, for simple orders that would have been filled at Waipio in half the time. If you must get your coffee in Mililani, go to the cafe at the Town Center. They are friendlier and faster.

I still stand by all the other things in my review but in addition want to take away a star for the vegetable fontinago sandwich. I know, I know, I am being hard on this Starbucks in particular and this is a national thing but still. Consider this a public service announcement! I was pretty excited when I heard about it but the actual thing is extremely disappointing. The edges of the bread were hard and stale and the egg was rubbery and patty-like. the "vegetables" were basically a salsa spread over the egg. Not okay and not the quality I expected for the price or for the Starbucks brand name. If you would like a non-meat option- I like the egg white wrap much better!

Got to Starbucks at 5:02pm on a Tuesday. There was three people ahead of us and when we put our order in we got our drinks about 4 minutes after. Impressive speed!

This isn't my first time that I had to experience their bad customer service. We decided to study and work on applications at this Starbucks because it's closer to home. Upon entering, the employees didn't greet us, even though the place was pretty much empty. They weren't enthusiastic or friendly. When we ordered, we preferred to order separately, so we could get the stars for each drink. After the first order, however, the cashier just left and we just stood there, waiting. He only noticed after a few minutes and was kind of irritated that we wanted to do a second order. We're never coming back to this one. We'll make the drive to the town center one, even if it is a little farther and busier than this one. The employees there are way better than this one.

No fault to Starbucks. .. people who get starbucks know that they going to pay for some ridiculous over priced alright coffee, I would prefer some Juan Valdez, but I'm not in my country so yeah... the price doesn't affect the stars I give this place, like I said I know what I'm paying for. Every time I have ever walked in here I have never heard any type of greeting. Not only that but the guy working the cash box seems to hate his life and is always in a horrible mood. .. sooner how I always seem to be stuck with him... The drinks are alright and a couple times they have been messed up, if I'm paying 35 dollars for a coffee I expect that $@#% to give me wings. I want to feel like a king after I drink it...it better be the pus sy of Helen of Troy herself!!! But no every drink I get taste old or stale or have ass done!! Improve on your customer service and your overall drink creation skills and I might update.

Terrible store. Boxes of inventory piled in view. Two staff members were standing around doing absolutely nothing. I guess the manager pays them to stand still with stupid looks on their faces. One was out of uniform but standing behind the virtually empty case of sweets. Creamer pitcher was empty and I scolded them I shouldn't have to do their job for them. This was at 6pm so there wasn't a rush and the store was practically empty.

This Starbucks is ridiculous... The ridiculous looking barista proceeded to tell me that in the future she will not refill my iced tea because I sat in the blazing steaks seats right in front of their store. Technically its not considered the same visit even though she seen me sit there and eat my food for 10 minutes before I went back in for my refill. Get real...if I were to sit around the corner that is completely out of their sight it would be fine.... Some people take their jobs so seriously... Oh well...

For the most part, Starbucks is pretty much Starbucks wherever you go. Quality was on-par with most other locations, but my Green Tea Lemonade was pretty awesome here. This location is very small, so don't come expecting open outlets; I actually don't think there are any at all. In this day and age, outlets and internet are sort of essential to a coffee shop... so I find it odd that there aren't any. Location-wise: it could be better. The franchisee should've picked a better location if possible because it feels somewhat... claustrophobic. I think it's the smallest enclosed Starbucks I've seen yet.. The small size and poor location costed the 1-star but 4 is still pretty good to me. The service and products are fine.

Ever since I have been going to 24 Hour Fitness in the morning a few times a week, I always come here right after to get my coffee fix (and sometimes a bite for breakfast) before a long day at work. I come here either around 8:00am or 8:30am, and I notice it gets quite busy at 8:30am. Parking isn't so bad in the early morning, which is what I like about it. Customer service is awesome! The staff is friendly and prompt. I have been assisted by Brian at the register a few times that he greets me by name. I've never been a regular at a place before, so it's really cool. The only thing they don't have is a bathroom, unlike the other Starbucks I've been to. I always make sure I go before I come to Starbucks if I'm going stay in for a while. Also, there's a few outlets. If you're lucky, there's one in the back corner between the bar table and high table with the stools and another one near the trash can and newspapers.

I love regional specialties. I always get the coconut soy iced latte with thai walls (they line the cup with condensed milk), my favorite! I want to come back and try the passion iced tea with thai walls :)

Wi-fi: doesn't work. Cleanliness, etc: No half'n'half. Condiment station unkempt. They weren't busy, so I'd think they'd have time to keep it clean and stocked. Service: avg

Placed my order and got my coffee (regular coffee of the day and waited and waited patiently for my bagel. When i tried to ask about it, the workers ignored me. Finally they realized they forgot and I saw them put one in the toaster. They never apologized or even acknowledged their mistake. When it was ready, the girl just threw it on the counter and didn't even look at me. Totally unacceptable customer service. No one deaerves to be treated like that. And they can at least learn to smile!!

I've been coming to this location for a while now because I work in the same shopping center. Not once did I ever have a complaint. The workers are so nice and remembers me very well (probably because I go there often lol). It is a busy location so sometimes it does take a while for the line to easy through, but like they say better to have quality over quantity. Parking may be a hard to find because of the 24 hour gym and Ross located next to each other. If I had to find something that I didn't like about the coffee shop, it would probably be that they close early. The shop closes at 9 or 930 I believe, and sometimes I'd have to travel to the waikele location for a late night fix since they close at 11.

As always, this sbux gets 5 stars. This is the one that I find pretty consistent, with the occasional new girl working the register (you know what I mean). Anyways, I come here every morning before work; sometimes stop here on my way to practices after work. Customer service is always good; baristas are always very friendly, contrary to my horrible morning grumpiness. This location is nice cuz it's not super busy, but it does have its occasional rushes. As I read in another review, parking here is sometimes bad after 5pm, but I think its because everyone is trying to get their daily workout at the gym nearby... As good as it gets in my book. ;)

"We can make anything," said barista Carmen. I asked for something berry and cool on this humid afternoon. She made me a blended strawberry lemonade. Delicious! Hit the spot! What an awesome barista. She really knows her stuff!

Gotta say...this place is as good as it gets! Brian and his team really have things dialed in proper-like over here! Now, I used to think that I was the coffee diva, but I will tell you...my favorite foodie friend has since surpassed my diva status and upped it to a whole new level! No matter what, they get the it all... From the moment we walk in the door, they are all on it and start the drink production STAT! Now, that's what I call service :) Thanks for the hard work and for helping to make my day brighter each morning :)

Not sure what happened to this place. It took 20 minutes to get a white mocha. There were only maybe 5 or 6 people in front of me. Drink tasted fine.

They just raised the price of my drink 50 cents which is a 20% increase. Not a happy camper.

Addicted. :p. They renovated recently to freshen up the walls and they added more seating, albeit uncomfortable chairs and small tables in consideration of the relative size of the store. Good service overall.

It's true, compared to other locations, this is a relatively small Starbucks with no bathroom and a nightmare worthy parking situation after 5:00pm, but none of that matters to me. This is still my fist choice Starbucks destination in Mililani. The baristas here are nice and consistently make my drinks perfectly. There are times when I've picked up a drink from another location, didn't realize how bad it was until I was halfway home, and stopped in and asked if they could remake it. They never hesitate to take my horribly made drink and remake it with precise perfection. This act alone, makes for 10+ stars in my book. There's only a few 2 and 4 top tables inside and two really comfy cushioned chairs by the bar (which I love lounging in with a good book). They also have outdoor seating on the side of the building, which is really nice as the sun goes down. It's usually pretty empty in here, which is another reason I'm so fond of this location. Definitely stop in for a great cup of coffee! Just remember: *Difficult parking after 5:00pm *No bathroom

I agree with Missy S... but then again this is for ALL Starbucks locations in my book... it's either hit or miss... you'll get an awesome drink made JUST the way you like it... or you'll get a drink that sucks and you just wasted 5 bucks... I guess I don't drink coffee religiously enough to go EVERY single day and to be considered a 'regular'... where a certain staff member would recognize me and know what I want and how I want it... Depending on when you go... parking can be tight since it's right next to 24 Hour Fitness and Ross... So I'll give this Starbucks 3 stars for good service and okay drinks...

    (3)
  • Missy S.

This starbucks is a hit or miss. Some times the drinks are good, other times lousy. It really just depends on who is making your frappe. Few years back when I came here the guy who was serving me was a jackass. So was the girl working with him. They asked me a smart ass question which I found offensive so I wanted to walk away. But I haven't seen them working there since, so hopefully they got fired. Been to this starbucks since then and most of the workers are nice. But quality is really important to me. Some days I go and the frappes I order are great. Other times not, they are not blended enough and have chunks of ice. Big turn off! Just 3 words like I said: hit or miss.

This is probably one of the friendliest starbucks locations around! Same great coffee as usual too! It's nice and clean inside, great for my morning pick-me-up before I head off to a long day of clinic!

Great barista's and what you'd expect from Starbucks. In this Mililani shopping center parking is limited so during peak shopping hours (after 5pm) it can be hard to get a spot close to the door. No public bathroom and the seating area is small. If you have a choice hit the one in the Mililani Town Center by Jamba Juice.

Mixed review. The baristas here are so very nice...but they mess up on my order almost EVERY SINGLE TIME :/ And last time (not sure if this is normal because it was the first time I have ever ordered it) but I got a pumpkin cream cheese muffin...and rather than the nice, yummy fresh baked pastry I was hoping for....I got something that actually felt "wet"...like it had condensation after just being defrosted like five seconds ago...GROSS to say the least. What a waste of 420 calories....NO THANKS... and the girl had to ask me for my drink order THREE times....really? Yet I hate to give a bad review because the customer service (attitude wise) is always spot on here...the girls are amazing with beautiful smiles and genuine politeness....so you go girls...*just "go" for some better prep skills too mmmmkay????!!! Mahalo!
